5:1 [hgb]  亚 兰 王 的 元 帅 乃 缦 在 他 主 人 面 前 为 尊 为 大 ， 因 耶 和 华 曾 借 他 使 亚 兰 人 得 胜 。 他 又 是 大 能 的 勇 士 ， 只 是 长 了 大 麻 疯 。 
    [kjv]  Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable¹, because by him the LORD had given deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty² man in valour, but he was a leper.
    [bbe]  Now Naaman, chief of the army of the king of Aram, was a man of high position with his master, and greatly respected, because by him the Lord had given salvation³ to Aram; but he was a leper.
5:2 [hgb]  先 前 亚 兰 人 成 群 地 出 去 ， 从 以 色 列 国 掳 了 一 个 小 女 子 ， 这 女 子 就 服 事 乃 缦 的 妻 。 
    [kjv]  And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife.
    [bbe]  Now the Aramaeans had gone out in bands, and taken prisoner from Israel a little girl, who became servant to Naaman's wife.
5:3 [hgb]  她 对 主 母 说 ， 巴 不 得 我 主 人 去 见 撒 玛 利 亚 的 先 知 ， 必 能 治 好 他 的 大 麻 疯 。 
    [kjv]  And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy.
    [bbe]  And she said to her master's wife, If only my lord would go to the prophet in Samaria, he would make him well.
5:4 [hgb]  乃 缦 进 去 ， 告 诉 他 主 人 说 ， 以 色 列 国 的 女 子 如 此 如 此 说 。 
    [kjv]  And one went in, and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus said the maid that is of the land of Israel.
    [bbe]  And someone went and said to his lord, This is what the girl from the land of Israel says.
5:5 [hgb]  亚 兰 王 说 ， 你 可 以 去 ， 我 也 达 信 于 以 色 列 王 。 于 是 乃 缦 带 银 子 十 他 连 得 ， 金 子 六 千 舍 客 勒 ， 衣 裳 十 套 ， 就 去 了 。 
    [kjv]  And the king of Syria said, Go to, go, and I will send a letter unto the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of raiment.
    [bbe]  So the king of Aram said, Go then; and I will send a letter to the king of Israel. And he went, taking with him ten talents of silver and six thousand shekels of gold, and ten changes of clothing.
