5:1 [hgb]  那 时 ， 底 波 拉 和 亚 比 挪 庵 的 儿 子 巴 拉 作 歌 ， 说 ， 
    [kjv]  Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day, saying,
    [bbe]  At that time Deborah and Barak, the son of Abinoam, made this song, saying:
5:2 [hgb]  因 为 以 色 列 中 有 军 长 率 领 ， 百 姓 也 甘 心 牺 牲 自 己 ， 你 们 应 当 颂 赞 耶 和 华 。 
    [kjv]  Praise ye the LORD for the avenging¹ of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves.
    [bbe]  Because of the flowing hair of the fighters in Israel, because the people gave themselves freely, give praise to the Lord.
5:3 [hgb]  君 王 阿 ， 要 听 。 王 子 阿 ， 要 侧 耳 而 听 。 我 要 向 耶 和 华 歌 唱 ， 我 要 歌 颂 耶 和 华 以 色 列 的 神 。 
    [kjv]  Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the LORD; I will sing praise to the LORD God of Israel.
    [bbe]  Give attention, O kings; give ear, O rulers; I, even I, will make a song to the Lord; I will make melody to the Lord, the God of Israel.
5:4 [hgb]  耶 和 华 阿 ， 你 从 西 珥 出 来 ， 由 以 东 地 行 走 。 那 时 地 震 天 漏 ， 云 也 落 雨 。 
    [kjv]  LORD, when thou wentest out of Seir, when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water.
    [bbe]  Lord, when you went out from Seir, moving like an army from the field of Edom, the earth was shaking and the heavens were troubled, and the clouds were dropping water.
5:5 [hgb]  山 见 耶 和 华 的 面 就 震 动 ， 西 乃 山 见 耶 和 华 以 色 列 神 的 面 也 是 如 此 。 
    [kjv]  The mountains melted from before the LORD, even that Sinai from before the LORD God of Israel.
    [bbe]  The mountains were shaking before the Lord, before the Lord, the God of Israel.
5:6 [hgb]  在 亚 拿 之 子 珊 迦 的 时 候 ， 又 在 雅 亿 的 日 子 ， 大 道 无 人 行 走 ， 都 是 绕 道 而 行 。 
    [kjv]  In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were unoccupied, and the travellers walked through byways.
    [bbe]  In the days of Shamgar, the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were not used, and travellers went by side roads.
5:7 [hgb]  以 色 列 中 的 官 长 停 职 ， 直 到 我 底 波 拉 兴 起 ， 等 我 兴 起 作 以 色 列 的 母 。 
    [kjv]  The inhabitants of the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel.
