    [kjv]  My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken1 me? why art thou so far from helping2 me, and from the words of my roaring?
    [bbe]  <To the chief music-maker on Aijeleth-hash-shahar. A Psalm. Of David.> My God, my God, why are you turned away from me? why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my crying?
22:2 [hgb]  我 的 神 阿 , 我 白 日 呼 求 , 你 不 应 允 。 夜 间 呼 求 , 并 不 住 声 。 
    [kjv]  O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
    [bbe]  O my God, I make my cry in the day, and you give no answer; and in the night, and have no rest.
22:3 [hgb]  但 你 是 圣 洁 的 , 是 用 以 色 列 的 赞 美 为 宝 座 的 ( 宝 座 或 作 居 所 ) 。 
    [kjv]  But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
    [bbe]  But you are holy, O you who are seated among the praises of Israel.
22:4 [hgb]  我 们 的 祖 宗 倚 靠 你 。 他 们 倚 靠 你 , 你 便 解 救 他 们 。 
    [kjv]  Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
    [bbe]  Our fathers had faith in you: they had faith and you were their saviour3.
22:5 [hgb]  他 们 哀 求 你 , 便 蒙 解 救 。 他 们 倚 靠 你 , 就 不 羞 愧 。 
    [kjv]  They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
    [bbe]  They sent up their cry to you and were made free: they put their faith in you and were not put to shame.
22:6 [hgb]  但 我 是 虫 , 不 是 人 。 被 众 人 羞 辱 , 被 百 姓 藐 视 。 
    [kjv]  But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
    [bbe]  But I am a worm and not a man; cursed by men, and looked down on by the people.
22:7 [hgb]  凡 看 见 我 的 都 嗤 笑 我 。 他 们 撇 嘴 摇 头 , 说 , 
    [kjv]  All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,
    [bbe]  I am laughed at by all those who see me: pushing out their lips and shaking their heads they say,
22:8 [hgb]  他 把 自 己 交 托 耶 和 华 , 耶 和 华 可 以 救 他 吧 。 耶 和 华 既 喜 悦 他 , 可 以 搭 救 他 吧 。 
    [kjv]  He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
    [bbe]  He put his faith in the Lord; let the Lord be his saviour now: let the Lord be his saviour, because he had delight in him.
22:9 [hgb]  但 你 是 叫 我 出 母 腹 的 。 我 在 母 怀 里 , 你 就 使 我 有 倚 靠 的 心 。 
    [kjv]  But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.
    [bbe]  But it was you who took care of me from the day of my birth: you gave me faith even from my mother's breasts.
22:10 [hgb]  我 自 出 母 胎 就 被 交 在 你 手 里 。 从 我 母 亲 生 我 , 你 就 是 我 的 神 。 
    [kjv]  I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly4.
    [bbe]  I was in your hands even before my birth; you are my God from the time when I was in my mother's body.
22:11 [hgb]  求 你 不 要 远 离 我 。 因 为 急 难 临 近 了 , 没 有 人 帮 助 我 。 
    [kjv]  Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
    [bbe]  Be not far from me, for trouble is near; there is no one to give help.
22:12 [hgb]  有 许 多 公 牛 围 绕 我 。 巴 珊 大 力 的 公 牛 四 面 困 住 我 。 
    [kjv]  Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset5 me round.
    [bbe]  A great herd6 of oxen is round me: I am shut in by the strong oxen of Bashan.
22:13 [hgb]  他 们 向 我 张 口 , 好 像 抓 撕 吼 叫 的 狮 子 。 
    [kjv]  They gaped7 upon me with their mouths, as a ravening8 and a roaring lion.
    [bbe]  I saw their mouths wide open, like lions crying after food.
22:14 [hgb]  我 如 水 被 倒 出 来 。 我 的 骨 头 都 脱 了 节 。 我 心 在 我 里 面 如 蜡 熔 化 。 
    [kjv]  I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint9: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels10.
    [bbe]  I am flowing away like water, and all my bones are out of place: my heart is like wax, it has become soft in my body.
22:15 [hgb]  我 的 精 力 枯 干 , 如 同 瓦 片 。 我 的 舌 头 贴 在 我 牙 床 上 。 你 将 我 安 置 在 死 地 的 尘 土 中 。 
    [kjv]  My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws11; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
    [bbe]  My throat is dry like a broken vessel12; my tongue is fixed13 to the roof of my mouth, and the dust of death is on my lips.
22:16 [hgb]  犬 类 围 着 我 。 恶 党 环 绕 我 。 他 们 扎 了 我 的 手 , 我 的 脚 。 
    [kjv]  For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
    [bbe]  Dogs have come round me: I am shut in by the band of evil-doers; they made wounds in my hands and feet.
22:17 [hgb]  我 的 骨 头 , 我 都 能 数 过 。 他 们 瞪 着 眼 看 我 。 
    [kjv]  I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.
    [bbe]  I am able to see all my bones; their looks are fixed on me:
22:18 [hgb]  他 们 分 我 的 外 衣 , 为 我 的 里 衣 拈 阄 。 
    [kjv]  They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
    [bbe]  They make a division of my robes among them, by the decision of chance they take my clothing.
22:19 [hgb]  耶 和 华 阿 , 求 你 不 要 远 离 我 。 我 的 救 主 阿 , 求 你 快 来 帮 助 我 。 
    [kjv]  But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
    [bbe]  Do not be far from me, O Lord: O my strength, come quickly to my help.
22:20 [hgb]  求 你 救 我 的 灵 魂 脱 离 刀 剑 , 救 我 的 生 命 脱 离 犬 类 ( 生 命 原 文 作 独 一 者 ) 。 
    [kjv]  Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.
    [bbe]  Make my soul safe from the sword, my life from the power of the dog.
22:21 [hgb]  救 我 脱 离 狮 子 的 口 。 你 已 经 应 允 我 , 使 我 脱 离 野 牛 的 角 。 
    [kjv]  Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns14.
    [bbe]  Be my saviour from the lion's mouth; let me go free from the horns of the cruel oxen.
22:22 [hgb]  我 要 将 你 的 名 传 与 我 的 弟 兄 。 在 会 中 我 要 赞 美 你 。 
    [kjv]  I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
    [bbe]  I will give the knowledge of your name to my brothers: I will give you praise among the people.
22:23 [hgb]  你 们 敬 畏 耶 和 华 的 人 , 要 赞 美 他 。 雅 各 的 后 裔 , 都 要 荣 耀 他 。 以 色 列 的 后 裔 , 都 要 惧 怕 他 。 
    [kjv]  Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify15 him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
    [bbe]  You who have fear of the Lord, give him praise; all you seed of Jacob, give him glory; go in fear of him, all you seed of Israel.
22:24 [hgb]  因 为 他 没 有 藐 视 憎 恶 受 苦 的 人 。 也 没 有 向 他 掩 面 。 那 受 苦 之 人 呼 吁 的 时 候 , 他 就 垂 听 。 
    [kjv]  For he hath not despised nor abhorred16 the affliction of the afflicted17; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
    [bbe]  For he has not been unmoved by the pain of him who is troubled; or kept his face covered from him; but he has given an answer to his cry.
22:25 [hgb]  我 在 大 会 中 赞 美 你 的 话 , 是 从 你 而 来 的 。 我 要 在 敬 畏 耶 和 华 的 人 面 前 还 我 的 愿 。 
    [kjv]  My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows18 before them that fear him.
    [bbe]  My praise will be of you in the great meeting: I will make my offerings before his worshippers.
22:26 [hgb]  谦 卑 的 人 必 吃 得 饱 足 。 寻 求 耶 和 华 的 人 必 赞 美 他 。 愿 你 们 的 心 永 远 活 着 。 
    [kjv]  The meek19 shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.
    [bbe]  The poor will have a feast of good things: those who make search for the Lord will give him praise: your heart will have life for ever.
22:27 [hgb]  地 的 四 极 , 都 要 想 念 耶 和 华 , 并 且 归 顺 他 。 列 国 的 万 族 , 都 要 在 你 面 前 敬 拜 。 
    [kjv]  All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
    [bbe]  All the ends of the earth will keep it in mind and be turned to the Lord: all the families of the nations will give him worship.
22:28 [hgb]  因 为 国 权 是 耶 和 华 的 。 他 是 管 理 万 国 的 。 
    [kjv]  For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations.
    [bbe]  For the kingdom is the Lord's; he is the ruler among the nations.
22:29 [hgb]  地 上 一 切 丰 肥 的 人 , 必 吃 喝 而 敬 拜 。 凡 下 到 尘 土 中 不 能 存 活 自 己 性 命 的 人 , 都 要 在 他 面 前 下 拜 。 
    [kjv]  All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
    [bbe]  All the fat ones of the earth will give him worship; all those who go down to the dust will make themselves low before him, even he who has not enough for the life of his soul.
22:30 [hgb]  他 必 有 后 裔 事 奉 他 。 主 所 行 的 事 , 必 传 与 后 代 。 
    [kjv]  A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
    [bbe]  A seed will be his servant; the doings of the Lord will be made clear to the generation which comes after.
22:31 [hgb]  他 们 必 来 把 他 的 公 义 传 给 将 要 生 的 民 , 言 明 这 事 是 他 所 行 的 。 
    [kjv]  They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
    [bbe]  They will come and make his righteousness clear to a people of the future because he has done this.
