21:1 [hgb]  耶 稣 抬 头 观 看 , 见 财 主 把 捐 项 投 在 库 里 。
    [kjv]  And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury1.
    [bbe]  And looking up, he saw the men of wealth putting their offerings in the money-box.
21:2 [hgb]  又 见 一 个 穷 寡 妇 , 投 了 两 个 小 钱 。
    [kjv]  And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither2 two mites3.
    [bbe]  And he saw a certain poor widow putting in a farthing.
21:3 [hgb]  就 说 , 我 实 在 告 诉 你 们 。 这 穷 寡 妇 , 所 投 的 比 众 人 还 多 。
    [kjv]  And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:
    [bbe]  And he said, Truly I say to you, This poor widow has given more than all of them:
21:4 [hgb]  因 为 众 人 都 是 自 己 有 余 , 拿 出 来 投 在 捐 项 里 。 但 这 寡 妇 是 自 己 不 足 , 把 他 一 切 养 生 的 都 投 上 了 。
    [kjv]  For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury4 hath cast in all the living that she had.
    [bbe]  For they gave out of their wealth, having more than enough for themselves: but she, even out of her need, has put in all her living.
21:5 [hgb]  有 人 谈 论 圣 殿 , 是 用 美 石 和 供 物 妆 饰 的 。
    [kjv]  And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned5 with goodly stones and gifts, he said,
    [bbe]  And some were talking about the Temple, how it was made fair with beautiful stones and with offerings, but he said,
21:6 [hgb]  耶 稣 就 说 , 论 到 你 们 所 看 见 的 这 一 切 , 将 来 日 子 到 了 , 在 这 里 没 有 一 块 石 头 留 在 石 头 上 , 不 被 拆 毁 了 。
    [kjv]  As for these things which ye behold6, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
    [bbe]  As for these things which you see, the days will come when not one stone will be resting on another, but all will be broken down.
21:7 [hgb]  他 们 问 他 说 , 夫 子 , 什 么 时 候 有 这 事 呢 ? 这 事 将 到 的 时 候 , 有 什 么 预 兆 呢 ?
    [kjv]  And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?
    [bbe]  And they said to him, Master, when will these things be? and what sign will there be when these events are to take place?
21:8 [hgb]  耶 稣 说 , 你 们 要 谨 慎 , 不 要 受 迷 惑 , 因 为 将 来 有 好 些 人 冒 我 的 名 来 , 说 , 我 是 基 督 , 又 说 , 时 候 近 了 , 你 们 不 要 跟 从 他 们 。
    [kjv]  And he said, Take heed7 that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
    [bbe]  And he said, Take care that you are not tricked: for a number of people will come in my name, saying, I am he; and, The time is near: do not go after them.
21:9 [hgb]  你 们 听 见 打 仗 和 扰 乱 的 事 , 不 要 惊 惶 , 因 为 这 些 事 必 须 先 有 , 只 是 末 期 不 能 立 时 就 到 。
    [kjv]  But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions8, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
    [bbe]  And when news of wars and troubled times comes to your ears, have no fear; for these things have to be, but the end will not be now.
21:10 [hgb]  当 时 耶 稣 对 他 们 说 , 民 要 攻 打 民 , 国 要 攻 打 国 。
    [kjv]  Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
    [bbe]  Then he said to them, Nation will be moved against nation and kingdom against kingdom:
21:11 [hgb]  地 要 大 大 震 动 , 多 处 必 有 饥 荒 瘟 疫 。 又 有 可 怕 的 异 象 , 和 大 神 迹 , 从 天 上 显 现 。
    [kjv]  And great earthquakes shall be in divers9 places, and famines, and pestilences10; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
    [bbe]  There will be great earth-shocks and outbursts of disease in a number of places, and men will be without food; and there will be wonders and great signs from heaven.
21:12 [hgb]  但 这 一 切 的 事 以 先 , 人 要 下 手 拿 住 你 们 , 逼 迫 你 们 , 把 你 们 交 给 会 堂 , 并 且 收 在 监 里 , 又 为 我 的 名 拉 你 们 到 君 王 诸 侯 面 前 。
    [kjv]  But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute11 you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
    [bbe]  But before all this, they will take you and be very cruel to you, giving you up to the Synagogues and to prisons, taking you before kings and rulers, because of my name.
21:13 [hgb]  但 这 些 事 终 必 为 你 们 的 见 证 。
    [kjv]  And it shall turn to you for a testimony12.
    [bbe]  And it will be turned to a witness for you.
21:14 [hgb]  所 以 你 们 当 立 定 心 意 , 不 要 预 先 思 想 怎 样 分 诉 。
    [kjv]  Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate13 before what ye shall answer:
    [bbe]  So take care not to be troubled before the time comes, about what answers you will give:
21:15 [hgb]  因 为 我 必 赐 你 们 口 才 智 慧 , 是 你 们 一 切 敌 人 所 敌 不 住 , 驳 不 倒 的 。
    [kjv]  For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries14 shall not be able to gainsay15 nor resist.
    [bbe]  For I will give you words and wisdom, so that not one of those who are against you will be able to get the better of you, or to put you in the wrong.
21:16 [hgb]  连 你 们 的 父 母 , 弟 兄 , 亲 族 , 朋 友 , 也 要 把 你 们 交 官 。 你 们 也 有 被 他 们 害 死 的 。
    [kjv]  And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.
    [bbe]  But you will be given up even by your fathers and mothers, your brothers and relations and friends; and some of you will be put to death.
21:17 [hgb]  你 们 要 为 我 的 名 , 被 众 人 恨 恶 。
    [kjv]  And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
    [bbe]  And you will be hated by all men, because of me.
21:18 [hgb]  然 而 你 们 连 一 根 头 发 , 也 必 不 损 坏 。
    [kjv]  But there shall not an hair of your head perish.
    [bbe]  But not a hair of your head will come to destruction.
21:19 [hgb]  你 们 常 存 忍 耐 , 就 必 保 全 灵 魂 。 或 作 必 得 生 命
    [kjv]  In your patience possess ye your souls.
    [bbe]  By going through all these things, you will keep your lives.
21:20 [hgb]  你 们 看 见 耶 路 撒 冷 被 兵 围 困 , 就 可 知 道 他 成 荒 场 的 日 子 近 了 。
    [kjv]  And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
    [bbe]  But when you see armies all round about Jerusalem, then be certain that her destruction is near.
21:21 [hgb]  那 时 , 在 犹 太 的 , 应 当 逃 到 山 上 。 在 城 里 的 , 应 当 出 来 。 在 乡 下 的 , 不 要 进 城 。
    [kjv]  Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
    [bbe]  Then let those who are in Judaea go in flight to the mountains; and those who are in the middle of the town go out; and let not those who are in the country come in.
21:22 [hgb]  因 为 这 是 报 应 的 日 子 , 使 经 上 所 写 的 都 得 应 验 。
    [kjv]  For these be the days of vengeance16, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
    [bbe]  For these are the days of punishment, in which all the things in the Writings will be put into effect.
21:23 [hgb]  当 那 些 日 子 , 怀 孕 的 和 奶 孩 子 的 有 祸 了 。 因 为 将 有 大 灾 难 降 在 这 地 方 , 也 有 震 怒 临 到 这 百 姓 。
    [kjv]  But woe17 unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress18 in the land, and wrath19 upon this people.
    [bbe]  It will be hard for women who are with child, and for her with a baby at the breast, in those days. For great trouble will come on the land, and wrath on this people.
21:24 [hgb]  他 们 要 倒 在 刀 下 , 又 被 掳 到 各 国 去 , 耶 路 撒 冷 要 被 外 邦 人 践 踏 , 直 到 外 邦 人 的 日 期 满 了 。
    [kjv]  And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
    [bbe]  And they will be put to death with the sword, and will be taken as prisoners into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be crushed under the feet of the Gentiles, till the times of the Gentiles are complete.
21:25 [hgb]  日 月 星 辰 要 显 出 异 兆 。 地 上 的 邦 国 也 有 困 苦 。 因 海 中 波 浪 的 响 声 , 就 慌 慌 不 定 。
    [kjv]  And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
    [bbe]  And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars; and on the earth, fear among the nations and doubt because of the loud noise of the sea and the waves;
21:26 [hgb]  天 势 都 要 震 动 。 人 想 起 那 将 要 临 到 世 界 的 事 , 就 都 吓 得 魂 不 附 体 。
    [kjv]  Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
    [bbe]  Men's strength will go from them in fear and in waiting for the things which are coming on the earth; for the powers of the heavens will be moved.
21:27 [hgb]  那 时 , 他 们 要 看 见 人 子 , 有 能 力 , 有 大 荣 耀 , 驾 云 降 临 。
    [kjv]  And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
    [bbe]  And then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud, with power and great glory.
21:28 [hgb]  一 有 这 些 事 , 你 们 就 当 挺 身 昂 首 。 因 为 你 们 得 赎 的 日 子 近 了 。
    [kjv]  And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
    [bbe]  But when these things come about, let your heads be lifted up, because your salvation20 is near.
21:29 [hgb]  耶 稣 又 设 比 喻 对 他 们 说 , 你 们 看 无 花 果 树 , 和 各 样 的 树 。
    [kjv]  And he spake to them a parable21; Behold the fig22 tree, and all the trees;
    [bbe]  And he made a story for them: See the fig-tree, and all the trees;
21:30 [hgb]  他 发 芽 的 时 候 , 你 们 一 看 见 自 然 晓 得 夏 天 近 了 。
    [kjv]  When they now shoot forth23, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.
    [bbe]  When they put out their young leaves, you take note of it, and it is clear to you that summer is coming.
21:31 [hgb]  这 样 , 你 们 看 见 这 些 事 渐 渐 地 成 就 , 也 该 晓 得 神 的 国 近 了 。
    [kjv]  So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
    [bbe]  In the same way, when you see these things taking place you may be certain that the kingdom of God is near.
21:32 [hgb]  我 实 在 告 诉 你 们 , 这 世 代 还 没 有 过 去 , 这 些 事 都 要 成 就 。
    [kjv]  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.
    [bbe]  Truly I say to you, This generation will not come to an end till all things are complete.
21:33 [hgb]  天 地 要 废 去 , 我 的 话 却 不 能 废 去 。
    [kjv]  Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
    [bbe]  Heaven and earth will come to an end, but my words will not come to an end.
21:34 [hgb]  你 们 要 谨 慎 , 恐 怕 因 贪 食 醉 酒 并 今 生 的 思 虑 , 累 住 你 们 的 心 , 那 日 子 就 如 同 网 罗 忽 然 临 到 你 们 。
    [kjv]  And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting24, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
    [bbe]  But give attention to yourselves, for fear that your hearts become over-full of the pleasures of food and wine, and the cares of this life, and that day may come on you suddenly, and take you as in a net:

    [kjv]  For as a snare25 shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
    [bbe]  For so it will come on all those who are living on the face of all the earth.
21:36 [hgb]  你 们 要 时 时 儆 醒 , 常 常 祈 求 , 使 你 们 能 逃 避 这 一 切 要 来 的 事 , 得 以 站 立 在 人 子 面 前 。
    [kjv]  Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy26 to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
    [bbe]  But keep watch at all times with prayer, that you may be strong enough to come through all these things and take your place before the Son of man.
21:37 [hgb]  耶 稣 每 日 在 殿 里 教 训 人 , 每 夜 出 城 在 一 座 山 , 名 叫 橄 榄 山 住 宿 。
    [kjv]  And in the day time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode27 in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.
    [bbe]  And every day he was teaching in the Temple and every night he went out to the mountain which is named the Mountain of Olives to take his rest.
