46:1 [hgb]  耶 和 华 论 列 国 的 话 临 到 先 知 耶 利 米 。  
    [kjv]  The word of the LORD which came to Jeremiah the prophet against the Gentiles;
    [bbe]  The word of the Lord which came to Jeremiah the prophet about the nations.
46:2 [hgb]  论 到 关 乎 埃 及 王 法 老 尼 哥 的 军 队 ， 这 军 队 安 营 在 伯 拉 河 边 的 迦 基 米 施 ， 是 巴 比 伦 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 在 犹 大 王 约 西 亚 的 儿 子 约 雅 敬 第 四 年 所 打 败 的 。  
    [kjv]  Against Egypt, against the army of Pharaohnecho king of Egypt, which was by the river Euphrates in Carchemish, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote¹ in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah.
    [bbe]  Of Egypt: about the army of Pharaoh-neco, king of Egypt, which was by the river Euphrates in Carchemish, which Nebuchadrezzar, king of Babylon, overcame in the fourth year of Jehoiakim, the son of Josiah, king of Judah.
46:3 [hgb]  你 们 要 预 备 大 小 盾 牌 ， 往 前 上 阵 。  
    [kjv]  Order ye the buckler and shield, and draw near to battle.
    [bbe]  Get out the breastplate and body-cover, and come together to the fight.
46:4 [hgb]  你 们 套 上 车 ， 骑 上 马 。 顶 盔 站 立 ， 磨 枪 贯 甲 。  
    [kjv]  Harness the horses; and get up, ye horsemen, and stand forth² with your helmets; furbish the spears, and put on the brigandines.
    [bbe]  Make the horses ready, and get up, you horsemen, and take your places with your head-dresses; make the spears sharp and put on the breastplates.
46:5 [hgb]  我 为 何 看 见 他 们 惊 惶 转 身 退 后 呢 ？ 他 们 的 勇 士 打 败 了 ， 急 忙 逃 跑 ， 并 不 回 头 。 惊 吓 四 围 都 有 。 这 是 耶 和 华 说 的 。  
    [kjv]  Wherefore have I seen them dismayed and turned away back? and their mighty³ ones are beaten down, and are fled apace, and look not back: for fear was round about, saith the LORD.
    [bbe]  What have I seen? they are overcome with fear and turned back; their men of war are broken and have gone in flight, not looking back: fear is on every side, says the Lord.
46:6 [hgb]  不 要 容 快 跑 的 逃 避 。 不 要 容 勇 士 逃 脱 （ 或 作 快 跑 的 不 能 逃 避 。 勇 士 不 能 逃 脱 ） 。 他 们 在 北 方 伯 拉 河 边 绊 跌 仆 倒 。
