Chapter 1
1:1 [hgb]  奉 神 旨 意 ， 作 基 督 耶 稣 使 徒 的 保 罗 ， 和 兄 弟 提 摩 太 ，      [kjv]  Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,     [bbe]  Paul, an Apostle of Jesus Christ, by the purpose of God, and Timothy our brother, 1:2 [hgb]  写 信 给 歌 罗 西 的 圣 徒 ， 在 基 督 里 有 忠 心 的 弟 兄 。 愿 恩 惠 平 安 ， 从 神 我 们 的 父 ， 归 与 你 们 。      [kjv]  To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.     [bbe]  To the saints and true brothers in Christ at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father. 1:3 [hgb]  我 们 感 谢 神 我 们 主 耶 稣 基 督 的 父 ， 常 常 为 你 们 祷 告 。      [kjv]  We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,     [bbe]  We give praise to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, making prayer for you at all times, 1:4 [hgb]  因 听 见 你 们 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 的 信 心 ， 并 向 众 圣 徒 的 爱 心 。      [kjv]  Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,     [bbe]  After hearing of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which you have for all the saints, 1:5 [hgb]  是 为 那 给 你 们 存 在 天 上 的 盼 望 。 这 盼 望 就 是 你 们 从 前 在 福 音 真 理 的 道 上 所 听 见 的 。      [kjv]  For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;     [bbe]  Through the hope which is in store for you in heaven; knowledge of which was given to you before in the true word of the good news, 1:6 [hgb]  这 福 音 传 到 你 们 那 里 ， 也 传 到 普 天 之 下 ， 并 且 结 果 增 长 ， 如 同 在 你 们 中 间 ， 自 从 你 们 听 见 福 音 ， 真 知 道 神 恩 惠 的 日 子 一 样 。      [kjv]  Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:     [bbe]  Which has come to you; and which in all the world is giving fruit and increase, as it has done in you from the day when it came to your ears and you had true knowledge of the grace of God; 1:7 [hgb]  正 如 你 们 从 我 们 所 亲 爱 ， 一 同 作 仆 人 的 以 巴 弗 所 学 的 。 他 为 我 们 （ 有 古 卷 作 你 们 ） 作 了 基 督 忠 心 的 执 事 。      [kjv]  As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;     [bbe]  As it was given to you by Epaphras, our well-loved helper, who is a true servant of Christ for us, 1:8 [hgb]  也 把 你 们 因 圣 灵 所 存 的 爱 心 告 诉 了 我 们 。      [kjv]  Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.     [bbe]  And who, himself, made clear to us your love in the Spirit. 1:9 [hgb]  因 此 ， 我 们 自 从 听 见 的 日 子 ， 也 就 为 你 们 不 住 地 祷 告 祈 求 ， 愿 你 们 在 一 切 属 灵 的 智 慧 悟 性 上 ， 满 心 知 道 神 的 旨 意 。      [kjv]  For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;     [bbe]  For this reason, we, from the day when we had word of it, keep on in prayer for you, that you may be full of the knowledge of his purpose, with all wisdom and experience of the Spirit, 1:10 [hgb]  好 叫 你 们 行 事 为 人 对 得 起 主 ， 凡 事 蒙 他 喜 悦 ， 在 一 切 善 事 上 结 果 子 ， 渐 渐 地 多 知 道 神 。      [kjv]  That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;     [bbe]  Living uprightly in the approval of the Lord, giving fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 1:11 [hgb]  照 他 荣 耀 的 权 能 ， 得 以 在 各 样 的 力 上 加 力 ， 好 叫 你 们 凡 事 欢 欢 喜 喜 地 忍 耐 宽 容 。      [kjv]  Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;     [bbe]  Full of strength in the measure of the great power of his glory, so that you may undergo all troubles with joy; 1:12 [hgb]  又 感 谢 父 ， 叫 我 们 能 与 众 圣 徒 在 光 明 中 同 得 基 业 。      [kjv]  Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:     [bbe]  Giving praise to the Father who has given us a part in the heritage of the saints in light; 1:13 [hgb]  他 救 了 我 们 脱 离 黑 暗 的 权 势 ， 把 我 们 迁 到 他 爱 子 的 国 里 。      [kjv]  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:     [bbe]  Who has made us free from the power of evil and given us a place in the kingdom of the Son of his love; 1:14 [hgb]  我 们 在 爱 子 里 得 蒙 救 赎 ， 罪 过 得 以 赦 免 。      [kjv]  In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:     [bbe]  In whom we have our salvation, the forgiveness of sins: 1:15 [hgb]  爱 子 是 那 不 能 看 见 之 神 的 像 ， 是 首 生 的 ， 在 一 切 被 造 的 以 先 。      [kjv]  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:     [bbe]  Who is the image of the unseen God coming into existence before all living things; 1:16 [hgb]  因 为 万 有 都 是 靠 他 造 的 ， 无 论 是 天 上 的 ， 地 上 的 ， 能 看 见 的 ， 不 能 看 见 的 ， 或 是 有 位 的 ， 主 治 的 ， 执 政 的 ， 掌 权 的 ， 一 概 都 是 借 着 他 造 的 ， 又 是 为 他 造 的 。      [kjv]  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:     [bbe]  For by him all things were made, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, authorities, lords, rulers, and powers; all things were made by him and for him; 1:17 [hgb]  他 在 万 有 之 先 ， 万 有 也 靠 他 而 立 。      [kjv]  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.     [bbe]  He is before all things, and in him all things have being. 1:18 [hgb]  他 也 是 教 会 全 体 之 首 。 他 是 元 始 ， 是 从 死 里 首 先 复 生 的 ， 使 他 可 以 在 凡 事 上 居 首 位 。      [kjv]  And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.     [bbe]  And he is the head of the body, the church: the starting point of all things, the first to come again from the dead; so that in all things he might have the chief place. 1:19 [hgb]  因 为 父 喜 欢 叫 一 切 的 丰 盛 ， 在 他 里 面 居 住 。      [kjv]  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;     [bbe]  For God in full measure was pleased to be in him; 1:20 [hgb]  既 然 借 着 他 在 十 字 架 上 所 流 的 血 ， 成 就 了 和 平 ， 便 借 着 他 叫 万 有 ， 无 论 是 地 上 的 ， 天 上 的 ， 都 与 自 己 和 好 了 。      [kjv]  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.     [bbe]  Through him uniting all things with himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross; through him, I say, uniting all things which are on earth or in heaven. 1:21 [hgb]  你 们 从 前 与 神 隔 绝 ， 因 着 恶 行 ， 心 里 与 他 为 敌 。      [kjv]  And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled     [bbe]  And you, who in the past were cut off and at war with God in your minds through evil works, he has now made one 1:22 [hgb]  但 如 今 他 借 着 基 督 的 肉 身 受 死 ， 叫 你 们 与 自 己 和 好 ， 都 成 了 圣 洁 ， 没 有 瑕 疵 ， 无 可 责 备 ， 把 你 们 引 到 自 己 面 前 。      [kjv]  In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:     [bbe]  In the body of his flesh through death, so that you might be holy and without sin and free from all evil before him: 1:23 [hgb]  只 要 你 们 在 所 信 的 道 上 恒 心 ， 根 基 稳 固 ， 坚 定 不 移 ， 不 至 被 引 动 失 去 原 文 作 离 开 福 音 的 盼 望 。 这 福 音 就 是 你 们 所 听 过 的 ， 也 是 传 与 普 天 下 万 人 听 的 。 万 人 原 文 作 凡 受 造 的 我 保 罗 也 作 了 这 福 音 的 执 事 。      [kjv]  If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;     [bbe]  If you keep yourselves safely based in the faith, not moved from the hope of the good news which came to you, and which was given to every living being under heaven; of which I, Paul, was made a servant. 1:24 [hgb]  现 在 我 为 你 们 受 苦 ， 倒 觉 欢 乐 ， 并 且 为 基 督 的 身 体 ， 就 是 为 教 会 ， 要 在 我 肉 身 上 补 满 基 督 患 难 的 缺 欠 。      [kjv]  Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:     [bbe]  Now I have joy in my pain because of you, and in my flesh I undergo whatever is still needed to make the sorrows of Christ complete, for the salvation of his body, the church; 1:25 [hgb]  我 照 神 为 你 们 所 赐 我 的 职 分 ， 作 了 教 会 的 执 事 ， 要 把 神 的 道 理 传 得 全 备 。      [kjv]  Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;     [bbe]  Of which I became a servant by the purpose of God which was given to me for you, to give effect to the word of God, 1:26 [hgb]  这 道 理 就 是 历 世 历 代 所 隐 藏 的 奥 秘 ， 但 如 今 向 他 的 圣 徒 显 明 了 。      [kjv]  Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:     [bbe]  The secret which has been kept from all times and generations, but has now been made clear to his saints, 1:27 [hgb]  神 愿 意 叫 他 们 知 道 ， 这 奥 秘 在 外 邦 人 中 有 何 等 丰 盛 的 荣 耀 。 就 是 基 督 在 你 们 心 里 成 了 有 荣 耀 的 盼 望 。      [kjv]  To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:     [bbe]  To whom God was pleased to give knowledge of the wealth of the glory of this secret among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 1:28 [hgb]  我 们 传 扬 他 ， 是 用 诸 般 的 智 慧 ， 劝 戒 各 人 ， 教 导 各 人 。 要 把 各 人 在 基 督 里 完 完 全 全 的 引 到 神 面 前 。      [kjv]  Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:     [bbe]  Whom we are preaching; guiding and teaching every man in all wisdom, so that every man may be complete in Christ; 1:29 [hgb]  我 也 为 此 劳 苦 ， 照 着 他 在 我 里 面 运 用 的 大 能 ， 尽 心 竭 力 。      [kjv]  Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.     [bbe]  And for this purpose I am working, using all my strength by the help of his power which is working in me strongly. 
Chapter 2
2:1 [hgb]  我 愿 意 你 们 晓 得 我 为 你 们 和 老 底 嘉 人 ， 并 一 切 没 有 与 我 亲 自 见 面 的 人 ， 是 何 等 的 尽 心 竭 力 。      [kjv]  For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;     [bbe]  For it is my desire to give you news of the great fight I am making for you and for those at Laodicea, and for all who have not seen my face in the flesh; 2:2 [hgb]  要 叫 他 们 的 心 得 安 慰 ， 因 爱 心 互 相 联 络 ， 以 致 丰 丰 足 足 在 悟 性 中 有 充 足 的 信 心 ， 使 他 们 真 知 神 的 奥 秘 ， 就 是 基 督 。      [kjv]  That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;     [bbe]  So that their hearts may be comforted, and that being joined together in love, they may come to the full wealth of the certain knowledge of the secret of God, even Christ, 2:3 [hgb]  所 积 蓄 的 一 切 智 慧 知 识 ， 都 在 他 里 面 藏 着 。      [kjv]  In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.     [bbe]  In whom are all the secret stores of wisdom and knowledge. 2:4 [hgb]  我 说 这 话 ， 免 得 有 人 用 花 言 巧 语 迷 惑 你 们 。      [kjv]  And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.     [bbe]  I say this so that you may not be turned away by any deceit of words. 2:5 [hgb]  我 身 子 虽 与 你 们 相 离 ， 心 却 与 你 们 同 在 ， 见 你 们 循 规 蹈 矩 ， 信 基 督 的 心 也 坚 固 ， 我 就 欢 喜 了 。      [kjv]  For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.     [bbe]  For though I am not present in the flesh, still I am with you in the spirit, seeing with joy your order, and your unchanging faith in Christ. 2:6 [hgb]  你 们 既 然 接 受 了 主 基 督 耶 稣 ， 就 当 遵 他 而 行 。      [kjv]  As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:     [bbe]  As, then, you took Christ Jesus the Lord, so go on in him, 2:7 [hgb]  在 他 里 面 生 根 建 造 ， 信 心 坚 固 ， 正 如 你 们 所 领 的 教 训 ， 感 谢 的 心 也 更 增 长 了 。      [kjv]  Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.     [bbe]  Rooted and based together in him, strong in the faith which the teaching gave you, giving praise to God at all times. 2:8 [hgb]  你 们 要 谨 慎 ， 恐 怕 有 人 用 他 的 理 学 ， 和 虚 空 的 妄 言 ， 不 照 着 基 督 ， 乃 照 人 间 的 遗 传 ， 和 世 上 的 小 学 ， 就 把 你 们 掳 去 。      [kjv]  Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.     [bbe]  Take care that no one takes you away by force, through man's wisdom and deceit, going after the beliefs of men and the theories of the world, and not after Christ: 2:9 [hgb]  因 为 神 本 性 一 切 的 丰 盛 ， 都 有 形 有 体 的 居 住 在 基 督 里 面 。      [kjv]  For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.     [bbe]  For in him all the wealth of God's being has a living form, 2:10 [hgb]  你 们 在 他 里 面 也 得 了 丰 盛 。 他 是 各 样 执 政 掌 权 者 的 元 首 。      [kjv]  And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:     [bbe]  And you are complete in him, who is the head of all rule and authority: 2:11 [hgb]  你 们 在 他 里 面 ， 也 受 了 不 是 人 手 所 行 的 割 礼 ， 乃 是 基 督 使 你 们 脱 去 肉 体 情 欲 的 割 礼 。      [kjv]  In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:     [bbe]  In whom you had a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ; 2:12 [hgb]  你 们 既 受 洗 与 他 一 同 埋 葬 ， 也 就 在 此 与 他 一 同 复 活 。 都 因 信 那 叫 他 从 死 里 复 活 神 的 功 用 。      [kjv]  Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.     [bbe]  Having been put to death with him in baptism, by which you came to life again with him, through faith in the working of God, who made him come back from the dead. 2:13 [hgb]  你 们 从 前 在 过 犯 ， 和 未 受 割 礼 的 肉 体 中 死 了 ， 神 赦 免 了 你 们 （ 或 作 我 们 ） 一 切 过 犯 ， 便 叫 你 们 与 基 督 一 同 活 过 来 。      [kjv]  And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;     [bbe]  And you, being dead through your sins and the evil condition of your flesh, to you, I say, he gave life together with him, and forgiveness of all our sins; 2:14 [hgb]  又 涂 抹 了 在 律 例 上 所 写 ， 攻 击 我 们 有 碍 于 我 们 的 字 据 ， 把 它 撤 去 ， 钉 在 十 字 架 上 。      [kjv]  Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;     [bbe]  Having put an end to the handwriting of the law which was against us, taking it out of the way by nailing it to his cross; 2:15 [hgb]  既 将 一 切 执 政 的 掌 权 的 掳 来 ， 明 显 给 众 人 看 ， 就 仗 着 十 字 架 夸 胜 。      [kjv]  And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.     [bbe]  Having made himself free from the rule of authorities and powers, he put them openly to shame, glorying over them in it. 2:16 [hgb]  所 以 不 拘 在 饮 食 上 ， 或 节 期 ， 月 朔 ， 安 息 日 ， 都 不 可 让 人 论 断 你 们 。      [kjv]  Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:     [bbe]  For this reason let no man be your judge in any question of food or drink or feast days or new moons or Sabbaths: 2:17 [hgb]  这 些 原 是 后 事 的 影 儿 。 那 形 体 却 是 基 督 。      [kjv]  Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.     [bbe]  For these are an image of the things which are to come; but the body is Christ's. 2:18 [hgb]  不 可 让 人 因 着 故 意 谦 虚 ， 和 敬 拜 天 使 ， 就 夺 去 你 们 的 奖 赏 。 这 等 人 拘 泥 在 所 见 过 的 ， （ 有 古 卷 作 这 等 人 窥 察 所 没 有 见 过 的 ） 随 着 自 己 的 欲 心 ， 无 故 地 自 高 自 大 ，      [kjv]  Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,     [bbe]  Let no man take your reward from you by consciously making little of himself and giving worship to angels; having his thoughts fixed on the things which he has seen, being foolishly lifted up in his natural mind, 2:19 [hgb]  不 持 定 元 首 ， 全 身 既 然 靠 着 他 ， 筋 节 得 以 相 助 联 络 ， 就 因 神 大 得 长 进 。      [kjv]  And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.     [bbe]  And not joined to the Head, from whom all the body, being given strength and kept together through its joins and bands, has its growth with the increase of God. 2:20 [hgb]  你 们 若 是 与 基 督 同 死 ， 脱 离 了 世 上 的 小 学 ， 为 什 么 仍 像 在 世 俗 中 活 着 ， 服 从 那 不 可 拿 ， 不 可 尝 ， 不 可 摸 ， 等 类 的 规 条 呢 ？      [kjv]  Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,     [bbe]  If you were made free, by your death with Christ, from the rules of the world, why do you put yourselves under the authority of orders 2:21 [hgb]       [kjv]  (Touch not; taste not; handle not;     [bbe]  Which say there may be no touching, tasting, or taking in your hands, 2:22 [hgb]  这 都 是 照 人 所 吩 咐 所 教 导 的 。 说 到 这 一 切 正 用 的 时 候 就 都 败 坏 了 。      [kjv]  Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?     [bbe]  (Rules which are all to come to an end with their use) after the orders and teaching of men? 2:23 [hgb]  这 些 规 条 ， 使 人 徒 有 智 慧 之 名 ， 用 私 意 崇 拜 ， 自 表 谦 卑 ， 苦 待 己 身 ， 其 实 在 克 制 肉 体 的 情 欲 上 ， 是 毫 无 功 效 。      [kjv]  Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.     [bbe]  These things seem to have a sort of wisdom in self-ordered worship and making little of oneself, and being cruel to the body, not honouring it by giving it its natural use. 
Chapter 3
3:1 [hgb]  所 以 你 们 若 真 与 基 督 一 同 复 活 ， 就 当 求 在 上 面 的 事 。 那 里 有 基 督 坐 在 神 的 右 边 。      [kjv]  If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.     [bbe]  If then you have a new life with Christ, give your attention to the things of heaven, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. 3:2 [hgb]  你 们 要 思 念 上 面 的 事 ， 不 要 思 念 地 上 的 事 。      [kjv]  Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.     [bbe]  Keep your mind on the higher things, not on the things of earth. 3:3 [hgb]  因 为 你 们 已 经 死 了 ， 你 们 的 生 命 与 基 督 一 同 藏 在 神 里 面 。      [kjv]  For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.     [bbe]  For your life on earth is done, and you have a secret life with Christ in God. 3:4 [hgb]  基 督 是 我 们 的 生 命 ， 他 显 现 的 时 候 ， 你 们 也 要 与 他 一 同 显 现 在 荣 耀 里 。      [kjv]  When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.     [bbe]  At the coming of Christ who is our life, you will be seen with him in glory. 3:5 [hgb]  所 以 要 治 死 你 们 在 地 上 的 肢 体 。 就 如 淫 乱 ， 污 秽 ， 邪 情 ， 恶 欲 ， 和 贪 婪 ， 贪 婪 就 与 拜 偶 像 一 样 。      [kjv]  Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:     [bbe]  Then put to death your bodies which are of the earth; wrong use of the flesh, unclean things, passion, evil desires and envy, which is the worship of strange gods; 3:6 [hgb]  因 这 些 事 ， 神 的 忿 怒 必 临 到 那 悖 逆 之 子 。      [kjv]  For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:     [bbe]  Because of which the wrath of God comes on those who go against his orders; 3:7 [hgb]  当 你 们 在 这 些 事 中 活 着 的 时 候 ， 也 曾 这 样 行 过 。      [kjv]  In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. Chapter 4
4:1 [hgb]  你 们 作 主 人 的 ， 要 公 公 平 平 的 待 仆 人 ， 因 为 知 道 你 们 也 有 一 位 主 在 天 上 。      [kjv]  Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.     [bbe]  Masters, give your servants what is right and equal, conscious that you have a Master in heaven. 4:2 [hgb]  你 们 要 恒 切 祷 告 ， 在 此 儆 醒 感 恩 。      [kjv]  Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;     [bbe]  Give yourselves to prayer at all times, keeping watch with praise; 4:3 [hgb]  也 要 为 我 们 祷 告 ， 求 神 给 我 们 开 传 道 的 门 ， 能 以 讲 基 督 的 奥 秘 ， （ 我 为 此 被 捆 锁 ） 。      [kjv]  Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:     [bbe]  And making prayer for us, that God may give us an open door for the preaching of the word, the secret of Christ, for which I am now in chains; 4:4 [hgb]  叫 我 按 着 所 该 说 的 话 ， 将 这 奥 秘 发 明 出 来 。      [kjv]  That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak. [bbe]  Be wise in your behaviour to those who are outside, making good use of the time. 4:6 [hgb]  你 们 的 言 语 要 常 常 带 着 和 气 ， 好 像 用 盐 调 和 ， 就 可 知 道 该 怎 样 回 答 各 人 。      [kjv]  Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
