42:1 [hgb]  看 哪 , 我 的 仆 人 , 我 所 扶 持 , 所 拣 选 , 心 里 所 喜 悦 的 , 我 已 将 我 的 灵 赐 给 他 , 他 必 将 公 理 传 给 外 邦 。
    [kjv]  Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth1 judgment2 to the Gentiles.
    [bbe]  See my servant, whom I am supporting, my loved one, in whom I take delight: I have put my spirit on him; he will give the knowledge of the true God to the nations.
42:2 [hgb]  他 不 喧 嚷 , 不 扬 声 , 也 不 使 街 上 听 见 他 的 声 音 。
    [kjv]  He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.
    [bbe]  He will make no cry, his voice will not be loud: his words will not come to men's ears in the streets.
42:3 [hgb]  压 伤 的 芦 苇 , 他 不 折 断 。 将 残 的 灯 火 , 他 不 吹 灭 。 他 凭 真 实 将 公 理 传 开 。
    [kjv]  A bruised3 reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench4: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
    [bbe]  He will not let a crushed stem be quite broken, and he will not let a feebly burning light be put out: he will go on sending out the true word to the peoples.
42:4 [hgb]  他 不 灰 心 , 也 不 丧 胆 , 直 到 他 在 地 上 设 立 公 理 。 海 岛 都 等 候 他 的 训 诲 。
    [kjv]  He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles5 shall wait for his law.
    [bbe]  His light will not be put out, and he will not be crushed, till he has given the knowledge of the true God to the earth, and the sea-lands will be waiting for his teaching.
42:5 [hgb]  创 造 诸 天 , 铺 张 穹 苍 , 将 地 和 地 所 出 的 一 并 铺 开 , 赐 气 息 给 地 上 的 众 人 , 又 赐 灵 性 给 行 在 其 上 之 人 的 神 耶 和 华 , 他 如 此 说 ,
    [kjv]  Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:
    [bbe]  God the Lord, even he who made the heavens, measuring them out on high; stretching out the earth, and giving its produce; he who gives breath to the people on it, and life to those who go about on it, says:
42:6 [hgb]  我 耶 和 华 凭 公 义 召 你 , 必 搀 扶 你 的 手 , 保 守 你 , 使 你 作 众 民 的 中 保 , ( 中 保 原 文 作 约 ) 作 外 邦 人 的 光 ,
    [kjv]  I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant6 of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
    [bbe]  I the Lord have made you the vessel7 of my purpose, I have taken you by the hand, and kept you safe, and I have given you to be an agreement to the people, and a light to the nations:
42:7 [hgb]  开 瞎 子 的 眼 , 领 被 囚 的 出 牢 狱 , 领 坐 黑 暗 的 出 监 牢 。
    [kjv]  To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
    [bbe]  To give eyes to the blind, to make free the prisoners from the prison, to let out those who are shut up in the dark.
42:8 [hgb]  我 是 耶 和 华 , 这 是 我 的 名 。 我 必 不 将 我 的 荣 耀 归 给 假 神 , 也 不 将 我 的 称 赞 归 给 雕 刻 的 偶 像 。
    [kjv]  I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
    [bbe]  I am the Lord; that is my name: I will not give my glory to another, or my praise to pictured images.
42:9 [hgb]  看 哪 , 先 前 的 事 已 经 成 就 , 现 在 我 将 新 事 说 明 , 这 事 未 发 以 先 , 我 就 说 给 你 们 听 。
    [kjv]  Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.
    [bbe]  See, the things said before have come about, and now I give word of new things: before they come I give you news of them.
42:10 [hgb]  航 海 的 , 和 海 中 所 有 的 , 海 岛 , 和 其 上 的 居 民 , 都 当 向 耶 和 华 唱 新 歌 , 从 地 极 赞 美 他 。
    [kjv]  Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.
    [bbe]  Make a new song to the Lord, and let his praise be sounded from the end of the earth; you who go down to the sea, and everything in it, the sea-lands and their people.
42:11 [hgb]  旷 野 和 其 中 的 城 邑 , 并 基 达 人 居 住 的 村 庄 , 都 当 扬 声 。 西 拉 的 居 民 当 欢 呼 , 在 山 顶 上 呐 喊 。
    [kjv]  Let the wilderness8 and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.
    [bbe]  Let the waste land and its flocks be glad, the tent-circles of Kedar; let the people of the rock give a glad cry, from the top of the mountains let them make a sound of joy.
42:12 [hgb]  他 们 当 将 荣 耀 归 给 耶 和 华 , 在 海 岛 中 传 扬 他 的 颂 赞 。
    [kjv]  Let them give glory unto the LORD, and declare his praise in the islands.
    [bbe]  Let them give glory to the Lord, sounding his praise in the sea-lands.
42:13 [hgb]  耶 和 华 必 像 勇 士 出 去 , 必 像 战 士 激 动 热 心 , 要 喊 叫 , 大 声 呐 喊 , 要 用 大 力 攻 击 仇 敌 。
    [kjv]  The LORD shall go forth as a mighty9 man, he shall stir up jealousy10 like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies.
    [bbe]  The Lord will go out as a man of war, he will be moved to wrath11 like a fighting-man: his voice will be strong, he will give a loud cry; he will go against his attackers like a man of war.
42:14 [hgb]  我 许 久 闭 口 不 言 , 静 默 不 语 , 现 在 我 要 喊 叫 像 产 难 的 妇 人 , 我 要 急 气 而 喘 哮 。
    [kjv]  I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour12 at once.
    [bbe]  I have long been quiet, I have kept myself in and done nothing: now I will make sounds of pain like a woman in childbirth, breathing hard and quickly.
42:15 [hgb]  我 要 使 大 山 小 冈 变 为 荒 场 , 使 其 上 的 花 草 都 枯 干 , 我 要 使 江 河 变 为 洲 岛 , 使 水 池 都 干 涸 。
    [kjv]  I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and I will dry up the pools.
    [bbe]  I will make waste mountains and hills, drying up all their plants; and I will make rivers dry, and pools dry land.
42:16 [hgb]  我 要 引 瞎 子 行 不 认 识 的 道 , 领 他 们 走 不 知 道 的 路 。 在 他 们 面 前 使 黑 暗 变 为 光 明 , 使 弯 曲 变 为 平 直 。 这 些 事 我 都 要 行 , 并 不 离 弃 他 们 。
    [kjv]  And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked13 things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake14 them.
    [bbe]  And I will take the blind by a way of which they had no knowledge, guiding them by roads strange to them: I will make the dark places light before them, and the rough places level. These things will I do and will not give them up.
42:17 [hgb]  倚 靠 雕 刻 的 偶 像 , 对 铸 造 的 偶 像 说 , 你 是 我 们 的 神 , 这 等 人 要 退 后 , 全 然 蒙 羞 。
    [kjv]  They shall be turned back, they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images, that say to the molten images, Ye are our gods.
    [bbe]  They will be turned back and be greatly shamed who put their hope in pictured images, who say to metal images, You are our gods.
42:18 [hgb]  你 们 这 耳 聋 的 听 吧 。 你 们 这 眼 瞎 的 看 吧 。 使 你 们 能 看 见 。
    [kjv]  Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.
    [bbe]  Give ear, you whose ears are shut; and let your eyes be open, you blind, so that you may see.
42:19 [hgb]  谁 比 我 的 仆 人 眼 瞎 呢 ? 谁 比 我 差 遣 的 使 者 耳 聋 呢 ? 谁 瞎 眼 像 那 与 我 和 好 的 , 谁 瞎 眼 像 耶 和 华 的 仆 人 呢 ?
    [kjv]  Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the LORD's servant?
    [bbe]  Who is blind, but my servant? who has his ears stopped, but he whom I send? who is blind as my true one, or who has his ears shut like the Lord's servant?
42:20 [hgb]  你 看 见 许 多 事 却 不 领 会 。 耳 朵 开 通 却 不 听 见 。
    [kjv]  Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not.
    [bbe]  Seeing much, but keeping nothing in mind; his ears are open, but there is no hearing.
42:21 [hgb]  耶 和 华 因 自 己 公 义 的 缘 故 , 喜 欢 使 律 法 ( 或 作 训 诲 ) 为 大 , 为 尊 。
    [kjv]  The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable15.
    [bbe]  It was the Lord's pleasure, because of his righteousness, to make the teaching great and give it honour.
42:22 [hgb]  但 这 百 姓 是 被 抢 被 夺 的 , 都 牢 笼 在 坑 中 , 隐 藏 在 狱 里 , 他 们 作 掠 物 , 无 人 拯 救 , 作 掳 物 , 无 人 说 交 还 。
    [kjv]  But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared16 in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey17, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.
    [bbe]  But this is a people whose property has been taken away from them by force; they are all taken in holes, and shut up in prisons: they are made prisoners, and no one makes them free; they are taken by force and no one says, Give them back.
42:23 [hgb]  你 们 中 间 谁 肯 侧 耳 听 此 , 谁 肯 留 心 而 听 , 以 防 将 来 呢 ?
    [kjv]  Who among you will give ear to this? who will hearken and hear for the time to come?
    [bbe]  Who is there among you who will give ear to this? who will give attention to it for the time to come?
42:24 [hgb]  谁 将 雅 各 交 出 当 作 掳 物 , 将 以 色 列 交 给 抢 夺 的 呢 ? 岂 不 是 耶 和 华 吗 ? 就 是 我 们 所 得 罪 的 那 位 。 他 们 不 肯 遵 行 他 的 道 , 也 不 听 从 他 的 训 诲 。
    [kjv]  Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law.
    [bbe]  Who gave up Jacob to those who took away his goods, and Israel to his attackers? Did not the Lord? he against whom they did wrong, and in whose ways they would not go, turning away from his teaching.
42:25 [hgb]  所 以 他 将 猛 烈 的 怒 气 , 和 争 战 的 勇 力 , 倾 倒 在 以 色 列 的 身 上 。 在 他 四 围 如 火 着 起 , 他 还 不 知 道 , 烧 着 他 , 他 也 不 介 意 。
    [kjv]  Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his anger, and the strength of battle: and it hath set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.
    [bbe]  For this reason he let loose on him the heat of his wrath, and his strength was like a flame; and it put fire round about him, but he did not see it; he was burned, but did not take it to heart.
