1:1 [hgb]  波 斯 王 古 列 元 年 ， 耶 和 华 为 要 应 验 借 耶 利 米 口 所 说 的 话 ， 就 激 动 波 斯 王 古 列 的 心 ， 使 他 下 诏 通 告 全 国 ， 说 ，    [kjv]  Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,    [bbe]  Now in the first year of Cyrus, king of Persia, in order that the word of the Lord given by the mouth of Jeremiah might come true, the spirit of Cyrus, king of Persia, was moved by the Lord, so that he made a public statement through all his kingdom, and put it in writing, saying,1:2 [hgb]  波 斯 王 古 列 如 此 说 ， 耶 和 华 天 上 的 神 ， 已 将 天 下 万 国 赐 给 我 。 又 嘱 咐 我 在 犹 大 的 耶 路 撒 冷 ， 为 他 建 造 殿 宇 。    [kjv]  Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.    [bbe]  These are the words of Cyrus, king of Persia: The Lord God of heaven has given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he has made me responsible for building a house for him in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.1:3 [hgb]  在 你 们 中 间 凡 作 他 子 民 的 ， 可 以 上 犹 大 的 耶 路 撒 冷 ， 在 耶 路 撒 冷 重 建 耶 和 华 以 色 列 神 的 殿 （ 只 有 他 是 神 ） 。 愿 神 与 这 人 同 在 。    [kjv]  Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.    [bbe]  Whoever there is among you of his people, may his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and take in hand the building of the house of the Lord, the God of Israel; he is the God who is in Jerusalem.1:4 [hgb]  凡 剩 下 的 人 ， 无 论 寄 居 何 处 ， 那 地 的 人 要 用 金 银 ， 财 物 ， 牲 畜 帮 助 他 ， 另 外 也 要 为 耶 路 撒 冷 神 的 殿 甘 心 献 上 礼 物 。    [kjv]  And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem.    [bbe]  And whoever there may be of the rest of Israel, living in any place, let the men of that place give him help with offerings of silver and gold and goods and beasts, in addition to the offering freely given for the house of God in Jerusalem.1:5 [hgb]  于 是 ， 犹 大 和 便 雅 悯 的 族 长 ， 祭 司 ， 利 未 人 ， 就 是 一 切 被 神 激 动 他 心 的 人 ， 都 起 来 要 上 耶 路 撒 冷 去 建 造 耶 和 华 的 殿 。    [kjv]  Then rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem.    [bbe]  Then the heads of families of Judah and Benjamin, with the priests and the Levites, got ready, even all those whose spirits were moved by God to go up and take in hand the building of the Lord's house in Jerusalem.1:6 [hgb]  他 们 四 围 的 人 就 拿 银 器 ， 金 子 ， 财 物 ， 牲 畜 ， 珍 宝 帮 助 他 们 （ 原 文 作 坚 固 他 们 的 手 ） ， 另 外 还 有 甘 心 献 的 礼 物 。    [kjv]  And all they that were about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with beasts, and with precious things, beside all that was willingly offered.    [bbe]  And all their neighbours gave them help with offerings of vessels of silver and gold and goods and beasts and things of great value, in addition to what was freely offered.1:7 [hgb]  古 列 王 也 将 耶 和 华 殿 的 器 皿 拿 出 来 ， 这 器 皿 是 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 从 耶 路 撒 冷 掠 来 ， 放 在 自 己 神 之 庙 中 的 。    [kjv]  Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;    [bbe]  And Cyrus the king got out the vessels of the house of the Lord which Nebuchadnezzar had taken from Jerusalem and put in the house of his gods;1:8 [hgb]  波 斯 王 古 列 派 库 官 米 提 利 达 将 这 器 皿 拿 出 来 ， 按 数 交 给 犹 大 的 首 领 设 巴 萨 。    [kjv]  Even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah. [bbe]  Thirty gold basins, four hundred and ten silver basins, and a thousand other vessels.1:11 [hgb]  金 银 器 皿 共 有 五 千 四 百 件 。 被 掳 的 人 从 巴 比 伦 上 耶 路 撒 冷 的 时 候 ， 设 巴 萨 将 这 一 切 都 带 上 来 。    [kjv]  All the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these did Sheshbazzar bring up with them of the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.    [bbe]  There were five thousand, four hundred gold and silver vessels. All these were taken back by Sheshbazzar, when those who had been taken prisoner went up from Babylon to Jerusalem.

[bbe]  And they gave praise to the Lord, answering one another in their songs and saying, For he is good, for his mercy to Israel is eternal. And all the people gave a great cry of joy, when they gave praise to the Lord, because the base of the Lord's house was put in place.3:12 [hgb]  然 而 有 许 多 祭 司 ， 利 未 人 ， 族 长 ， 就 是 见 过 旧 殿 的 老 年 人 ， 现 在 亲 眼 看 见 立 这 殿 的 根 基 ， 便 大 声 哭 号 ， 也 有 许 多 人 大 声 欢 呼 。    [kjv]  But many of the priests and Levites and chief of the fathers, who were ancient men, that had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice; and many shouted aloud for joy:    [bbe]  But a number of the priests and Levites and the heads of families, old men who had seen the first house, when the base of this house was put down before their eyes, were overcome with weeping; and a number were crying out with joy:3:13 [hgb]  甚 至 百 姓 不 能 分 辨 欢 呼 的 声 音 ， 和 哭 号 的 声 音 。 因 为 众 人 大 声 呼 喊 ， 声 音 听 到 远 处 。    [kjv]  So that the people could not discern the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people: for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the noise was heard afar off.    [bbe]  So that in the ears of the people the cry of joy was mixed with the sound of weeping; for the cries of the people were loud and came to the ears of those who were a long way off.
Chapter 4
4:1 [hgb]  犹 大 和 便 雅 悯 的 敌 人 ， 听 说 被 掳 归 回 的 人 ， 为 耶 和 华 以 色 列 的 神 建 造 殿 宇 ，    [kjv]  Now when the adversaries of Judah and Benjamin heard that the children of the captivity builded the temple unto the LORD God of Israel;    [bbe]  Now news came to the haters of Judah and Benjamin that the people who had come back were building a Temple to the Lord, the God of Israel;4:2 [hgb]  就 去 见 所 罗 巴 伯 和 以 色 列 的 族 长 ， 对 他 们 说 ， 请 容 我 们 与 你 们 一 同 建 造 。 因 为 我 们 寻 求 你 们 的 神 ， 与 你 们 一 样 。 自 从 亚 述 王 以 撒 哈 顿 带 我 们 上 这 地 以 来 ， 我 们 常 祭 祀 神 。    [kjv]  Then they came to Zerubbabel, and to the chief of the fathers, and said unto them, Let us build with you: for we seek your God, as ye do; and we do sacrifice unto him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assur, which brought us up hither.    [bbe]  Then they came to Zerubbabel and to the heads of families, and said to them, Let us take part in the building with you; for we are servants of your God, even as you are; and we have been making offerings to him from the days of Esar-haddon, king of Assyria, who put us here.4:3 [hgb]  但 所 罗 巴 伯 ， 耶 书 亚 ， 和 其 余 以 色 列 的 族 长 对 他 们 说 ， 我 们 建 造 神 的 殿 与 你 们 无 干 ， 我 们 自 己 为 耶 和 华 以 色 列 的 神 协 力 建 造 ， 是 照 波 斯 王 古 列 所 吩 咐 的 。    [kjv]  But Zerubbabel, and Jeshua, and the rest of the chief of the fathers of Israel, said unto them, Ye have nothing to do with us to build an house unto our God; but we ourselves together will build unto the LORD God of Israel, as king Cyrus the king of Persia hath commanded us.    [bbe]  But Zerubbabel and Jeshua and the rest of the heads of families in Israel said to them, You have no part with us in the building of a house for our God; we ourselves will do the work together for the Lord, the God of Israel, as Cyrus, king of Persia, has given us orders.4:4 [hgb]  那 地 的 民 ， 就 在 犹 大 人 建 造 的 时 候 ， 使 他 们 的 手 发 软 ， 扰 乱 他 们 。    [kjv]  Then the people of the land weakened the hands of the people of Judah, and troubled them in building,    [bbe]  Then the people of the land made the hands of the people of Judah feeble, troubling them with fear in their building;4:5 [hgb]  从 波 斯 王 古 列 年 间 ， 直 到 波 斯 王 大 利 乌 登 基 的 时 候 ， 贿 买 谋 士 ， 要 败 坏 他 们 的 谋 算 。    [kjv]  And hired counsellors against them, to frustrate their purpose, all the days of Cyrus king of Persia, even until the reign of Darius king of Persia. [bbe]  This is a copy of the letter which they sent to Artaxerxes the king: Your servants living across the river send these words:4:12 [hgb]  王 该 知 道 ， 从 王 那 里 上 到 我 们 这 里 的 犹 大 人 ， 已 经 到 耶 路 撒 冷 重 建 ， 这 反 叛 恶 劣 的 城 ， 筑 立 根 基 ， 建 造 城 墙 。    [kjv]  Be it known unto the king, that the Jews which came up from thee to us are come unto Jerusalem, building the rebellious and the bad city, and have set up the walls thereof, and joined the foundations.    [bbe]  We give news to the king that the Jews who came from you have come to us at Jerusalem; they are building up again that uncontrolled and evil town; the walls are complete and they are joining up the bases.4:13 [hgb]  如 今 王 该 知 道 ， 他 们 若 建 造 这 城 ， 城 墙 完 毕 就 不 再 与 王 进 贡 ， 交 课 ， 纳 税 ， 终 久 王 必 受 亏 损 。    [kjv]  Be it known now unto the king, that, if this city be builded, and the walls set up again, then will they not pay toll, tribute, and custom, and so thou shalt endamage the revenue of the kings.    [bbe]  The king may be certain that when the building of this town and its walls is complete, they will give no tax or payment in goods or forced payments, and in the end it will be a cause of loss to the kings.4:14 [hgb]  我 们 既 食 御 盐 ， 不 忍 见 王 吃 亏 ， 因 此 奏 告 于 王 。    [kjv]  Now because we have maintenance from the king's palace, and it was not meet for us to see the king's dishonour, therefore have we sent and certified the king;    [bbe]  Now because we are responsible to the king, and it is not right for us to see the king's honour damaged, we have sent to give the king word of these things,4:15 [hgb]  请 王 考 察 先 王 的 实 录 ， 必 在 其 上 查 知 这 城 是 反 叛 的 城 ， 与 列 王 和 各 省 有 害 。 自 古 以 来 ， 其 中 常 有 悖 逆 的 事 ， 因 此 这 城 曾 被 拆 毁 。    [kjv]  That search may be made in the book of the records of thy fathers: so shalt thou find in the book of the records, and know that this city is a rebellious city, and hurtful unto kings and provinces, and that they have moved sedition within the same of old time: for which cause was this city destroyed.    [bbe]  So that search may be made in the book of the records of your fathers: and you will see in the book of the records that this town has been uncontrolled, and a cause of trouble to kings and countries, and that there were outbursts against authority there in the past: for which reason the town was made waste.4:16 [hgb]  我 们 谨 奏 王 知 ， 这 城 若 再 建 造 ， 城 墙 完 毕 ， 河 西 之 地 王 就 无 分 了 。    [kjv]  We certify the king that, if this city be builded again, and the walls thereof set up, by this means thou shalt have no portion on this side the river. [bbe]  And now the sense of the letter which you sent to us has been made clear to me,4:19 [hgb]  我 已 命 人 考 查 ， 得 知 此 城 古 来 果 然 背 叛 列 王 ， 其 中 常 有 反 叛 悖 逆 的 事 。    [kjv]  And I commanded, and search hath been made, and it is found that this city of old time hath made insurrection against kings, and that rebellion and sedition have been made therein. [bbe]  Then, after reading the king's letter, Rehum and Shimshai the scribe and their friends went quickly to Jerusalem, to the Jews, and had them stopped by force.4:24 [hgb]  于 是 ， 在 耶 路 撒 冷 神 殿 的 工 程 就 停 止 了 ， 直 停 到 波 斯 王 大 利 乌 第 二 年 。    [kjv]  Then ceased the work of the house of God which is at Jerusalem. So it ceased unto the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia.    [bbe]  So the work of the house of God at Jerusalem came to an end; so it was stopped, till the second year of the rule of Darius, king of Persia.
Chapter 5
5:1 [hgb]  那 时 ， 先 知 哈 该 ， 和 易 多 的 孙 子 撒 迦 利 亚 ， 奉 以 色 列 神 的 名 向 犹 大 和 耶 路 撒 冷 的 犹 大 人 说 劝 勉 的 话 。    [kjv]  Then the prophets, Haggai the prophet, and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied unto the Jews that were in Judah and Jerusalem in the name of the God of Israel, even unto them.    [bbe]  Now the prophets Haggai and Zechariah, the son of Iddo, were preaching to the Jews in Judah and Jerusalem in the name of the God of Israel.5:2 [hgb]  于 是 撒 拉 铁 的 儿 子 所 罗 巴 伯 ， 和 约 萨 达 的 儿 子 耶 书 亚 ， 都 起 来 动 手 建 造 耶 路 撒 冷 神 的 殿 ， 有 神 的 先 知 在 那 里 帮 助 他 们 。    [kjv]  Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalem: and with them were the prophets of God helping them. [bbe]  At the same time, Tattenai, ruler of the land across the river, and Shethar-bozenai, and their men, came to them and said, Who gave you orders to go on building this house and this wall?5:4 [hgb]  我 们 便 告 诉 他 们 建 造 这 殿 的 人 叫 什 么 名 字 。    [kjv]  Then said we unto them after this manner, What are the names of the men that make this building?    [bbe]  Then they said these words to them: What are the names of the men who are at work on this building?5:5 [hgb]  神 的 眼 目 看 顾 犹 大 的 长 老 ， 以 致 总 督 等 没 有 叫 他 们 停 工 ， 直 到 这 事 奏 告 大 利 乌 得 着 他 的 回 谕 。    [kjv]  But the eye of their God was upon the elders of the Jews, that they could not cause them to cease, till the matter came to Darius: and then they returned answer by letter concerning this matter. [bbe]  They sent him a letter saying, To Darius the king, all peace:5:8 [hgb]  王 该 知 道 ， 我 们 往 犹 大 省 去 ， 到 了 至 大 神 的 殿 ， 这 殿 是 用 大 石 建 造 的 。 梁 木 插 入 墙 内 ， 工 作 甚 速 ， 他 们 手 下 亨 通 。    [kjv]  Be it known unto the king, that we went into the province of Judea, to the house of the great God, which is builded with great stones, and timber is laid in the walls, and this work goeth fast on, and prospereth in their hands.    [bbe]  This is to give the king word that we went into the land of Judah, to the house of the great God, which is made of great stones, and has its walls supported with wood, and the work is going on with industry, and they are doing it well.5:9 [hgb]  我 们 就 问 那 些 长 老 说 ， 谁 降 旨 让 你 们 建 造 这 殿 ， 修 成 这 墙 呢 ？    [kjv]  Then asked we those elders, and said unto them thus, Who commanded you to build this house, and to make up these walls? [bbe]  But when the God of heaven was moved to wrath by our fathers, he gave them up into the hands of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, the Chaldaean, who sent destruction on this house and took the people away into Babylon.5:13 [hgb]  然 而 巴 比 伦 王 古 列 元 年 ， 他 降 旨 允 准 建 造 神 的 这 殿 。    [kjv]  But in the first year of Cyrus the king of Babylon the same king Cyrus made a decree to build this house of God.    [bbe]  But in the first year of Cyrus, king of Babylon, Cyrus the king gave an order for the building of this house of God;5:14 [hgb]  神 殿 中 的 金 ， 银 器 皿 ， 就 是 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 从 耶 路 撒 冷 的 殿 中 掠 去 ， 带 到 巴 比 伦 庙 里 的 ， 古 列 王 从 巴 比 伦 庙 里 取 出 来 ， 交 给 派 为 省 长 的 ， 名 叫 设 巴 萨 ，    [kjv]  And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem, and brought them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;    [bbe]  And the gold and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took from the Temple which was in Jerusalem, and put into the house of his god in Babylon, these Cyrus the king took from the house of his god in Babylon, and gave to one named Sheshbazzar, whom he had made ruler;5:15 [hgb]  对 他 说 可 以 将 这 些 器 皿 带 去 ， 放 在 耶 路 撒 冷 的 殿 中 ， 在 原 处 建 造 神 的 殿 。    [kjv]  And said unto him, Take these vessels, go, carry them into the temple that is in Jerusalem, and let the house of God be builded in his place.    [bbe]  And he said to him, Go, take these vessels, and put them in the Temple in Jerusalem, and let the house of God be put up again in its place.5:16 [hgb]  于 是 这 设 巴 萨 来 建 立 耶 路 撒 冷 神 殿 的 根 基 。 这 殿 从 那 时 直 到 如 今 尚 未 造 成 。    [kjv]  Then came the same Sheshbazzar, and laid the foundation of the house of God which is in Jerusalem: and since that time even until now hath it been in building, and yet it is not finished.    [bbe]  Then this same Sheshbazzar came and put the house of God in Jerusalem on its bases: and from that time till now the building has been going on, but it is still not complete.5:17 [hgb]  现 在 王 若 以 为 美 ， 请 察 巴 比 伦 王 的 府 库 ， 看 古 列 王 降 旨 允 准 在 耶 路 撒 冷 建 造 神 的 殿 没 有 ， 王 的 心 意 如 何 。 请 降 旨 晓 谕 我 们 。    [kjv]  Now therefore, if it seem good to the king, let there be search made in the king's treasure house, which is there at Babylon, whether it be so, that a decree was made of Cyrus the king to build this house of God at Jerusalem, and let the king send his pleasure to us concerning this matter.    [bbe]  So now, if it seems good to the king, let search be made in the king's store-house at Babylon, to see if it is true that an order was given by Cyrus the king for the building of this house of God at Jerusalem, and let the king send us word of his pleasure in connection with this business.
Chapter 6
6:1 [hgb]  于 是 大 利 乌 王 降 旨 ， 要 寻 察 典 籍 库 内 ， 就 是 在 巴 比 伦 藏 宝 物 之 处 。    [kjv]  Then Darius the king made a decree, and search was made in the house of the rolls, where the treasures were laid up in Babylon.    [bbe]  Then Darius the king gave an order and a search was made in the house of the records, where the things of value were stored up in Babylon.6:2 [hgb]  在 玛 代 省 亚 马 他 城 的 宫 内 寻 得 一 卷 ， 其 中 记 着 说 ，    [kjv]  And there was found at Achmetha, in the palace that is in the province of the Medes, a roll, and therein was a record thus written:    [bbe]  And at Achmetha, in the great house of the king in the land of Media, they came across a roll, in which this statement was put on record:6:3 [hgb]  古 列 王 元 年 ， 他 降 旨 论 到 耶 路 撒 冷 神 的 殿 ， 要 建 造 这 殿 为 献 祭 之 处 ， 坚 立 殿 的 根 基 。 殿 高 六 十 肘 ， 宽 六 十 肘 ，    [kjv]  In the first year of Cyrus the king the same Cyrus the king made a decree concerning the house of God at Jerusalem, Let the house be builded, the place where they offered sacrifices, and let the foundations thereof be strongly laid; the height thereof threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof threescore cubits;    [bbe]  In the first year of Cyrus the king, Cyrus the king made an order: In connection with the house of God at Jerusalem, let the house be put up, the place where they make offerings, and let the earth for the bases be put in place; let it be sixty cubits high and sixty cubits wide;6:4 [hgb]  用 三 层 大 石 头 ， 一 层 新 木 头 ， 经 费 要 出 于 王 库 。    [kjv]  With three rows of great stones, and a row of new timber: and let the expenses be given out of the king's house:    [bbe]  With three lines of great stones and one line of new wood supports; and let the necessary money be given out of the king's store-house;6:5 [hgb]  并 且 神 殿 的 金 银 器 皿 ， 就 是 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 从 耶 路 撒 冷 的 殿 中 掠 到 巴 比 伦 的 ， 要 归 还 带 到 耶 路 撒 冷 的 殿 中 ， 各 按 原 处 放 在 神 的 殿 里 。    [kjv]  And also let the golden and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took forth out of the temple which is at Jerusalem, and brought unto Babylon, be restored, and brought again unto the temple which is at Jerusalem, every one to his place, and place them in the house of God.    [bbe]  And let the gold and silver vessels from the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took from the Temple at Jerusalem to Babylon, be given back and taken again to the Temple at Jerusalem, every one in its place, and put them in the house of God.6:6 [hgb]  现 在 河 西 的 总 督 达 乃 和 示 他 波 斯 乃 ， 并 你 们 的 同 党 ， 就 是 住 河 西 的 亚 法 萨 迦 人 ， 你 们 当 远 离 他 们 。    [kjv]  Now therefore, Tatnai, governor beyond the river, Shetharboznai, and your companions the Apharsachites, which are beyond the river, be ye far from thence:    [bbe]  So now, Tattenai, ruler of the land across the river, and Shethar-bozenai and your people the Apharsachites across the river, keep far from that place:6:7 [hgb]  不 要 拦 阻 神 殿 的 工 作 ， 任 凭 犹 大 人 的 省 长 ， 和 犹 大 人 的 长 老 ， 在 原 处 建 造 神 的 这 殿 。    [kjv]  Let the work of this house of God alone; let the governor of the Jews and the elders of the Jews build this house of God in his place.    [bbe]  Let the work of this house of God go on; let the ruler of the Jews and their responsible men put up this house of God in its place.6:8 [hgb]  我 又 降 旨 ， 吩 咐 你 们 向 犹 大 人 的 长 老 为 建 造 神 的 殿 当 怎 样 行 ， 就 是 从 河 西 的 款 项 中 ， 急 速 拨 取 贡 银 作 他 们 的 经 费 ， 免 得 耽 误 工 作 。    [kjv]  Moreover I make a decree what ye shall do to the elders of these Jews for the building of this house of God: that of the king's goods, even of the tribute beyond the river, forthwith expenses be given unto these men, that they be not hindered.    [bbe]  Further, I give orders as to what you are to do for the responsible men of the Jews in connection with the building of this house of God: that from the king's wealth, that is, from the taxes got together in the land over the river, the money needed is to be given to these men readily, so that their work may not be stopped.6:9 [hgb]  他 们 与 天 上 的 神 献 燔 祭 所 需 用 的 公 牛 犊 ， 公 绵 羊 ， 绵 羊 羔 ， 并 所 用 的 麦 子 ， 盐 ， 酒 ， 油 ， 都 要 照 耶 路 撒 冷 祭 司 的 话 ， 每 日 供 给 他 们 ， 不 得 有 误 。    [kjv]  And that which they have need of, both young bullocks, and rams, and lambs, for the burnt offerings of the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, and oil, according to the appointment of the priests which are at Jerusalem, let it be given them day by day without fail:    [bbe]  And whatever they have need of, young oxen and sheep and lambs, for burned offerings to the God of heaven, grain, salt, wine, and oil, whatever the priests in Jerusalem say is necessary, is to be given to them day by day regularly:6:10 [hgb]  好 叫 他 们 献 馨 香 的 祭 给 天 上 的 神 ， 又 为 王 和 王 众 子 的 寿 命 祈 祷 。    [kjv]  That they may offer sacrifices of sweet savours unto the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king, and of his sons.    [bbe]  So that they may make offerings of a sweet smell to the God of heaven, with prayers for the life of the king and of his sons.6:11 [hgb]  我 再 降 旨 ， 无 论 谁 更 改 这 命 令 ， 必 从 他 房 屋 中 拆 出 一 根 梁 来 ， 把 他 举 起 ， 悬 在 其 上 ， 又 使 他 的 房 屋 成 为 粪 堆 。    [kjv]  Also I have made a decree, that whosoever shall alter this word, let timber be pulled down from his house, and being set up, let him be hanged thereon; and let his house be made a dunghill for this.    [bbe]  And I have given orders that if anyone makes any change in this word, one of the supports is to be pulled out of his house, and he is to be lifted up and fixed to it; and his house is to be made waste for this;6:12 [hgb]  若 有 王 和 民 伸 手 更 改 这 命 令 ， 拆 毁 这 殿 ， 愿 那 使 耶 路 撒 冷 的 殿 作 为 他 名 居 所 的 神 将 他 们 灭 绝 。 我 大 利 乌 降 这 旨 意 ， 当 速 速 遵 行 。    [kjv]  And the God that hath caused his name to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter and to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed.    [bbe]  And may the God who has made it a resting-place for his name send destruction on all kings and peoples whose hands are outstretched to make any change in this or to do damage to this house of God at Jerusalem. [bbe]  Then Tattenai, the ruler across the river, and Shethar-bozenai and their people, because of the order given by King Darius, did as he had said with all care.6:14 [hgb]  犹 大 长 老 ， 因 先 知 哈 该 ， 和 易 多 的 孙 子 撒 迦 利 亚 ， 所 说 劝 勉 的 话 ， 就 建 造 这 殿 ， 凡 事 亨 通 。 他 们 遵 着 以 色 列 神 的 命 令 ， 和 波 斯 王 古 列 ， 大 利 乌 ， 亚 达 薛 西 的 旨 意 ， 建 造 完 毕 。    [kjv]  And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded, and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the commandment of Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia.    [bbe]  And the responsible men of the Jews went on with their building, and did well, helped by the teaching of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah, the son of Iddo. They went on building till it was complete, in keeping with the word of the God of Israel, and the orders given by Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes, king of Persia.6:15 [hgb]  大 利 乌 王 第 六 年 ， 亚 达 月 初 三 日 ， 这 殿 修 成 了 。    [kjv]  And this house was finished on the third day of the month Adar, which was in the sixth year of the reign of Darius the king.    [bbe]  And the building of this house was complete on the third day of the month Adar, in the sixth year of the rule of Darius the king.6:16 [hgb]  以 色 列 的 祭 司 和 利 未 人 ， 并 其 余 被 掳 归 回 的 人 ， 都 欢 欢 喜 喜 地 行 奉 献 神 殿 的 礼 。    [kjv]  And the children of Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the rest of the children of the captivity, kept the dedication of this house of God with joy,    [bbe]  And the children of Israel, the priests and the Levites, and the rest of those who had come back, kept the feast of the opening of this house of God with joy.6:17 [hgb]  行 奉 献 神 殿 的 礼 就 献 公 牛 一 百 只 ， 公 绵 羊 二 百 只 ， 绵 羊 羔 四 百 只 ， 又 照 以 色 列 支 派 的 数 目 献 公 山 羊 十 二 只 ， 为 以 色 列 众 人 作 赎 罪 祭 。    [kjv]  And offered at the dedication of this house of God an hundred bullocks, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel. [bbe]  And they put the priests in their divisions and the Levites in their order, for the worship of God at Jerusalem; as it is recorded in the book of Moses.6:19 [hgb]  正 月 十 四 日 ， 被 掳 归 回 的 人 守 逾 越 节 。    [kjv]  And the children of the captivity kept the passover upon the fourteenth day of the first month. [bbe]  And kept the feast of unleavened bread for seven days with joy: for the Lord had made them full of joy, by turning the heart of the king of Assyria to them to give them help in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel.
Chapter 7

[bbe]  Whatever is ordered by the God of heaven, let it be done completely for the house of the God of heaven; so that there may not be wrath against the kingdom of the king and his sons.7:24 [hgb]  我 又 晓 谕 你 们 ， 至 于 祭 司 ， 利 未 人 ， 歌 唱 的 ， 守 门 的 ， 和 尼 提 宁 ， 并 在 神 殿 当 差 的 人 ， 不 可 叫 他 们 进 贡 ， 交 课 ， 纳 税 。    [kjv]  Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.    [bbe]  In addition, we make it clear to you, that it will be against the law to put any tax or payment in goods or forced payment on any of the priests or Levites, the music-makers, door-keepers, Nethinim, or any servants of this house of God.7:25 [hgb]  以 斯 拉 阿 ， 要 照 着 你 神 赐 你 的 智 慧 ， 将 所 有 明 白 你 神 律 法 的 人 立 为 士 师 ， 审 判 官 ， 治 理 河 西 的 百 姓 ， 使 他 们 教 训 一 切 不 明 白 神 律 法 的 人 。    [kjv]  And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not.    [bbe]  And you, Ezra, by the wisdom of your God which is in you, are to put rulers and judges to have authority over all the people across the river who have knowledge of the laws of your God; and you are to give teaching to him who has no knowledge of them.7:26 [hgb]  凡 不 遵 行 你 神 律 法 和 王 命 令 的 人 就 当 速 速 定 他 的 罪 ， 或 治 死 ， 或 充 军 ， 或 抄 家 ， 或 囚 禁 。    [kjv]  And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment. And I was strengthened as the hand of the LORD my God was upon me, and I gathered together out of Israel chief men to go up with me. [bbe]  O Lord God of Israel, righteousness is yours; we are only a small band which has been kept from death, as at this day: see, we are before you in our sin; for no one may keep his place before you because of this.

10:1 [hgb]  以 斯 拉 祷 告 ， 认 罪 ， 哭 泣 ， 俯 伏 在 神 殿 前 的 时 候 ， 有 以 色 列 中 的 男 女 孩 童 聚 集 到 以 斯 拉 那 里 ， 成 了 大 会 ， 众 民 无 不 痛 哭 。    [kjv]  Now when Ezra had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.    [bbe]  Now while Ezra was making his prayer and his statement of wrongdoing, weeping and falling down before the house of God, a very great number of men and women and children out of Israel came together round him: for the people were weeping bitterly.10:2 [hgb]  属 以 拦 的 子 孙 ， 耶 歇 的 儿 子 示 迦 尼 对 以 斯 拉 说 ， 我 们 在 此 地 娶 了 外 邦 女 子 为 妻 ， 干 犯 了 我 们 的 神 ， 然 而 以 色 列 人 还 有 指 望 。    [kjv]  And Shechaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have taken strange wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope in Israel concerning this thing.    [bbe]  And Shecaniah, the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answering, said to Ezra, We have done evil against our God, and have taken as our wives strange women of the peoples of the land: but still there is hope for Israel in this question.10:3 [hgb]  现 在 当 与 我 们 的 神 立 约 ， 休 这 一 切 的 妻 ， 离 绝 她 们 所 生 的 ， 照 着 我 主 和 那 因 神 命 令 战 兢 之 人 所 议 定 的 ， 按 律 法 而 行 。    [kjv]  Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.
