Chapter 1
1:1 [hgb]  耶 稣 基 督 的 仆 人 保 罗 ， 奉 召 为 使 徒 ， 特 派 传 神 的 福 音 。      [kjv]  Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,     [bbe]  Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, an Apostle by the selection of God, given authority as a preacher of the good news, 1:2 [hgb]  这 福 音 是 神 从 前 借 众 先 知 ， 在 圣 经 上 所 应 许 的 。      [kjv]  (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)     [bbe]  Of which God had given word before by his prophets in the holy Writings, 1:3 [hgb]  论 到 他 儿 子 ， 我 主 耶 稣 基 督 。 按 肉 体 说 ， 是 从 大 卫 后 裔 生 的 。      [kjv]  Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;     [bbe]  About his Son who, in the flesh, came from the family of David, 1:4 [hgb]  按 圣 善 的 灵 说 ， 因 从 死 里 复 活 ， 以 大 能 显 明 是 神 的 儿 子 。      [kjv]  And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:     [bbe]  But was marked out as Son of God in power by the Holy Spirit through the coming to life again of the dead; Jesus Christ our Lord, 1:5 [hgb]  我 们 从 他 受 了 恩 惠 ， 并 使 徒 的 职 分 ， 在 万 国 之 中 叫 人 为 他 的 名 信 服 真 道 。      [kjv]  By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:     [bbe]  Through whom grace has been given to us, sending us out to make disciples to the faith among all nations, for his name: 1:6 [hgb]  其 中 也 有 你 们 这 蒙 召 属 耶 稣 基 督 的 人 。      [kjv]  Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:     [bbe]  Among whom you in the same way have been marked out to be disciples of Jesus Christ: 1:7 [hgb]  我 写 信 给 你 们 在 罗 马 为 神 所 爱 ， 奉 召 作 圣 徒 的 众 人 。 愿 恩 惠 平 安 ， 从 我 们 的 父 神 ， 并 主 耶 稣 基 督 ， 归 与 你 们 。      [kjv]  To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.     [bbe]  To all those who are in Rome, loved by God, marked out as saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 1:8 [hgb]  第 一 ， 我 靠 着 耶 稣 基 督 ， 为 你 们 众 人 感 谢 我 的 神 。 因 你 们 的 信 德 传 遍 了 天 下 。      [kjv]  First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.     [bbe]  First of all, I give praise to my God through Jesus Christ for you all, because news of your faith has gone into all the world. 1:9 [hgb]  我 在 他 儿 子 福 音 上 ， 用 心 灵 所 事 奉 的 神 ， 可 以 见 证 我 怎 样 不 住 地 提 到 你 们 ，      [kjv]  For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;     [bbe]  For God is my witness, whose servant I am in spirit in the good news of his Son, that you are at all times in my memory and in my prayers, 1:10 [hgb]  在 祷 告 之 间 ， 常 常 恳 求 ， 或 者 照 神 的 旨 意 ， 终 能 得 平 坦 的 道 路 往 你 们 那 里 去 。      [kjv]  Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.     [bbe]  And that I am ever making prayers that God will give me a good journey to you. 1:11 [hgb]  因 为 我 切 切 地 想 见 你 们 ， 要 把 些 属 灵 的 恩 赐 分 给 你 们 ， 使 你 们 可 以 坚 固 。      [kjv]  For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;     [bbe]  For I have a strong desire to see you, and to give you some grace of the spirit, so that you may be made strong; 1:12 [hgb]  这 样 我 在 你 们 中 间 ， 因 你 与 我 彼 此 的 信 心 ， 就 可 以 同 得 安 慰 。      [kjv]  That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.     [bbe]  That is to say, that all of us may be comforted together by the faith which is in you and in me. 1:13 [hgb]  弟 兄 们 ， 我 不 愿 意 你 们 不 知 道 ， 我 屡 次 定 意 往 你 们 那 里 去 ， 要 在 你 们 中 间 得 些 果 子 ， 如 同 在 其 余 的 外 邦 人 中 一 样 。 只 是 到 如 今 仍 有 阻 隔 。      [kjv]  Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.     [bbe]  You may be certain, my brothers, that it has frequently been in my mind to come to you (but till now I was kept from it), so that I might have some fruit from you in the same way as I have had it from the other nations. 1:14 [hgb]  无 论 是 希 利 尼 人 ， 化 外 人 ， 聪 明 人 ， 愚 拙 人 ， 我 都 欠 他 们 的 债 。      [kjv]  I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.     [bbe]  I have a debt to Greeks and to the nations outside; to the wise and to those who have no learning. 1:15 [hgb]  所 以 情 愿 尽 我 的 力 量 ， 将 福 音 也 传 给 你 们 在 罗 马 的 人 。      [kjv]  So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.     [bbe]  For which reason I have the desire, as far as I am able, to give the knowledge of the good news to you who are in Rome. 1:16 [hgb]  我 不 以 福 音 为 耻 。 这 福 音 本 是 神 的 大 能 ， 要 救 一 切 相 信 的 ， 先 是 犹 太 人 ， 后 是 希 利 尼 人 。      [kjv]  For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.     [bbe]  For I have no feeling of shame about the good news, because it is the power of God giving salvation to everyone who has faith, to the Jew first, and then to the Greek. 1:17 [hgb]  因 为 神 的 义 ， 正 在 这 福 音 上 显 明 出 来 。 这 义 是 本 于 信 以 致 于 信 。 如 经 上 所 记 ， 义 人 必 因 信 得 生 。      [kjv]  For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.     [bbe]  For in it there is the revelation of the righteousness of God from faith to faith: as it is said in the holy Writings, The man who does righteousness will be living by his faith. 1:18 [hgb]  原 来 神 的 忿 怒 ， 从 天 上 显 明 在 一 切 不 虔 不 义 的 人 身 上 ， 就 是 那 些 行 不 义 阻 挡 真 理 的 人 。      [kjv]  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;     [bbe]  For there is a revelation of the wrath of God from heaven against all the wrongdoing and evil thoughts of men who keep down what is true by wrongdoing; 1:19 [hgb]  神 的 事 情 ， 人 所 能 知 道 的 ， 原 显 明 在 人 心 里 。 因 为 神 已 经 给 他 们 显 明 。      [kjv]  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.     [bbe]  Because the knowledge of God may be seen in them, God having made it clear to them. 1:20 [hgb]  自 从 造 天 地 以 来 ， 神 的 永 能 和 神 性 是 明 明 可 知 的 ， 虽 是 眼 不 能 见 ， 但 借 着 所 造 之 物 ， 就 可 以 晓 得 ， 叫 人 无 可 推 诿 。      [kjv]  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:     [bbe]  For from the first making of the world, those things of God which the eye is unable to see, that is, his eternal power and existence, are fully made clear, he having given the knowledge of them through the things which he has made, so that men have no reason for wrongdoing: 1:21 [hgb]  因 为 他 们 虽 然 知 道 神 ， 却 不 当 作 神 荣 耀 他 ， 也 不 感 谢 他 。 他 们 的 思 念 变 为 虚 妄 ， 无 知 的 心 就 昏 暗 了 。      [kjv]  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.     [bbe]  Because, having the knowledge of God, they did not give glory to God as God, and did not give praise, but their minds were full of foolish things, and their hearts, being without sense, were made dark. 1:22 [hgb]  自 称 为 聪 明 ， 反 成 了 愚 拙 ，      [kjv]  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,     [bbe]  Seeming to be wise, they were in fact foolish, 1:23 [hgb]  将 不 能 朽 坏 之 神 的 荣 耀 变 为 偶 像 ， 仿 佛 必 朽 坏 的 人 ， 和 飞 禽 走 兽 昆 虫 的 样 式 。      [kjv]  And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.     [bbe]  And by them the glory of the eternal God was changed and made into the image of man who is not eternal, and of birds and beasts and things which go on the earth. 1:24 [hgb]  所 以 神 任 凭 他 们 ， 逞 着 心 里 的 情 欲 行 污 秽 的 事 ， 以 致 彼 此 玷 辱 自 己 的 身 体 。      [kjv]  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:     [bbe]  For this reason God gave them up to the evil desires of their hearts, working shame in their bodies with one another: 1:25 [hgb]  他 们 将 神 的 真 实 变 为 虚 谎 ， 去 敬 拜 事 奉 受 造 之 物 ， 不 敬 奉 那 造 物 的 主 。 主 乃 是 可 称 颂 的 ， 直 到 永 远 。 阿 们 。      [kjv]  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.     [bbe]  Because by them the true word of God was changed into that which is false, and they gave worship and honour to the thing which is made, and not to him who made it, to whom be blessing for ever. So be it. 1:26 [hgb]  因 此 神 任 凭 他 们 放 纵 可 羞 耻 的 情 欲 。 他 们 的 女 人 ， 把 顺 性 的 用 处 ， 变 为 逆 性 的 用 处 。      [kjv]  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:     [bbe]  For this reason God gave them up to evil passions, and their women were changing the natural use into one which is unnatural: 1:27 [hgb]  男 人 也 是 如 此 ， 弃 了 女 人 顺 性 的 用 处 ， 欲 火 攻 心 ， 彼 此 贪 恋 ， 男 和 男 行 可 羞 耻 的 事 ， 就 在 自 己 身 上 受 这 妄 为 当 得 的 报 应 。      [kjv]  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.     [bbe]  And in the same way the men gave up the natural use of the woman and were burning in their desire for one another, men doing shame with men, and getting in their bodies the right reward of their evil-doing. 1:28 [hgb]  他 们 既 然 故 意 不 认 识 神 ， 神 就 任 凭 他 们 存 邪 僻 的 心 行 那 些 不 合 理 的 事 ，      [kjv]  And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;     [bbe]  And because they had not the mind to keep God in their knowledge, God gave them up to an evil mind, to do those things which are not right; 1:29 [hgb]  装 满 了 各 样 不 义 ， 邪 恶 ， 贪 婪 ， 恶 毒 （ 或 作 阴 毒 ） 。 满 心 是 嫉 妒 ， 凶 杀 ， 争 竞 ， 诡 诈 ， 毒 恨 。      [kjv]  Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,     [bbe]  Being full of all wrongdoing, evil, desire for the goods of others, hate, envy, putting to death, fighting, deceit, cruel ways, evil talk, and false statements about others; 1:30 [hgb]  又 是 谗 毁 的 ， 背 后 说 人 的 ， 怨 恨 神 的 （ 或 作 被 神 所 憎 恶 的 ） ， 侮 慢 人 的 ， 狂 傲 的 ， 自 夸 的 ， 捏 造 恶 事 的 ， 违 背 父 母 的 ，      [kjv]  Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,     [bbe]  Hated by God, full of pride, without respect, full of loud talk, given to evil inventions, not honouring father or mother, 1:31 [hgb]  无 知 的 ， 背 约 的 ， 无 亲 情 的 ， 不 怜 悯 人 的 。      [kjv]  Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:     [bbe]  Without knowledge, not true to their undertakings, unkind, having no mercy: 1:32 [hgb]  他 们 虽 知 道 神 判 定 ， 行 这 样 事 的 人 是 当 死 的 ， 然 而 他 们 不 但 自 己 去 行 ， 还 喜 欢 别 人 去 行 。      [kjv]  Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.     [bbe]  Who, though they have knowledge of the law of God, that the fate of those who do these things is death, not only go on doing these things themselves, but give approval to those who do them. 
Chapter 2
2:1 [hgb]  你 这 论 断 人 的 ， 无 论 你 是 谁 ， 也 无 可 推 诿 ， 你 在 什 么 事 上 论 断 人 ， 就 在 什 么 事 上 定 自 己 的 罪 。 因 你 这 论 断 人 的 ， 自 己 所 行 却 和 别 人 一 样 。      [kjv]  Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.     [bbe]  So you have no reason, whoever you are, for judging: for in judging another you are judging yourself, for you do the same things. 2:2 [hgb]  我 们 知 道 这 样 行 的 人 ， 神 必 照 真 理 审 判 他 。      [kjv]  But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.     [bbe]  And we are conscious that God is a true judge against those who do such things. 2:3 [hgb]  你 这 人 哪 ， 你 论 断 行 这 样 事 的 人 ， 自 己 所 行 的 却 和 别 人 一 样 ， 你 以 为 能 逃 脱 神 的 审 判 吗 ？      [kjv]  And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?     [bbe]  But you who are judging another for doing what you do yourself, are you hoping that God's decision will not take effect against you? 2:4 [hgb]  还 是 你 藐 视 他 丰 富 的 恩 慈 ， 宽 容 ， 忍 耐 ， 不 晓 得 他 的 恩 慈 是 领 你 悔 改 呢 ？      [kjv]  Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?     [bbe]  Or is it nothing to you that God had pity on you, waiting and putting up with you for so long, not seeing that in his pity God's desire is to give you a change of heart? 2:5 [hgb]  你 竟 任 着 你 刚 硬 不 悔 改 的 心 ， 为 自 己 积 蓄 忿 怒 ， 以 致 神 震 怒 ， 显 他 公 义 审 判 的 日 子 来 到 。      [kjv]  But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;     [bbe]  But by your hard and unchanged heart you are storing up wrath for yourself in the day of the revelation of God's judging in righteousness; 2:6 [hgb]  他 必 照 各 人 的 行 为 报 应 各 人 。      [kjv]  Who will render to every man according to his deeds:     [bbe]  Who will give to every man his right reward: 2:7 [hgb]  凡 恒 心 行 善 寻 求 荣 耀 尊 贵 ， 和 不 能 朽 坏 之 福 的 ， 就 以 永 生 报 应 他 们 。      [kjv]  To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:     [bbe]  To those who go on with good works in the hope of glory and honour and salvation from death, he will give eternal life: 2:8 [hgb]  惟 有 结 党 不 顺 从 真 理 ， 反 顺 从 不 义 的 ， 就 以 忿 怒 恼 恨 报 应 他 们 。      [kjv]  But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,     [bbe]  But to those who, from a love of competition, are not guided by what is true, will come the heat of his wrath, 2:9 [hgb]  将 患 难 ， 困 苦 ， 加 给 一 切 作 恶 的 人 ， 先 是 犹 太 人 ， 后 是 希 利 尼 人 。      [kjv]  Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;     [bbe]  Trouble and sorrow on all whose works are evil, to the Jew first and then to the Greek; 2:10 [hgb]  却 将 荣 耀 ， 尊 贵 ， 平 安 ， 加 给 一 切 行 善 的 人 ， 先 是 犹 太 人 ， 后 是 希 利 尼 人 。      [kjv]  But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:     [bbe]  But glory and honour and peace to all whose works are good, to the Jew first and then to the Greek: 2:11 [hgb]  因 为 神 不 偏 待 人 。      [kjv]  For there is no respect of persons with God.     [bbe]  For one man is not different from another before God. 2:12 [hgb]  凡 没 有 律 法 犯 了 罪 的 ， 也 必 不 按 律 法 灭 亡 。 凡 在 律 法 以 下 犯 了 罪 的 ， 也 必 按 律 法 受 审 判 ，      [kjv]  For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;     [bbe]  All those who have done wrong without the law will get destruction without the law: and those who have done wrong under the law will have their punishment by the law; 2:13 [hgb]  （ 原 来 在 神 面 前 ， 不 是 听 律 法 的 为 义 ， 乃 是 行 律 法 的 称 义 。      [kjv]  (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.     [bbe]  For it is not the hearers of the law who will be judged as having righteousness before God, but only the doers: 2:14 [hgb]  没 有 律 法 的 外 邦 人 ， 若 顺 着 本 性 行 律 法 上 的 事 ， 他 们 虽 然 没 有 律 法 ， 自 己 就 是 自 己 的 律 法 。      [kjv]  For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:     [bbe]  For when the Gentiles without the law have a natural desire to do the things in the law, they are a law to themselves; 2:15 [hgb]  这 是 显 出 律 法 的 功 用 刻 在 他 们 心 里 ， 他 们 是 非 之 心 同 作 见 证 ， 并 且 他 们 的 思 念 互 相 较 量 ， 或 以 为 是 ， 或 以 为 非 。 ）      [kjv]  Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)     [bbe]  Because the work of the law is seen in their hearts, their sense of right and wrong giving witness to it, while their minds are at one time judging them and at another giving them approval; 2:16 [hgb]  就 在 神 借 耶 稣 基 督 审 判 人 隐 秘 事 的 日 子 ， 照 着 我 的 福 音 所 言 。      [kjv]  In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.     [bbe]  In the day when God will be a judge of the secrets of men, as it says in the good news of which I am a preacher, through Jesus Christ. 2:17 [hgb]  你 称 为 犹 太 人 ， 又 倚 靠 律 法 ， 且 指 着 神 夸 口 。      [kjv]  Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,     [bbe]  But as for you who have the name of Jew, and are resting on the law, and take pride in God, 2:18 [hgb]  既 从 律 法 中 受 了 教 训 ， 就 晓 得 神 的 旨 意 ， 也 能 分 别 是 非 （ 或 作 也 喜 爱 那 美 好 的 事 ）      [kjv]  And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;     [bbe]  And have knowledge of his desires, and are a judge of the things which are different, having the learning of the law, 2:19 [hgb]  又 深 信 自 己 是 给 瞎 子 领 路 的 ， 是 黑 暗 中 人 的 光 ，      [kjv]  And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,     [bbe]  In the belief that you are a guide to the blind, a light to those in the dark, 2:20 [hgb]  是 蠢 笨 人 的 师 傅 ， 是 小 孩 子 的 先 生 ， 在 律 法 上 有 知 识 和 真 理 的 模 范 。      [kjv]  An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.     [bbe]  A teacher of the foolish, having in the law the form of knowledge and of what is true; 2:21 [hgb]  你 既 是 教 导 别 人 ， 还 不 教 导 自 己 吗 ？ 你 讲 说 人 不 可 偷 窃 ， 自 己 还 偷 窃 吗 ？      [kjv]  Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?     [bbe]  You who give teaching to others, do you give it to yourself? you who say that a man may not take what is not his, do you take what is not yours? 2:22 [hgb]  你 说 人 不 可 奸 淫 ， 自 己 还 奸 淫 吗 ？ 你 厌 恶 偶 像 ， 自 己 还 偷 窃 庙 中 之 物 吗 ？      [kjv]  Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?     [bbe]  You who say that a man may not be untrue to his wife, are you true to yours? you who are a hater of images, do you do wrong to the house of God? 2:23 [hgb]  你 指 着 律 法 夸 口 ， 自 己 倒 犯 律 法 ， 玷 辱 神 吗 ？      [kjv]  Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?     [bbe]  You who take pride in the law, are you doing wrong to the honour of God by behaviour which is against the law? 2:24 [hgb]  神 的 名 在 外 邦 人 中 ， 因 你 们 受 了 亵 渎 ， 正 如 经 上 所 记 的 。      [kjv]  For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.     [bbe]  For the name of God is shamed among the Gentiles because of you, as it is said in the holy Writings. 2:25 [hgb]  你 若 是 行 律 法 的 割 礼 固 然 于 你 有 益 。 若 是 犯 律 法 的 ， 你 的 割 礼 就 算 不 得 割 礼 。      [kjv]  For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.     [bbe]  It is true that circumcision is of use if you keep the law, but if you go against the law it is as if you had it not. 2:26 [hgb]  所 以 那 未 受 割 礼 的 ， 若 遵 守 律 法 的 条 例 ， 他 虽 然 未 受 割 礼 ， 岂 不 算 是 有 割 礼 吗 ？      [kjv]  Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?     [bbe]  If those who have not circumcision keep the rules of the law, will it not be credited to them as circumcision? 2:27 [hgb]  而 且 那 本 来 未 受 割 礼 的 ， 若 能 全 守 律 法 ， 岂 不 是 要 审 判 你 这 有 仪 文 和 割 礼 竟 犯 律 法 的 人 吗 ？      [kjv]  And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? Chapter 3
3:1 [hgb]  这 样 说 来 ， 犹 太 人 有 什 么 长 处 ？ 割 礼 有 什 么 益 处 呢 ？      [kjv]  What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?     [bbe]  How then is the Jew better off? or what profit is there in circumcision? 3:2 [hgb]  凡 事 大 有 好 处 。 第 一 是 神 的 圣 言 交 托 他 们 。      [kjv]  Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.     [bbe]  Much in every way: first of all because the words of God were given to them. 3:3 [hgb]  即 便 有 不 信 的 ， 这 有 何 妨 呢 ？ 难 道 他 们 的 不 信 ， 就 废 掉 神 的 信 吗 ？      [kjv]  For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?     [bbe]  And if some have no faith, will that make the faith of God without effect? 3:4 [hgb]  断 乎 不 能 。 不 如 说 ， 神 是 真 实 的 ， 人 都 是 虚 谎 的 。 如 经 上 所 记 ， 你 责 备 人 的 时 候 ， 显 为 公 义 。 被 人 议 论 的 时 候 ， 可 以 得 胜 。      [kjv]  God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.     [bbe]  In no way: but let God be true, though every man is seen to be untrue; as it is said in the Writings, That your words may be seen to be true, and you may be seen to be right when you are judged. 3:5 [hgb]  我 且 照 着 人 的 常 话 说 ， 我 们 的 不 义 ， 若 显 出 神 的 义 来 ， 我 们 可 以 怎 么 说 呢 ？ 神 降 怒 ， 是 他 不 义 吗 ？      [kjv]  But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man)     [bbe]  But if the righteousness of God is supported by our wrongdoing what is to be said? is it wrong for God to be angry (as men may say)? 3:6 [hgb]  断 乎 不 是 。 若 是 这 样 ， 神 怎 能 审 判 世 界 呢 ？      [kjv]  God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?     [bbe]  In no way: because if it is so, how is God able to be the judge of all the world? 3:7 [hgb]  若 神 的 真 实 ， 因 我 的 虚 谎 ， 越 发 显 出 他 的 荣 耀 ， 为 什 么 我 还 受 审 判 ， 好 像 罪 人 呢 ？      [kjv]  For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?     [bbe]  But if, because I am untrue, God being seen to be true gets more glory, why am I to be judged as a sinner? 3:8 [hgb]  为 什 么 不 说 ， 我 们 可 以 作 恶 以 成 善 呢 ？ 这 是 毁 谤 我 们 的 人 ， 说 我 们 有 这 话 。 这 等 人 定 罪 ， 是 该 当 的 。      [kjv]  And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.     [bbe]  Let us not do evil so that good may come (a statement which we are falsely said by some to have made), because such behaviour will have its right punishment. 3:9 [hgb]  这 却 怎 么 样 呢 ？ 我 们 比 他 们 强 吗 ？ 决 不 是 的 。 因 我 们 已 经 证 明 ， 犹 太 人 和 希 利 尼 人 都 在 罪 恶 之 下 。      [kjv]  What then? are we better than they? [bbe]  Not one who has the knowledge of what is right, not one who is a searcher after God; 3:12 [hgb]  都 是 偏 离 正 路 ， 一 同 变 为 无 用 。 没 有 行 善 的 ， 连 一 个 也 没 有 。      [kjv]  They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.     [bbe]  They have all gone out of the way, there is no profit in any of them; there is not one who does good, not so much as one: 3:13 [hgb]  他 们 的 喉 咙 是 敞 开 的 坟 墓 。 他 们 用 舌 头 弄 诡 诈 。 嘴 唇 里 有 虺 蛇 的 毒 气 。      [kjv]  Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:     [bbe]  Their throat is like an open place of death; with their tongues they have said what is not true: the poison of snakes is under their lips: 3:14 [hgb]  满 口 是 咒 骂 苦 毒 。      [kjv]  Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:     [bbe]  Whose mouth is full of curses and bitter words: 3:15 [hgb]  杀 人 流 血 他 们 的 脚 飞 跑 。      [kjv]  Their feet are swift to shed blood:     [bbe]  Their feet are quick in running after blood; 3:16 [hgb]  所 经 过 的 路 ， 便 行 残 害 暴 虐 的 事 。      [kjv]  Destruction and misery are in their ways:     [bbe]  Destruction and trouble are in their ways; 3:17 [hgb]  平 安 的 路 ， 他 们 未 曾 知 道 。      [kjv]  And the way of peace have they not known:     [bbe]  And of the way of peace they have no knowledge: 3:18 [hgb]  他 们 眼 中 不 怕 神 。      [kjv]  There is no fear of God before their eyes.     [bbe]  There is no fear of God before their eyes. 3:19 [hgb]  我 们 晓 得 律 法 上 的 话 ， 都 是 对 律 法 以 下 之 人 说 的 ， 好 塞 住 各 人 的 口 ， 叫 普 世 的 人 都 伏 在 神 审 判 之 下 。      [kjv]  Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.     [bbe]  Now, we have knowledge that what the law says is for those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and all men may be judged by God: 3:20 [hgb]  所 以 凡 有 血 气 的 没 有 一 个 ， 因 行 律 法 ， 能 在 神 面 前 称 义 。 因 为 律 法 本 是 叫 人 知 罪 。      [kjv]  Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.     [bbe]  Because by the works of the law no man is able to have righteousness in his eyes, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin. 3:21 [hgb]  但 如 今 神 的 义 在 律 法 以 外 已 经 显 明 出 来 ， 有 律 法 和 先 知 为 证 。      [kjv]  But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;     [bbe]  But now without the law there is a revelation of the righteousness of God, to which witness is given by the law and the prophets; 3:22 [hgb]  就 是 神 的 义 ， 因 信 耶 稣 基 督 ， 加 给 一 切 相 信 的 人 ， 并 没 有 分 别 。      [kjv]  Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:     [bbe]  That is, the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ, to all those who have faith; and one man is not different from another, 3:23 [hgb]  因 为 世 人 都 犯 了 罪 ， 亏 缺 了 神 的 荣 耀 。      [kjv]  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;     [bbe]  For all have done wrong and are far from the glory of God; 3:24 [hgb]  如 今 却 蒙 神 的 恩 典 ， 因 基 督 耶 稣 的 救 赎 ， 就 白 白 地 称 义 。      [kjv]  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:     [bbe]  And they may have righteousness put to their credit, freely, by his grace, through the salvation which is in Christ Jesus: 3:25 [hgb]  神 设 立 耶 稣 作 挽 回 祭 ， 是 凭 着 耶 稣 的 血 ， 借 着 人 的 信 ， 要 显 明 神 的 义 。 因 为 他 用 忍 耐 的 心 ， 宽 容 人 先 时 所 犯 的 罪 。      [kjv]  Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;     [bbe]  Whom God has put forward as the sign of his mercy, through faith, by his blood, to make clear his righteousness when, in his pity, God let the sins of earlier times go without punishment; 3:26 [hgb]  好 在 今 时 显 明 他 的 义 ， 使 人 知 道 他 自 己 为 义 ， 也 称 信 耶 稣 的 人 为 义 。      [kjv]  To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.     [bbe]  And to make clear his righteousness now, so that he might himself be upright, and give righteousness to him who has faith in Jesus. 3:27 [hgb]  既 是 这 样 ， 哪 里 能 夸 口 呢 ？ 没 有 可 夸 的 了 。 用 何 法 没 有 的 呢 ？ 是 用 立 功 之 法 吗 ？ 不 是 ， 乃 用 信 主 之 法 。      [kjv]  Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.     [bbe]  What reason, then, is there for pride? It is shut out. By what sort of law? of works? No, but by a law of faith. 3:28 [hgb]  所 以 （ 有 古 卷 作 因 为 ） 我 们 看 定 了 ， 人 称 义 是 因 着 信 ， 不 在 乎 遵 行 律 法 。      [kjv]  Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.     [bbe]  For this reason, then, a man may get righteousness by faith without the works of the law. 3:29 [hgb]  难 道 神 只 作 犹 太 人 的 神 吗 ？ 不 也 是 作 外 邦 人 的 神 吗 ？ 是 的 ， 也 作 外 邦 人 的 神 。      [kjv]  Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:     [bbe]  Or is God the God of Jews only? is he not in the same way the God of Gentiles? Yes, of Gentiles: 3:30 [hgb]  神 既 是 一 位 他 就 要 因 信 称 那 受 割 礼 的 为 义 ， 也 要 因 信 称 那 未 受 割 礼 的 为 义 。      [kjv]  Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.     [bbe]  If God is one; and he will give righteousness because of faith to those who have circumcision, and through faith to those who have not circumcision. 3:31 [hgb]  这 样 ， 我 们 因 信 废 了 律 法 吗 ？ 断 乎 不 是 ， 更 是 坚 固 律 法 。      [kjv]  Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.     [bbe]  Do we, then, through faith make the law of no effect? in no way: but we make it clear that the law is important. 
Chapter 4
4:1 [hgb]  如 此 说 来 ， 我 们 的 祖 宗 亚 伯 拉 罕 ， 凭 着 肉 体 得 了 什 么 呢 ？      [kjv]  What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?     [bbe]  What, then, may we say that Abraham, our father after the flesh, has got? 4:2 [hgb]  倘 若 亚 伯 拉 罕 是 因 行 为 称 义 ， 就 有 可 夸 的 。 只 是 在 神 面 前 并 无 可 夸 。      [kjv]  For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.     [bbe]  For if Abraham got righteousness by works, he has reason for pride; but not before God. 4:3 [hgb]  经 上 说 什 么 呢 ？ 说 ， 亚 伯 拉 罕 信 神 ， 这 就 算 为 他 的 义 。      [kjv]  For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.     [bbe]  But what does it say in the holy Writings? And Abraham had faith in God, and it was put to his account as righteousness. 4:4 [hgb]  作 工 的 得 工 价 ， 不 算 恩 典 ， 乃 是 该 得 的 ，      [kjv]  Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.     [bbe]  Now, the reward is credited to him who does works, not as of grace but as a debt. 4:5 [hgb]  惟 有 不 作 工 的 ， 只 信 称 罪 人 为 义 的 神 ， 他 的 信 就 算 为 义 。      [kjv]  But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.     [bbe]  But to him who without working has faith in him who gives righteousness to the evil-doer, his faith is put to his account as righteousness. 4:6 [hgb]  正 如 大 卫 称 那 在 行 为 以 外 ， 蒙 神 算 为 义 的 人 是 有 福 的 。      [kjv]  Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,     [bbe]  As David says that there is a blessing on the man to whose account God puts righteousness without works, saying, 4:7 [hgb]  他 说 ， 得 赦 免 其 过 ， 遮 盖 其 罪 的 ， 这 人 是 有 福 的 。      [kjv]  Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.     [bbe]  Happy are those who have forgiveness for their wrongdoing, and whose sins are covered. 4:8 [hgb]  主 不 算 为 有 罪 的 ， 这 人 是 有 福 的 。      [kjv]  Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.     [bbe]  Happy is the man against whom no sin is recorded by the Lord. 4:9 [hgb]  如 此 看 来 ， 这 福 是 单 加 给 那 受 割 礼 的 人 吗 ？ 不 也 是 加 给 那 未 受 割 礼 的 人 吗 ？ 因 我 们 所 说 ， 亚 伯 拉 罕 的 信 ， 就 算 为 他 的 义 。      [kjv]  Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.     [bbe]  Is this blessing, then, for the circumcision only, or in the same way for those who have not circumcision? for we say that the faith of Abraham was put to his account as righteousness. 4:10 [hgb]  是 怎 么 算 的 呢 ？ 是 在 他 受 割 礼 的 时 候 呢 ？ 是 在 他 未 受 割 礼 的 时 候 呢 ？ 不 是 在 受 割 礼 的 时 候 ， 乃 是 在 未 受 割 礼 的 时 候 。      [kjv]  How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.     [bbe]  How, then, was it judged? when he had circumcision, or when he had it not? Not when he had it, but when he did not have it: 4:11 [hgb]  并 且 他 受 了 割 礼 的 记 号 ， 作 他 未 受 割 礼 的 时 候 因 信 称 义 的 印 证 ， 叫 他 作 一 切 未 受 割 礼 而 信 之 人 的 父 ， 使 他 们 也 算 为 义 。      [kjv]  And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:     [bbe]  And he was given the sign of circumcision as a witness of the faith which he had before he underwent circumcision: so that he might be the father of all those who have faith, though they have not circumcision, and so that righteousness might be put to their account; 4:12 [hgb]  又 作 受 割 礼 之 人 的 父 ， 就 是 那 些 不 但 受 割 礼 ， 并 且 按 我 们 的 祖 宗 亚 伯 拉 罕 ， 未 受 割 礼 而 信 之 踪 迹 去 行 的 人 。      [kjv]  And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.     [bbe]  And the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who keep to the way of that faith which our father Abraham had before he underwent circumcision. 4:13 [hgb]  因 为 神 应 许 亚 伯 拉 罕 和 他 后 裔 ， 必 得 承 受 世 界 ， 不 是 因 律 法 ， 乃 是 因 信 而 得 的 义 。      [kjv]  For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.     [bbe]  For God's word, that the earth would be his heritage, was given to Abraham, not through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 4:14 [hgb]  若 是 属 乎 律 法 的 人 ， 才 得 为 后 嗣 ， 信 就 归 于 虚 空 ， 应 许 也 就 废 弃 了 。      [kjv]  For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:     [bbe]  For if they who are of the law are the people who get the heritage, then faith is made of no use, and the word of God has no power; 4:15 [hgb]  因 为 律 法 是 惹 动 忿 怒 的 。 （ 或 作 叫 人 受 刑 的 ） 哪 里 没 有 律 法 ， 哪 里 就 没 有 过 犯 。      [kjv]  Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.     [bbe]  For the outcome of the law is wrath; but where there is no law it will not be broken. 4:16 [hgb]  所 以 人 得 为 后 嗣 是 本 乎 信 。 因 此 就 属 乎 恩 。 叫 应 许 定 然 归 给 一 切 后 裔 。 不 但 归 给 那 属 乎 律 法 的 ， 也 归 给 那 效 法 亚 伯 拉 罕 之 信 的 。      [kjv]  Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,     [bbe]  For this reason it is of faith, so that it may be through grace; and so that the word of God may be certain to all the seed; not only to that which is of the law, but to that which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, 4:17 [hgb]  亚 伯 拉 罕 所 信 的 ， 是 那 叫 死 人 复 活 使 无 变 为 有 的 神 ， 他 在 主 面 前 作 我 们 世 人 的 父 。 如 经 上 所 记 ， 我 已 经 立 你 作 多 国 的 父 。      [kjv]  (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.     [bbe]  (As it is said in the holy Writings, I have made you a father of a number of nations) before him in whom he had faith, that is, God, who gives life to the dead, and to whom the things which are not are as if they were. 4:18 [hgb]  他 在 无 可 指 望 的 时 候 ， 因 信 仍 有 指 望 ， 就 得 以 作 多 国 的 父 ， 正 如 先 前 所 说 ， 你 的 后 裔 将 要 如 此 。      [kjv]  Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.     [bbe]  Who without reason for hope, in faith went on hoping, so that he became the father of a number of nations, as it had been said, So will your seed be. 4:19 [hgb]  他 将 近 百 岁 的 时 候 ， 虽 然 想 到 自 己 的 身 体 如 同 已 死 ， 撒 拉 的 生 育 已 经 断 绝 ， 他 的 信 心 还 是 不 软 弱 。      [kjv]  And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:     [bbe]  And not being feeble in faith though his body seemed to him little better than dead (he being about a hundred years old) and Sarah was no longer able to have children: 4:20 [hgb]  并 且 仰 望 神 的 应 许 ， 总 没 有 因 不 信 ， 心 里 起 疑 惑 。 反 倒 因 信 ， 心 里 得 坚 固 ， 将 荣 耀 归 给 神 。      [kjv]  He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;     [bbe]  Still, he did not give up faith in the undertaking of God, but was made strong by faith, giving glory to God, 4:21 [hgb]  且 满 心 相 信 ， 神 所 应 许 的 必 能 作 成 。      [kjv]  And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.     [bbe]  And being certain that God was able to keep his word. 4:22 [hgb]  所 以 这 就 算 为 他 的 义 。      [kjv]  And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.     [bbe]  For which reason it was put to his account as righteousness. 4:23 [hgb]  算 为 他 义 的 这 句 话 ， 不 是 单 为 他 写 的 ，      [kjv]  Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;     [bbe]  Now, it was not because of him only that this was said, 4:24 [hgb]  也 是 为 我 们 将 来 得 算 为 义 之 人 写 的 。 就 是 我 们 这 信 神 使 我 们 的 主 耶 稣 从 死 里 复 活 的 人 。      [kjv]  But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;     [bbe]  But for us in addition, to whose account it will be put, if we have faith in him who made Jesus our Lord come back again from the dead, 4:25 [hgb]  耶 稣 被 交 给 人 ， 是 为 我 们 的 过 犯 ， 复 活 是 为 叫 我 们 称 义 。 （ 或 作 耶 稣 是 为 我 们 的 过 犯 交 付 了 是 为 我 们 称 义 复 活 了 ）      [kjv]  Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.     [bbe]  Who was put to death for our evil-doing, and came to life again so that we might have righteousness. 
Chapter 5
5:1 [hgb]  我 们 既 因 信 称 义 ， 就 借 着 我 们 的 主 耶 稣 基 督 ， 得 与 神 相 和 。      [kjv]  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:     [bbe]  For which reason, because we have righteousness through faith, let us be at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; 5:2 [hgb]  我 们 又 借 着 他 ， 因 信 得 进 入 现 在 所 站 的 这 恩 典 中 ， 并 且 欢 欢 喜 喜 盼 望 神 的 荣 耀 。      [kjv]  By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.     [bbe]  Through whom, in the same way, we have been able by faith to come to this grace in which we now are; and let us have joy in hope of the glory of God. 5:3 [hgb]  不 但 如 此 ， 就 是 在 患 难 中 ， 也 是 欢 欢 喜 喜 的 。 因 为 知 道 患 难 生 忍 耐 。      [kjv]  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;     [bbe]  And not only so, but let us have joy in our troubles: in the knowledge that trouble gives us the power of waiting; 5:4 [hgb]  忍 耐 生 老 练 。 老 练 生 盼 望 。      [kjv]  And patience, experience; and experience, hope:     [bbe]  And waiting gives experience; and experience, hope: 5:5 [hgb]  盼 望 不 至 于 羞 耻 ， 因 为 所 赐 给 我 们 的 圣 灵 将 神 的 爱 浇 灌 在 我 们 心 里 。      [kjv]  And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. [bbe]  For when we were still without strength, at the right time Christ gave his life for evil-doers. 5:7 [hgb]  为 义 人 死 ， 是 少 有 的 ， 为 仁 人 死 ， 或 者 有 敢 作 的 。      [kjv]  For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.     [bbe]  Now it is hard for anyone to give his life even for an upright man, though it might be that for a good man someone would give his life. 5:8 [hgb]  惟 有 基 督 在 我 们 还 作 罪 人 的 时 候 为 我 们 死 ， 神 的 爱 就 在 此 向 我 们 显 明 了 。      [kjv]  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.     [bbe]  But God has made clear his love to us, in that, when we were still sinners, Christ gave his life for us. 5:9 [hgb]  现 在 我 们 既 靠 着 他 的 血 称 义 ， 就 更 要 借 着 他 免 去 神 的 忿 怒 。      [kjv]  Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.     [bbe]  Much more, if we now have righteousness by his blood, will salvation from the wrath of God come to us through him. 5:10 [hgb]  因 为 我 们 作 仇 敌 的 时 候 ， 且 借 着 神 儿 子 的 死 ， 得 与 神 和 好 ， 既 已 和 好 ， 就 更 要 因 他 的 生 得 救 了 。      [kjv]  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.     [bbe]  For if, when we were haters of God, the death of his Son made us at peace with him, much more, now that we are his friends, will we have salvation through his life; 5:11 [hgb]  不 但 如 此 ， 我 们 既 借 着 我 主 耶 稣 基 督 ， 得 与 神 和 好 ， 也 就 借 着 他 ， 以 神 为 乐 。      [kjv]  And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.     [bbe]  And not only so, but we have joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we are now at peace with God. 5:12 [hgb]  这 就 如 罪 是 从 一 人 入 了 世 界 ， 死 又 是 从 罪 来 的 ， 于 是 死 就 临 到 众 人 ， 因 为 众 人 都 犯 了 罪 。      [kjv]  Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:     [bbe]  For this reason, as through one man sin came into the world, and death because of sin, and so death came to all men, because all have done evil: 5:13 [hgb]  没 有 律 法 之 先 ， 罪 已 经 在 世 上 。 但 没 有 律 法 ， 罪 也 不 算 罪 。      [kjv]  (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.     [bbe]  Because, till the law came, sin was in existence, but sin is not put to the account of anyone when there is no law to be broken. 5:14 [hgb]  然 而 从 亚 当 到 摩 西 ， 死 就 作 了 王 ， 连 那 些 不 与 亚 当 犯 一 样 罪 过 的 ， 也 在 他 的 权 下 。 亚 当 乃 是 那 以 后 要 来 之 人 的 预 像 。      [kjv]  Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.     [bbe]  But still death had power from Adam till Moses, even over those who had not done wrong like Adam, who is a picture of him who was to come. 5:15 [hgb]  只 是 过 犯 不 如 恩 赐 。 若 因 一 人 的 过 犯 ， 众 人 都 死 了 ， 何 况 神 的 恩 典 ， 与 那 因 耶 稣 基 督 一 人 恩 典 中 的 赏 赐 ， 岂 不 更 加 倍 地 临 到 众 人 吗 ？      [kjv]  But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.     [bbe]  But the free giving of God is not like the wrongdoing of man. For if, by the wrongdoing of one man death came to numbers of men, much more did the grace of God, and the free giving by the grace of one man, Jesus Christ, come to men. 5:16 [hgb]  因 一 人 犯 罪 就 定 罪 ， 也 不 如 恩 赐 。 原 来 审 判 是 由 一 人 而 定 罪 ， 恩 赐 乃 是 由 许 多 过 犯 而 称 义 。      [kjv]  And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.     [bbe]  And the free giving has not the same effect as the sin of one: for the effect of one man's sin was punishment by the decision of God, but the free giving had power to give righteousness to wrongdoers in great number. 5:17 [hgb]  若 因 一 人 的 过 犯 ， 死 就 因 这 一 人 作 了 王 ， 何 况 那 些 受 洪 恩 又 蒙 所 赐 之 义 的 ， 岂 不 更 要 因 耶 稣 基 督 一 人 在 生 命 中 作 王 吗 ？      [kjv]  For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)     [bbe]  For, if by the wrongdoing of one, death was ruling through the one, much more will those to whom has come the wealth of grace and the giving of righteousness, be ruling in life through the one, even Jesus Christ. 5:18 [hgb]  如 此 说 来 ， 因 一 次 的 过 犯 ， 众 人 都 被 定 罪 ， 照 样 ， 因 一 次 的 义 行 ， 众 人 也 就 被 称 义 得 生 命 了 。      [kjv]  Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.     [bbe]  So then, as the effect of one act of wrongdoing was that punishment came on all men, even so the effect of one act of righteousness was righteousness of life for all men. 5:19 [hgb]  因 一 人 的 悖 逆 ， 众 人 成 为 罪 人 ， 照 样 ， 因 一 人 的 顺 从 ， 众 人 也 成 为 义 了 。      [kjv]  For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.     [bbe]  Because, as numbers of men became sinners through the wrongdoing of one man, even so will great numbers get righteousness through the keeping of the word of God by one man. 5:20 [hgb]  律 法 本 是 外 添 的 ， 叫 过 犯 显 多 。 只 是 罪 在 哪 里 显 多 ， 恩 典 就 更 显 多 了 。      [kjv]  Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:     [bbe]  And the law came in addition, to make wrongdoing worse; but where there was much sin, there was much more grace: 5:21 [hgb]  就 如 罪 作 王 叫 人 死 ， 照 样 恩 典 也 借 着 义 作 王 ， 叫 人 因 我 们 的 主 耶 稣 基 督 得 永 生 。      [kjv]  That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.     [bbe]  That, as sin had power in death, so grace might have power through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. 
Chapter 6
6:1 [hgb]  这 样 ， 怎 么 说 呢 ？ 我 们 可 以 仍 在 罪 中 ， 叫 恩 典 显 多 吗 ？      [kjv]  What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?     [bbe]  What may we say, then? are we to go on in sin so that there may be more grace? 6:2 [hgb]  断 乎 不 可 。 我 们 在 罪 上 死 了 的 人 ， 岂 可 仍 在 罪 中 活 着 呢 ？      [kjv]  God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?     [bbe]  In no way. How may we, who are dead to sin, be living in it any longer? 6:3 [hgb]  岂 不 知 我 们 这 受 洗 归 入 基 督 耶 稣 的 人 ， 是 受 洗 归 入 他 的 死 吗 ？      [kjv]  Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?     [bbe]  Or are you without the knowledge that all we who had baptism into Christ Jesus, had baptism into his death? 6:4 [hgb]  所 以 ， 我 们 借 着 洗 礼 归 入 死 ， 和 他 一 同 埋 葬 ， 原 是 叫 我 们 一 举 一 动 有 新 生 的 样 式 ， 像 基 督 借 着 父 的 荣 耀 从 死 里 复 活 一 样 。      [kjv]  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.     [bbe]  We have been placed with him among the dead through baptism into death: so that as Christ came again from the dead by the glory of the Father, we, in the same way, might be living in new life. 6:5 [hgb]  我 们 若 在 他 死 的 形 状 上 与 他 联 合 ， 也 要 在 他 复 活 的 形 状 上 与 他 联 合 。      [kjv]  For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:     [bbe]  For, if we have been made like him in his death, we will, in the same way, be like him in his coming to life again; 6:6 [hgb]  因 为 知 道 我 们 的 旧 人 和 他 同 钉 十 字 架 ， 使 罪 身 灭 绝 ， 叫 我 们 不 再 作 罪 的 奴 仆 。      [kjv]  Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.     [bbe]  Being conscious that our old man was put to death on the cross with him, so that the body of sin might be put away, and we might no longer be servants to sin. 6:7 [hgb]  因 为 已 死 的 人 ， 是 脱 离 了 罪 。      [kjv]  For he that is dead is freed from sin.     [bbe]  Because he who is dead is free from sin. 6:8 [hgb]  我 们 若 是 与 基 督 同 死 ， 就 信 必 与 他 同 活 。      [kjv]  Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:     [bbe]  But if we are dead with Christ, we have faith that we will be living with him; 6:9 [hgb]  因 为 知 道 基 督 既 从 死 里 复 活 ， 就 不 再 死 ， 死 也 不 再 作 他 的 主 了 。      [kjv]  Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.     [bbe]  Having knowledge that because Christ has come back from the dead, he will never again go down to the dead; death has no more power over him. 6:10 [hgb]  他 死 是 向 罪 死 了 ， 只 有 一 次 。 他 活 是 向 神 活 着 。      [kjv]  For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.     [bbe]  For his death was a death to sin, but his life now is a life which he is living to God. 6:11 [hgb]  这 样 ， 你 们 向 罪 也 当 看 自 己 是 死 的 。 向 神 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 却 当 看 自 己 是 活 的 。      [kjv]  Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.     [bbe]  Even so see yourselves as dead to sin, but living to God in Christ Jesus. 6:12 [hgb]  所 以 不 要 容 罪 在 你 们 必 死 的 身 上 作 王 ， 使 你 们 顺 从 身 子 的 私 欲 。      [kjv]  Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.     [bbe]  For this cause do not let sin be ruling in your body which is under the power of death, so that you give way to its desires; 6:13 [hgb]  也 不 要 将 你 们 的 肢 体 献 给 罪 作 不 义 的 器 具 。 倒 要 像 从 死 里 复 活 的 人 ， 将 自 己 献 给 神 。 并 将 肢 体 作 义 的 器 具 献 给 神 。      [kjv]  Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.     [bbe]  And do not give your bodies to sin as the instruments of wrongdoing, but give yourselves to God, as those who are living from the dead, and your bodies as instruments of righteousness to God. 6:14 [hgb]  罪 必 不 能 作 你 们 的 主 。 因 你 们 不 在 律 法 之 下 ， 乃 在 恩 典 之 下 。      [kjv]  For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.     [bbe]  For sin may not have rule over you: because you are not under law, but under grace. 6:15 [hgb]  这 却 怎 么 样 呢 ？ 我 们 在 恩 典 之 下 ， 不 在 律 法 之 下 ， 就 可 以 犯 罪 吗 ？ 断 乎 不 可 。      [kjv]  What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.     [bbe]  What then? are we to go on in sin because we are not under law but under grace? Let it not be so. 6:16 [hgb]  岂 不 晓 得 你 们 献 上 自 己 作 奴 仆 ， 顺 从 谁 ， 就 作 谁 的 奴 仆 吗 ？ 或 作 罪 的 奴 仆 ， 以 至 于 死 。 或 作 顺 命 的 奴 仆 ， 以 至 成 义 。      [kjv]  Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?     [bbe]  Are you not conscious that you are the servants of him to whom you give yourselves to do his desire? if to sin, the end being death, or if to do the desire of God, the end being righteousness. 6:17 [hgb]  感 谢 神 ， 因 为 你 们 从 前 虽 然 作 罪 的 奴 仆 ， 现 今 却 从 心 里 顺 服 了 所 传 给 你 们 道 理 的 模 范 。      [kjv]  But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.     [bbe]  But praise be to God that though you were the servants of sin, you have now given yourselves freely to that form of teaching under which you were placed; 6:18 [hgb]  你 们 既 从 罪 里 得 了 释 放 ， 就 作 了 义 的 奴 仆 。      [kjv]  Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.     [bbe]  And being made free from sin you have been made the servants of righteousness. 6:19 [hgb]  我 因 你 们 肉 体 的 软 弱 ， 就 照 人 的 常 话 对 你 们 说 ， 你 们 从 前 怎 样 将 肢 体 献 给 不 洁 不 法 作 奴 仆 ， 以 至 于 不 法 。 现 今 也 要 照 样 将 肢 体 献 给 义 作 奴 仆 ， 以 至 于 成 圣 。      [kjv]  I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.     [bbe]  I am using words in the way of men, because your flesh is feeble: as you gave your bodies as servants to what is unclean, and to evil to do evil, so now give them as servants to righteousness to do what is holy. 6:20 [hgb]  因 为 你 们 作 罪 之 奴 仆 的 时 候 ， 就 不 被 义 约 束 了 。      [kjv]  For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.     [bbe]  When you were servants of sin you were free from righteousness. 6:21 [hgb]  你 们 现 今 所 看 为 羞 耻 的 事 ， 当 日 有 什 么 果 子 呢 ？ 那 些 事 的 结 局 就 是 死 。      [kjv]  What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.     [bbe]  What fruit had you at that time in the things which are now a shame to you? for the end of such things is death. 6:22 [hgb]  但 现 今 你 们 既 从 罪 里 得 了 释 放 ， 作 了 神 的 奴 仆 ， 就 有 成 圣 的 果 子 ， 那 结 局 就 是 永 生 。      [kjv]  But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.     [bbe]  But now, being free from sin, and having been made servants to God, you have your fruit in that which is holy, and the end is eternal life. 6:23 [hgb]  因 为 罪 的 工 价 乃 是 死 。 惟 有 神 的 恩 赐 ， 在 我 们 的 主 基 督 耶 稣 里 乃 是 永 生 。      [kjv]  For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.     [bbe]  For the reward of sin is death; but what God freely gives is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord. 
Chapter 7
7:1 [hgb]  弟 兄 们 ， 我 现 在 对 明 白 律 法 的 人 说 ， 你 们 岂 不 晓 得 律 法 管 人 是 在 活 着 的 时 候 吗 ？      [kjv]  Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?     [bbe]  Is it not clear, my brothers (I am using an argument to those who have knowledge of the law), that the law has power over a man as long as he is living? 7:2 [hgb]  就 如 女 人 有 了 丈 夫 ， 丈 夫 还 活 着 ， 就 被 律 法 约 束 。 丈 夫 若 死 了 ， 就 脱 离 了 丈 夫 的 律 法 。      [kjv]  For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.     [bbe]  For the woman who has a husband is placed by the law under the power of her husband as long as he is living; but if her husband is dead, she is free from the law of the husband. 7:3 [hgb]  所 以 丈 夫 活 着 ， 她 若 归 于 别 人 ， 便 叫 淫 妇 。 丈 夫 若 死 了 ， 她 就 脱 离 了 丈 夫 的 律 法 ， 虽 然 归 于 别 人 ， 也 不 是 淫 妇 。      [kjv]  So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.     [bbe]  So if, while the husband is living, she is joined to another man, she will get the name of one who is untrue to her husband: but if the husband is dead, she is free from the law, so that she is not untrue, even if she takes another man. 7:4 [hgb]  我 的 弟 兄 们 ， 这 样 说 来 ， 你 们 借 着 基 督 的 身 体 ， 在 律 法 上 也 是 死 了 。 叫 你 们 归 于 别 人 ， 就 是 归 于 那 从 死 里 复 活 的 ， 叫 我 们 结 果 子 给 神 。      [kjv]  Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.     [bbe]  In the same way, my brothers, you were made dead to the law through the body of Christ, so that you might be joined to another, even to him who came again from the dead, so that we might give fruit to God. 7:5 [hgb]  因 为 我 们 属 肉 体 的 时 候 ， 那 因 律 法 而 生 的 恶 欲 ， 就 在 我 们 肢 体 中 发 动 ， 以 致 结 成 死 亡 的 果 子 。      [kjv]  For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.     [bbe]  For when we were in the flesh, the evil passions which came into being through the law were working in our bodies to give the fruit of death. 7:6 [hgb]  但 我 们 既 然 在 捆 我 们 的 律 法 上 死 了 ， 现 今 就 脱 离 了 律 法 ， 叫 我 们 服 事 主 ， 要 按 着 心 灵 的 新 样 ， 不 按 着 仪 文 的 旧 样 （ 心 灵 或 作 圣 灵 ） 。      [kjv]  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.     [bbe]  But now we are free from the law, having been made dead to that which had power over us; so that we are servants in the new way of the spirit, not in the old way of the letter. 7:7 [hgb]  这 样 ， 我 们 可 说 什 么 呢 ？ 律 法 是 罪 吗 ？ 断 乎 不 是 。 只 是 非 因 律 法 ， 我 就 不 知 何 为 罪 。 非 律 法 说 ， 不 可 起 贪 心 。 我 就 不 知 何 为 贪 心 。      [kjv]  What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.     [bbe]  What then is to be said? is the law sin? in no way. But I would not have had knowledge of sin but for the law: for I would not have been conscious of desire if the law had not said, You may not have a desire for what is another's. 7:8 [hgb]  然 而 罪 趁 着 机 会 ， 就 借 着 诫 命 叫 诸 般 的 贪 心 在 我 里 头 发 动 。 因 为 没 有 律 法 罪 是 死 的 。      [kjv]  But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.     [bbe]  But sin, taking its chance through that which was ordered by the law, was working in me every form of desire: because without the law sin is dead. 7:9 [hgb]  我 以 前 没 有 律 法 是 活 着 的 ， 但 是 诫 命 来 到 ， 罪 又 活 了 ， 我 就 死 了 。      [kjv]  For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.     [bbe]  And there was a time when I was living without the law: but when the law gave its orders, sin came to life and put me to death; 7:10 [hgb]  那 本 来 叫 人 活 的 诫 命 ， 反 倒 叫 我 死 。      [kjv]  And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.     [bbe]  And I made the discovery that the law whose purpose was to give life had become a cause of death: 7:11 [hgb]  因 为 罪 趁 着 机 会 ， 就 借 着 诫 命 引 诱 我 ， 并 且 杀 了 我 。      [kjv]  For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.     [bbe]  For I was tricked and put to death by sin, which took its chance through the law. 7:12 [hgb]  这 样 看 来 ， 律 法 是 圣 洁 的 ， 诫 命 也 是 圣 洁 ， 公 义 ， 良 善 的 。      [kjv]  Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.     [bbe]  But the law is holy, and its orders are holy, upright, and good. 7:13 [hgb]  既 然 如 此 ， 那 良 善 的 是 叫 我 死 吗 ？ 断 乎 不 是 。 叫 我 死 的 乃 是 罪 。 但 罪 借 着 那 良 善 的 叫 我 死 ， 就 显 出 真 是 罪 。 叫 罪 因 着 诫 命 更 显 出 是 恶 极 了 。      [kjv]  Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.     [bbe]  Was then that which is good, death to me? In no way. But the purpose was that sin might be seen to be sin by working death to me through that which is good; so that through the orders of the law sin might seem much more evil. 7:14 [hgb]  我 们 原 晓 得 律 法 是 属 乎 灵 的 ， 但 我 是 属 乎 肉 体 的 ， 是 已 经 卖 给 罪 了 。      [kjv]  For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.     [bbe]  For we are conscious that the law is of the spirit; but I am of the flesh, given into the power of sin. 7:15 [hgb]  因 为 我 所 作 的 ， 我 自 己 不 明 白 。 我 所 愿 意 的 ， 我 并 不 作 。 我 所 恨 恶 的 ， 我 倒 去 作 。      [kjv]  For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.     [bbe]  And I have no clear knowledge of what I am doing, for that which I have a mind to do, I do not, but what I have hate for, that I do. 7:16 [hgb]  若 我 所 作 的 ， 是 我 所 不 愿 意 的 ， 我 就 应 承 律 法 是 善 的 。      [kjv]  If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.     [bbe]  But, if I do that which I have no mind to do, I am in agreement with the law that the law is good. 7:17 [hgb]  既 是 这 样 ， 就 不 是 我 作 的 ， 乃 是 住 在 我 里 头 的 罪 作 的 。      [kjv]  Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. [bbe]  But I see another law in my body, working against the law of my mind, and making me the servant of the law of sin which is in my flesh. 7:24 [hgb]  我 真 是 苦 阿 ， 谁 能 救 我 脱 离 这 取 死 的 身 体 呢 ？      [kjv]  O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.     [bbe]  I give praise to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So with my mind I am a servant to the law of God, but with my flesh to the law of sin. 
Chapter 8
8:1 [hgb]  如 今 那 些 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 的 ， 就 不 定 罪 了 。      [kjv]  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.     [bbe]  For this cause those who are in Christ Jesus will not be judged as sinners. 8:2 [hgb]  因 为 赐 生 命 圣 灵 的 律 ， 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 释 放 了 我 ， 使 我 脱 离 罪 和 死 的 律 了 。      [kjv]  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.     [bbe]  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 8:3 [hgb]  律 法 既 因 肉 体 软 弱 ， 有 所 不 能 行 的 ， 神 就 差 遣 自 己 的 儿 子 ， 成 为 罪 身 的 形 状 ， 作 了 赎 罪 祭 ， 在 肉 体 中 定 了 罪 案 ，      [kjv]  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:     [bbe]  For what the law was not able to do because it was feeble through the flesh, God, sending his Son in the image of the evil flesh, and as an offering for sin, gave his decision against sin in the flesh: 8:4 [hgb]  使 律 法 的 义 成 就 在 我 们 这 不 随 从 肉 体 ， 只 随 从 圣 灵 的 人 身 上 。      [kjv]  That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.     [bbe]  So that what was ordered by the law might be done in us, who are living, not in the way of the flesh, but in the way of the Spirit. 8:5 [hgb]  因 为 随 从 肉 体 的 人 体 贴 肉 体 的 事 ， 随 从 圣 灵 的 人 体 贴 圣 灵 的 事 。      [kjv]  For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.     [bbe]  For those who are living in the way of the flesh give their minds to the things of the flesh, but those who go in the way of the Spirit, to the things of the Spirit. 8:6 [hgb]  体 贴 肉 体 的 ， 就 是 死 ， 体 贴 圣 灵 的 ， 乃 是 生 命 ， 平 安 。      [kjv]  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.     [bbe]  For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace: 8:7 [hgb]  原 来 体 贴 肉 体 的 ， 就 是 与 神 为 仇 。 因 为 不 服 神 的 律 法 ， 也 是 不 能 服 。      [kjv]  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.     [bbe]  Because the mind of the flesh is opposite to God; it is not under the law of God, and is not able to be: 8:8 [hgb]  而 且 属 肉 体 的 人 ， 不 能 得 神 的 喜 欢 。      [kjv]  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.     [bbe]  So that those who are in the flesh are not able to give pleasure to God. 8:9 [hgb]  如 果 神 的 灵 住 在 你 们 心 里 ， 你 们 就 不 属 肉 体 ， 乃 属 圣 灵 了 。 人 若 没 有 基 督 的 灵 ， 就 不 是 属 基 督 的 。      [kjv]  But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.     [bbe]  You are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God is in you. But if any man has not the Spirit of Christ he is not one of his. 8:10 [hgb]  基 督 若 在 你 们 心 里 ， 身 体 就 因 罪 而 死 ， 心 灵 却 因 义 而 活 。      [kjv]  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.     [bbe]  And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 8:11 [hgb]  然 而 叫 耶 稣 从 死 里 复 活 者 的 灵 ， 若 住 在 你 们 心 里 ， 那 叫 基 督 耶 稣 从 死 里 复 活 的 ， 也 必 借 着 住 在 你 们 心 里 的 圣 灵 ， 使 你 们 必 死 的 身 体 又 活 过 来 。      [kjv]  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.     [bbe]  But if the Spirit of him who made Jesus come again from the dead is in you, he who made Christ Jesus come again from the dead will in the same way, through his Spirit which is in you, give life to your bodies which now are under the power of death. 8:12 [hgb]  弟 兄 们 ， 这 样 看 来 ， 我 们 并 不 是 欠 肉 体 的 债 ， 去 顺 从 肉 体 活 着 。      [kjv]  Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.     [bbe]  So then, my brothers, we are in debt, not to the flesh to be living in the way of the flesh: 8:13 [hgb]  你 们 若 顺 从 肉 体 活 着 必 要 死 。 若 靠 着 圣 灵 治 死 身 体 的 恶 行 必 要 活 着 。      [kjv]  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.     [bbe]  For if you go in the way of the flesh, death will come on you; but if by the Spirit you put to death the works of the body, you will have life. 8:14 [hgb]  因 为 凡 被 神 的 灵 引 导 的 ， 都 是 神 的 儿 子 。      [kjv]  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.     [bbe]  And all those who are guided by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 8:15 [hgb]  你 们 所 受 的 不 是 奴 仆 的 心 ， 仍 旧 害 怕 。 所 受 的 乃 是 儿 子 的 心 ， 因 此 我 们 呼 叫 阿 爸 ， 父 。      [kjv]  For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.     [bbe]  For you did not get the spirit of servants again to put you in fear, but the spirit of sons was given to you, by which we say, Abba, Father. 8:16 [hgb]  圣 灵 与 我 们 的 心 同 证 我 们 是 神 的 儿 女 。      [kjv]  The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:     [bbe]  The Spirit is witness with our spirit that we are children of God: 8:17 [hgb]  既 是 儿 女 ， 便 是 后 嗣 ， 就 是 神 的 后 嗣 ， 和 基 督 同 作 后 嗣 。 如 果 我 们 和 他 一 同 受 苦 ， 也 必 和 他 一 同 得 荣 耀 。      [kjv]  And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.     [bbe]  And if we are children, we have a right to a part in the heritage; a part in the things of God, together with Christ; so that if we have a part in his pain, we will in the same way have a part in his glory. 8:18 [hgb]  我 想 现 在 的 苦 楚 ， 若 比 起 将 来 要 显 于 我 们 的 荣 耀 ， 就 不 足 介 意 了 。      [kjv]  For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.     [bbe]  I am of the opinion that there is no comparison between the pain of this present time and the glory which we will see in the future. 8:19 [hgb]  受 造 之 物 ， 切 望 等 候 神 的 众 子 显 出 来 。      [kjv]  For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.     [bbe]  For the strong desire of every living thing is waiting for the revelation of the sons of God. 8:20 [hgb]  因 为 受 造 之 物 服 在 虚 空 之 下 ， 不 是 自 己 愿 意 ， 乃 是 因 那 叫 他 如 此 的 。      [kjv]  For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,     [bbe]  For every living thing was put under the power of change, not by its desire, but by him who made it so, in hope 8:21 [hgb]  但 受 造 之 物 仍 然 指 望 脱 离 败 坏 的 辖 制 ， 得 享 神 儿 女 自 由 的 荣 耀 。 （ 享 原 文 作 入 ）      [kjv]  Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.     [bbe]  That all living things will be made free from the power of death and will have a part with the free children of God in glory. 8:22 [hgb]  我 们 知 道 一 切 受 造 之 物 ， 一 同 叹 息 劳 苦 ， 直 到 如 今 。      [kjv]  For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.     [bbe]  For we are conscious that all living things are weeping and sorrowing in pain together till now. 8:23 [hgb]  不 但 如 此 ， 就 是 我 们 这 有 圣 灵 初 结 果 子 的 ， 也 是 自 己 心 里 叹 息 ， 等 候 得 着 儿 子 的 名 分 ， 乃 是 我 们 的 身 体 得 赎 。      [kjv]  And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.     [bbe]  And not only so, but we who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we have sorrow in our minds, waiting for the time when we will take our place as sons, that is, the salvation of our bodies. 8:24 [hgb]  我 们 得 救 是 在 乎 盼 望 。 只 是 所 见 的 盼 望 不 是 盼 望 。 谁 还 盼 望 他 所 见 的 呢 ？ （ 有 古 卷 作 人 所 看 见 的 何 必 再 盼 望 呢 ）      [kjv]  For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?     [bbe]  For our salvation is by hope: but hope which is seen is not hope: for who is hoping for what he sees? 8:25 [hgb]  但 我 们 若 盼 望 那 所 不 见 的 ， 就 必 忍 耐 等 候 。      [kjv]  But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.     [bbe]  But if we have hope for that which we see not, then we will be able to go on waiting for it. 8:26 [hgb]  况 且 我 们 的 软 弱 有 圣 灵 帮 助 ， 我 们 本 不 晓 得 当 怎 样 祷 告 ， 只 是 圣 灵 亲 自 用 说 不 出 来 的 叹 息 ， 替 我 们 祷 告 。      [kjv]  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.     [bbe]  And in the same way the Spirit is a help to our feeble hearts: for we are not able to make prayer to God in the right way; but the Spirit puts our desires into words which are not in our power to say; 8:27 [hgb]  鉴 察 人 心 的 ， 晓 得 圣 灵 的 意 思 因 为 圣 灵 照 着 神 的 旨 意 替 圣 徒 祈 求 。      [kjv]  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.     [bbe]  And he who is the searcher of hearts has knowledge of the mind of the Spirit, because he is making prayers for the saints in agreement with the mind of God. 8:28 [hgb]  我 们 晓 得 万 事 都 互 相 效 力 ， 叫 爱 神 的 人 得 益 处 ， 就 是 按 他 旨 意 被 召 的 人 。      [kjv]  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.     [bbe]  And we are conscious that all things are working together for good to those who have love for God, and have been marked out by his purpose. 8:29 [hgb]  因 为 他 预 先 所 知 道 的 人 ， 就 预 先 定 下 效 法 他 儿 子 的 模 样 ， 使 他 儿 子 在 许 多 弟 兄 中 作 长 子 。      [kjv]  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.     [bbe]  Because those of whom he had knowledge before they came into existence, were marked out by him to be made like his Son, so that he might be the first among a band of brothers: 8:30 [hgb]  预 先 所 定 下 的 人 又 召 他 们 来 。 所 召 来 的 人 ， 又 称 他 们 为 义 。 所 称 为 义 的 人 ， 又 叫 他 们 得 荣 耀 。      [kjv]  Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.     [bbe]  And those who were marked out by him were named; and those who were named were given righteousness; and to those to whom he gave righteousness, in the same way he gave glory. 8:31 [hgb]  既 是 这 样 ， 还 有 什 么 说 的 呢 ？ 神 若 帮 助 我 们 ， 谁 能 敌 挡 我 们 呢 ？      [kjv]  What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?     [bbe]  What may we say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us? 8:32 [hgb]  神 既 不 爱 惜 自 己 的 儿 子 为 我 们 众 人 舍 了 ， 岂 不 也 把 万 物 和 他 一 同 白 白 地 赐 给 我 们 吗 ？      [kjv]  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?     [bbe]  He who did not keep back his only Son, but gave him up for us all, will he not with him freely give us all things? 8:33 [hgb]  谁 能 控 告 神 所 拣 选 的 人 呢 ？ 有 神 称 他 们 为 义 了 。 （ 或 作 是 称 他 们 为 义 的 神 吗 ？ ）      [kjv]  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.     [bbe]  Who will say anything against the saints of God? It is God who makes us clear from evil; 8:34 [hgb]  谁 能 定 他 们 的 罪 呢 ？ 有 基 督 耶 稣 已 经 死 了 ， 而 且 从 死 里 复 活 ， 现 今 在 神 的 右 边 ， 也 替 我 们 祈 求 。 （ 有 基 督 云 云 或 作 是 已 经 死 了 而 且 从 死 里 复 活 现 今 在 神 的 右 边 也 替 我 们 祈 求 的 基 督 耶 稣 吗 ）      [kjv]  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.     [bbe]  Who will give a decision against us? It is Christ Jesus who not only was put to death, but came again from the dead, who is now at the right hand of God, taking our part. 8:35 [hgb]  谁 能 使 我 们 与 基 督 的 爱 隔 绝 呢 ？ 难 道 是 患 难 吗 ？ 是 困 苦 吗 ？ 是 逼 迫 吗 ？ 是 饥 饿 吗 ？ 是 赤 身 露 体 吗 ？ 是 危 险 吗 ？ 是 刀 剑 吗 ？      [kjv]  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?     [bbe]  Who will come between us and the love of Christ? Will trouble, or pain, or cruel acts, or the need of food or of clothing, or danger, or the sword? 8:36 [hgb]  如 经 上 所 记 ， 我 们 为 你 的 缘 故 ， 终 日 被 杀 。 人 看 我 们 如 将 宰 的 羊      [kjv]  As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.     [bbe]  As it is said in the holy Writings, Because of you we are put to death every day; we are like sheep ready for destruction. 8:37 [hgb]  然 而 靠 着 爱 我 们 的 主 ， 在 这 一 切 的 事 上 ， 已 经 得 胜 有 余 了 。      [kjv]  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.     [bbe]  But we are able to overcome all these things and more through his love. 8:38 [hgb]  因 为 我 深 信 无 论 是 死 ， 是 生 ， 是 天 使 ， 是 掌 权 的 ， 是 有 能 的 ， 是 现 在 的 事 ， 是 将 来 的 事 ，      [kjv]  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,     [bbe]  For I am certain that not death, or life, or angels, or rulers, or things present, or things to come, or powers, 8:39 [hgb]  是 高 处 的 ， 是 低 处 的 ， 是 别 的 受 造 之 物 ， 都 不 能 叫 我 们 与 神 的 爱 隔 绝 。 这 爱 是 在 我 们 的 主 基 督 耶 稣 里 的 。      [kjv]  Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.     [bbe]  Or things on high, or things under the earth, or anything which is made, will be able to come between us and the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. 
Chapter 9
9:1 [hgb]  我 在 基 督 里 说 真 话 ， 并 不 谎 言 ， 有 我 良 心 被 圣 灵 感 动 ， 给 我 作 见 证 。      [kjv]  I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,     [bbe]  I say what is true in Christ, and not what is false, my mind giving witness with me in the Holy Spirit, 9:2 [hgb]  我 是 大 有 忧 愁 ， 心 里 时 常 伤 痛 。      [kjv]  That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.     [bbe]  That I am full of sorrow and pain without end. 9:3 [hgb]  为 我 弟 兄 ， 我 骨 肉 之 亲 ， 就 是 自 己 被 咒 诅 ， 与 基 督 分 离 ， 我 也 愿 意 。      [kjv]  For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:     [bbe]  For I have a desire to take on myself the curse for my brothers, my family in the flesh: 9:4 [hgb]  他 们 是 以 色 列 人 。 那 儿 子 的 名 分 ， 荣 耀 ， 诸 约 ， 律 法 ， 礼 仪 ， 应 许 ， 都 是 他 们 的 。      [kjv]  Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;     [bbe]  Who are Israelites: who have the place of sons, and the glory, and the agreements with God, and the giving of the law, and the worship, and the hope offered by God: 9:5 [hgb]  列 祖 就 是 他 们 的 祖 宗 ， 按 肉 体 说 ， 基 督 也 是 从 他 们 出 来 的 ， 他 是 在 万 有 之 上 ， 永 远 可 称 颂 的 神 。 阿 们 。      [kjv]  Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.     [bbe]  Whose are the fathers, and of whom came Christ in the flesh, who is over all, God, to whom be blessing for ever. So be it. 9:6 [hgb]  这 不 是 说 神 的 话 落 了 空 。 因 为 从 以 色 列 生 的 ， 不 都 是 以 色 列 人 。      [kjv]  Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:     [bbe]  But it is not as if the word of God was without effect. For they are not all Israel, who are of Israel: 9:7 [hgb]  也 不 因 为 是 亚 伯 拉 罕 的 后 裔 ， 就 都 作 他 的 儿 女 。 惟 独 从 以 撒 生 的 ， 才 要 称 为 你 的 后 裔 。      [kjv]  Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.     [bbe]  And they are not all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, In Isaac will your seed be named. 9:8 [hgb]  这 就 是 说 ， 肉 身 所 生 的 儿 女 ， 不 是 神 的 儿 女 。 惟 独 那 应 许 的 儿 女 ， 才 算 是 后 裔 。      [kjv]  That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. May the thing which is made say to him who made it, Why did you make me so? 9:21 [hgb]  窑 匠 难 道 没 有 权 柄 ， 从 一 团 泥 里 拿 一 块 作 成 贵 重 的 器 皿 ， 又 拿 一 块 作 成 卑 贱 的 器 皿 吗 ？      [kjv]  Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? [bbe]  For the Lord will give effect to his word on the earth, putting an end to it and cutting it short. 9:29 [hgb]  又 如 以 赛 亚 先 前 说 过 ， 若 不 是 万 军 之 主 给 我 们 存 留 余 种 ， 我 们 早 已 像 所 多 玛 ， 蛾 摩 拉 的 样 子 了 。      [kjv]  And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.     [bbe]  And, as Isaiah had said before, If the Lord of armies had not given us a seed, we would have been like Sodom and Gomorrah. 9:30 [hgb]  这 样 ， 我 们 可 说 什 么 呢 ？ 那 本 来 不 追 求 义 的 外 邦 人 ， 反 得 了 义 ， 就 是 因 信 而 得 的 义 。      [kjv]  What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.     [bbe]  What then may we say? That the nations who did not go after righteousness have got righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith: 9:31 [hgb]  但 以 色 列 人 追 求 律 法 的 义 ， 反 得 不 着 律 法 的 义 。      [kjv]  But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness. Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;     [bbe]  Why? Because they were not searching for it by faith, but by works. They came up against the stone which was in the way; 9:33 [hgb]  就 如 经 上 所 记 ， 我 在 锡 安 放 一 块 绊 脚 的 石 头 ， 跌 人 的 磐 石 。 信 靠 他 的 人 必 不 至 于 羞 愧 。      [kjv]  As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.     [bbe]  As it is said, See, I am putting in Zion a stone causing a fall, and a rock in the way: but he who has faith in him will not be put to shame. 
Chapter 10
10:1 [hgb]  弟 兄 们 ， 我 心 里 所 愿 的 ， 向 神 所 求 的 ， 是 要 以 色 列 人 得 救 。      [kjv]  Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.     [bbe]  Brothers, my heart's desire and my prayer to God for them is, that they may get salvation. 10:2 [hgb]  我 可 以 证 明 他 们 向 神 有 热 心 ， 但 不 是 按 着 真 知 识 。      [kjv]  For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.     [bbe]  For I give witness of them that they have a strong desire for God, but not with knowledge. 10:3 [hgb]  因 为 不 知 道 神 的 义 ， 想 要 立 自 己 的 义 ， 就 不 服 神 的 义 了 。      [kjv]  For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.     [bbe]  Because, not having knowledge of God's righteousness, and desiring to give effect to their righteousness, they have not put themselves under the righteousness of God. 10:4 [hgb]  律 法 的 总 结 就 是 基 督 ， 使 凡 信 他 的 都 得 着 义 。      [kjv]  For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.     [bbe]  For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who has faith. 10:5 [hgb]  摩 西 写 着 说 ， 人 若 行 那 出 于 律 法 的 义 ， 就 必 因 此 活 着 。      [kjv]  For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.     [bbe]  For Moses says that the man who does the righteousness which is of the law will get life by it. 10:6 [hgb]  惟 有 出 于 信 心 的 义 如 此 说 ， 你 不 要 心 里 说 ， 谁 要 升 到 天 上 去 呢 ？ 就 是 要 领 下 基 督 来 。      [kjv]  But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)     [bbe]  But the righteousness which is of faith says these words, Say not in your heart, Who will go up to heaven? (that is, to make Christ come down:) 10:7 [hgb]  谁 要 下 到 阴 间 去 呢 ？ 就 是 要 领 基 督 从 死 里 上 来 。      [kjv]  Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)     [bbe]  Or, Who will go down into the deep? (that is, to make Christ come again from the dead:) 10:8 [hgb]  他 到 底 怎 么 说 呢 ？ 他 说 ， 这 道 离 你 不 远 ， 正 在 你 口 里 ， 在 你 心 里 。 就 是 我 们 所 传 信 主 的 道 。      [kjv]  But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;     [bbe]  But what does it say? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart: that is, the word of faith of which we are the preachers: 10:9 [hgb]  你 若 口 里 认 耶 稣 为 主 ， 心 里 信 神 叫 他 从 死 里 复 活 ， 就 必 得 救 。      [kjv]  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.     [bbe]  Because, if you say with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and have faith in your heart that God has made him come back from the dead, you will have salvation: 10:10 [hgb]  因 为 人 心 里 相 信 ， 就 可 以 称 义 。 口 里 承 认 ， 就 可 以 得 救 。      [kjv]  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.     [bbe]  For with the heart man has faith to get righteousness, and with the mouth he says that Jesus is Lord to get salvation. 10:11 [hgb]  经 上 说 ， 凡 信 他 的 人 ， 必 不 至 于 羞 愧 。      [kjv]  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.     [bbe]  Because it is said in the holy Writings, Whoever has faith in him will not be shamed. 10:12 [hgb]  犹 太 人 和 希 利 尼 人 ， 并 没 有 分 别 。 因 为 众 人 同 有 一 位 主 ， 他 也 厚 待 一 切 求 告 他 的 人 。      [kjv]  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.     [bbe]  And the Jew is not different from the Greek: for there is the same Lord of all, who is good to all who have hope in his name: 10:13 [hgb]  因 为 凡 求 告 主 名 的 ， 就 必 得 救 。      [kjv]  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.     [bbe]  Because, Whoever will give worship to the name of the Lord will get salvation. 10:14 [hgb]  然 而 人 未 曾 信 他 ， 怎 能 求 他 呢 ？ 未 曾 听 见 他 ， 怎 能 信 他 呢 ？ 没 有 传 道 的 ， 怎 能 听 见 呢 ？      [kjv]  How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?     [bbe]  But how will they give worship to him in whom they have no faith? and how will they have faith in him of whom they have not had news? and how will they have news without a preacher? 10:15 [hgb]  若 没 有 奉 差 遣 ， 怎 能 传 道 呢 ？ 如 经 上 所 记 ， 报 福 音 传 喜 信 的 人 ， 他 们 的 脚 踪 何 等 佳 美 ，      [kjv]  And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!     [bbe]  And how will there be preachers if they are not sent? As it is said, How beautiful are the feet of those who give the glad news of good things. 10:16 [hgb]  只 是 人 没 有 都 听 从 福 音 。 因 为 以 赛 亚 说 ， 主 阿 ， 我 们 所 传 的 有 谁 信 呢 ？      [kjv]  But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?     [bbe]  But they have not all given ear to the good news. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has had faith in our word? 10:17 [hgb]  可 见 信 道 是 从 听 道 来 的 ， 听 道 是 从 基 督 的 话 来 的 。      [kjv]  So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.     [bbe]  So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. 10:18 [hgb]  但 我 说 ， 人 没 有 听 见 吗 ？ 诚 然 听 见 了 。 他 们 的 声 音 传 遍 天 下 ， 他 们 的 言 语 传 到 地 极 。      [kjv]  But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.     [bbe]  But I say, Did not the word come to their ears? Yes, certainly: Their sound has gone out into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world. 10:19 [hgb]  我 再 说 ， 以 色 列 人 不 知 道 吗 ？ 先 有 摩 西 说 ， 我 要 用 那 不 成 子 民 的 ， 惹 动 你 们 的 愤 恨 。 我 要 用 那 无 知 的 民 ， 触 动 你 们 的 怒 气 。      [kjv]  But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.     [bbe]  But I say, Had Israel no knowledge? First Moses says, You will be moved to envy by that which is not a nation, and by a foolish people I will make you angry. 10:20 [hgb]  又 有 以 赛 亚 放 胆 说 ， 没 有 寻 找 我 的 ， 我 叫 他 们 遇 见 。 没 有 访 问 我 的 ， 我 向 他 们 显 现 。      [kjv]  But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.     [bbe]  And Isaiah says without fear, Those who were not searching for me made discovery of me; and I was seen by those whose hearts were turned away from me. 10:21 [hgb]  至 于 以 色 列 人 ， 他 说 ， 我 整 天 伸 手 招 呼 那 悖 逆 顶 嘴 的 百 姓 。      [kjv]  But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.     [bbe]  But about Israel he says; All the day my hands have been stretched out to a people whose hearts were turned away, and who put themselves against my word. 
Chapter 11
11:1 [hgb]  我 且 说 ， 神 弃 绝 了 他 的 百 姓 吗 ？ 断 乎 没 有 。 因 为 我 也 是 以 色 列 人 ， 亚 伯 拉 罕 的 后 裔 ， 属 便 雅 悯 支 派 的 。      [kjv]  I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.     [bbe]  So I say, Has God put his people on one side? Let there be no such thought. For I am of Israel, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 11:2 [hgb]  神 并 没 有 弃 绝 他 预 先 所 知 道 的 百 姓 。 你 们 岂 不 晓 得 经 上 论 到 以 利 亚 是 怎 么 说 的 呢 ？ 他 在 神 面 前 怎 样 控 告 以 色 列 人 ， 说 ，      [kjv]  God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,     [bbe]  God has not put away the people of his selection. Or have you no knowledge of what is said about Elijah in the holy Writings? how he says words to God against Israel, 11:3 [hgb]  主 阿 ， 他 们 杀 了 你 的 先 知 ， 拆 了 你 的 祭 坛 ， 只 剩 下 我 一 个 人 ， 他 们 还 要 寻 索 我 的 命 。      [kjv]  Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.     [bbe]  Lord, they have put your prophets to death, and made waste your altars, and now I am the last, and they are searching for me to take away my life. 11:4 [hgb]  神 的 回 话 是 怎 么 说 的 呢 ？ 他 说 ， 我 为 自 己 留 下 七 千 人 ， 是 未 曾 向 巴 力 屈 膝 的 。      [kjv]  But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.     [bbe]  But what answer does God make to him? I have still seven thousand men whose knees have not been bent to Baal. 11:5 [hgb]  如 今 也 是 这 样 ， 照 着 拣 选 的 恩 典 还 有 所 留 的 余 数 。      [kjv]  Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.     [bbe]  In the same way, there are at this present time some who are marked out by the selection of grace. 11:6 [hgb]  既 是 出 于 恩 典 ， 就 不 在 乎 行 为 。 不 然 ， 恩 典 就 不 是 恩 典 了 。      [kjv]  And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.     [bbe]  What then? That which Israel was searching for he did not get, but those of the selection got it and the rest were made hard. 11:8 [hgb]  如 经 上 所 记 ， 神 给 他 们 昏 迷 的 心 ， 眼 睛 不 能 看 见 ， 耳 朵 不 能 听 见 ， 直 到 今 日 。      [kjv]  (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. [bbe]  Let their eyes be made dark so that they may not see, and let their back be bent down at all times. 11:11 [hgb]  我 且 说 ， 他 们 失 脚 是 要 他 们 跌 倒 吗 ？ 断 乎 不 是 。 反 倒 因 他 们 的 过 失 ， 救 恩 便 临 到 外 邦 人 ， 要 激 动 他 们 发 愤 。      [kjv]  I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.     [bbe]  So I say, Were their steps made hard in order that they might have a fall? In no way: but by their fall salvation has come to the Gentiles, so that they might be moved to envy. 11:12 [hgb]  若 他 们 的 过 失 ， 为 天 下 的 富 足 ， 他 们 的 缺 乏 ， 为 外 邦 人 的 富 足 。 何 况 他 们 的 丰 满 呢 ？      [kjv]  Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?     [bbe]  Now, if their fall is the wealth of the world, and their loss the wealth of the Gentiles, how much greater will be the glory when they are made full? 11:13 [hgb]  我 对 你 们 外 邦 人 说 这 话 。 因 我 是 外 邦 人 的 使 徒 ， 所 以 敬 重 我 的 职 分 。 （ 敬 重 原 文 作 荣 耀 ）      [kjv]  For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:     [bbe]  But I say to you, Gentiles, in so far as I am the Apostle of the Gentiles, I make much of my position: 11:14 [hgb]  或 者 可 以 激 动 我 骨 肉 之 亲 发 愤 ， 好 救 他 们 一 些 人 。      [kjv]  If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.     [bbe]  If in any way those who are of my flesh may be moved to envy, so that some of them may get salvation by me. 11:15 [hgb]  若 他 们 被 丢 弃 ， 天 下 就 得 与 神 和 好 ， 他 们 被 收 纳 ， 岂 不 是 死 而 复 生 吗 ？      [kjv]  For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? Chapter 12

Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.     [bbe]  Let love be without deceit. [bbe]  Giving to the needs of the saints, ready to take people into your houses. 12:14 [hgb]  逼 迫 你 们 的 ， 要 给 他 们 祝 福 。 只 要 祝 福 ， 不 可 咒 诅 。      [kjv]  Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.     [bbe]  Give blessing and not curses to those who are cruel to you. 12:15 [hgb]  与 喜 乐 的 人 要 同 乐 。 与 哀 哭 的 人 要 同 哭 。      [kjv]  Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.     [bbe]  Take part in the joy of those who are glad, and in the grief of those who are sorrowing. 12:16 [hgb]  要 彼 此 同 心 。 不 要 志 气 高 大 ， 倒 要 俯 就 卑 微 的 人 。 （ 人 或 作 事 ） 不 要 自 以 为 聪 明 。      [kjv]  Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.     [bbe]  Be in harmony with one another. Do not have a high opinion of yourselves, but be in agreement with common people. Do not give yourselves an air of wisdom. 12:17 [hgb]  不 要 以 恶 报 恶 ， 众 人 以 为 美 的 事 ， 要 留 心 去 作 。      [kjv]  Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.     [bbe]  Do not give evil for evil to any man. Let all your business be well ordered in the eyes of all men. 12:18 [hgb]  若 是 能 行 ， 总 要 尽 力 与 众 人 和 睦 。      [kjv]  If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. [bbe]  Do not give punishment for wrongs done to you, dear brothers, but give way to the wrath of God; for it is said in the holy Writings, Punishment is mine, I will give reward, says the Lord. 12:20 [hgb]  所 以 ， 你 的 仇 敌 若 饿 了 ， 就 给 他 吃 。 若 渴 了 ， 就 给 他 喝 。 因 为 你 这 样 行 ， 就 是 把 炭 火 堆 在 他 的 头 上 。      [kjv]  Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.     [bbe]  But if one who has hate for you is in need of food or of drink, give it to him, for in so doing you will put coals of fire on his head. 12:21 [hgb]  你 不 可 为 恶 所 胜 ， 反 要 以 善 胜 恶 。      [kjv]  Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.     [bbe]  Do not let evil overcome you, but overcome evil by good. 
Chapter 13
13:1 [hgb]  在 上 有 权 柄 的 ， 人 人 当 顺 服 他 。 因 为 没 有 权 柄 不 是 出 于 神 的 。 凡 掌 权 的 都 是 神 所 命 的 。      [kjv]  Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.     [bbe]  Let everyone put himself under the authority of the higher powers, because there is no power which is not of God, and all powers are ordered by God. 13:2 [hgb]  所 以 抗 拒 掌 权 的 ， 就 是 抗 拒 神 的 命 。 抗 拒 的 必 自 取 刑 罚      [kjv]  Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.     [bbe]  For which reason everyone who puts himself against the authority puts himself against the order of God: and those who are against it will get punishment for themselves. 13:3 [hgb]  作 官 的 原 不 是 叫 行 善 的 惧 怕 ， 乃 是 叫 作 恶 的 惧 怕 。 你 愿 意 不 惧 怕 掌 权 的 吗 ？ 你 只 要 行 善 ， 就 可 得 他 的 称 赞 。      [kjv]  For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:     [bbe]  For rulers are not a cause of fear to the good work but to the evil. If you would have no fear of the authority, do good and you will have praise; 13:4 [hgb]  因 为 他 是 神 的 用 人 ， 是 与 你 有 益 的 。 你 若 作 恶 ， 却 当 惧 怕 。 因 为 他 不 是 空 空 的 佩 剑 。 他 是 神 的 用 人 ， 是 伸 冤 的 ， 刑 罚 那 作 恶 的 。      [kjv]  For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. But if you do evil, have fear; for the sword is not in his hand for nothing: he is God's servant, making God's punishment come on the evil-doer. 13:5 [hgb]  所 以 你 们 必 须 顺 服 ， 不 但 是 因 为 刑 罚 ， 也 是 因 为 良 心 。      [kjv]  Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.     [bbe]  So put yourselves under the authority, not for fear of wrath, but because you have the knowledge of what is right. 13:6 [hgb]  你 们 纳 粮 ， 也 为 这 个 缘 故 。 因 他 们 是 神 的 差 役 ， 常 常 特 管 这 事 。      [kjv]  For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.     [bbe]  For the same reason, make payment of taxes; because the authority is God's servant, to take care of such things at all times. 13:7 [hgb]  凡 人 所 当 得 的 ， 就 给 他 。 当 得 粮 的 ， 给 他 纳 粮 。 当 得 税 的 ， 给 他 上 税 。 当 惧 怕 的 ， 惧 怕 他 。 当 恭 敬 的 ， 恭 敬 他 。      [kjv]  Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.     [bbe]  Give to all what is their right: taxes to him whose they are, payment to him whose right it is, fear to whom fear, honour to whom honour is to be given. 13:8 [hgb]  凡 事 都 不 可 亏 欠 人 ， 惟 有 彼 此 相 爱 ， 要 常 以 为 亏 欠 。 因 为 爱 人 的 就 完 全 了 律 法 。      [kjv]  Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.     [bbe]  Be in debt for nothing, but to have love for one another: for he who has love for his neighbour has kept all the law. 13:9 [hgb]  像 那 不 可 奸 淫 ， 不 可 杀 人 ， 不 可 偷 盗 ， 不 可 贪 婪 ， 或 有 别 的 诫 命 ， 都 包 在 爱 人 如 己 这 一 句 话 之 内 了 。      [kjv]  For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.     [bbe]  And this, Do not be untrue in married life, Do not put to death, Do not take what is another's, Do not have desire for what is another's, and if there is any other order, it is covered by this word, Have love for your neighbour as for yourself. 13:10 [hgb]  爱 是 不 加 害 与 人 的 ， 所 以 爱 就 完 全 了 律 法 。      [kjv]  Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.     [bbe]  Love does no wrong to his neighbour, so love makes the law complete. 13:11 [hgb]  再 者 ， 你 们 晓 得 现 今 就 是 该 趁 早 睡 醒 的 时 候 ， 因 为 我 们 得 救 ， 现 今 比 初 信 的 时 候 更 近 了 。      [kjv]  And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.     [bbe]  See then that the time has come for you to be awake from sleep: for now is your salvation nearer than when you first had faith. 13:12 [hgb]  黑 夜 已 深 ， 白 昼 将 近 。 我 们 就 当 脱 去 暗 昧 的 行 为 ， 带 上 光 明 的 兵 器 。      [kjv]  The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. [bbe]  With right behaviour as in the day; not in pleasure-making and drinking, not in bad company and unclean behaviour, not in fighting and envy. 13:14 [hgb]  总 要 披 戴 主 耶 稣 基 督 ， 不 要 为 肉 体 安 排 ， 去 放 纵 私 欲 。      [kjv]  But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.     [bbe]  But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not give thought to the flesh to do its desires. 
Chapter 14
14:1 [hgb]  信 心 软 弱 的 ， 你 们 要 接 纳 ， 但 不 要 辩 论 所 疑 惑 的 事 。      [kjv]  Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.     [bbe]  Do not put on one side him who is feeble in faith, and do not put him in doubt by your reasonings. 14:2 [hgb]  有 人 信 百 物 都 可 吃 。 但 那 软 弱 的 ， 只 吃 蔬 菜 。      [kjv]  For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.     [bbe]  One man has faith to take all things as food: another who is feeble in faith takes only green food. 14:3 [hgb]  吃 的 人 不 可 轻 看 不 吃 的 人 。 不 吃 的 人 不 可 论 断 吃 的 人 。 因 为 神 已 经 收 纳 他 了 。      [kjv]  Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.     [bbe]  Let not him who takes food have a low opinion of him who does not: and let not him who does not take food be a judge of him who does; for he has God's approval. 14:4 [hgb]  你 是 谁 ， 竟 论 断 别 人 的 仆 人 呢 ？ 他 或 站 住 ， 或 跌 倒 ， 自 有 他 的 主 人 在 。 而 且 他 也 必 要 站 住 。 因 为 主 能 使 他 站 住 。      [kjv]  Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.     [bbe]  Who are you to make yourself a judge of another man's servant? it is to his master that he is responsible for good or bad. Chapter 15

For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.     [bbe]  Yes, it has been their good pleasure; and they are in their debt.
