    [kjv]  Against Egypt, against the army of Pharaohnecho king of Egypt, which was by the river Euphrates in Carchemish, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote1 in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah.

46:4 [hgb]  你 们 套 上 车 , 骑 上 马 。 顶 盔 站 立 , 磨 枪 贯 甲 。  
    [kjv]  Harness the horses; and get up, ye horsemen, and stand forth2 with your helmets; furbish the spears, and put on the brigandines.
    [bbe]  Make the horses ready, and get up, you horsemen, and take your places with your head-dresses; make the spears sharp and put on the breastplates.
46:5 [hgb]  我 为 何 看 见 他 们 惊 惶 转 身 退 后 呢 ? 他 们 的 勇 士 打 败 了 , 急 忙 逃 跑 , 并 不 回 头 。 惊 吓 四 围 都 有 。 这 是 耶 和 华 说 的 。  
    [kjv]  Wherefore have I seen them dismayed and turned away back? and their mighty3 ones are beaten down, and are fled apace, and look not back: for fear was round about, saith the LORD.
    [bbe]  What have I seen? they are overcome with fear and turned back; their men of war are broken and have gone in flight, not looking back: fear is on every side, says the Lord.
46:6 [hgb]  不 要 容 快 跑 的 逃 避 。 不 要 容 勇 士 逃 脱 ( 或 作 快 跑 的 不 能 逃 避 。 勇 士 不 能 逃 脱 ) 。 他 们 在 北 方 伯 拉 河 边 绊 跌 仆 倒 。  
    [kjv]  Let not the swift flee away, nor the mighty man escape; they shall stumble, and fall toward the north by the river Euphrates.

46:7 [hgb]  像 尼 罗 河 涨 发 , 像 江 河 之 水 翻 腾 的 是 谁 呢 ?  
    [kjv]  Who is this that cometh up as a flood, whose waters are moved as the rivers?
    [bbe]  Who is this coming up like the Nile, whose waters are lifting their heads like the rivers?
46:8 [hgb]  埃 及 像 尼 罗 河 涨 发 , 像 江 河 的 水 翻 腾 。 他 说 , 我 要 涨 发 遮 盖 遍 地 。 我 要 毁 灭 城 邑 和 其 中 的 居 民 。  
    [kjv]  Egypt riseth up like a flood, and his waters are moved like the rivers; and he saith, I will go up, and will cover the earth; I will destroy the city and the inhabitants thereof.
    [bbe]  Egypt is coming up like the Nile, and his waters are lifting their heads like the rivers, and he says, I will go up, covering the earth; I will send destruction on the town and its people.
46:9 [hgb]  马 匹 上 去 吧 。 车 辆 急 行 吧 。 勇 士 , 就 是 手 拿 盾 牌 的 古 实 人 和 弗 人 ( 又 作 吕 彼 亚 人 ) , 并 拉 弓 的 路 德 族 , 都 出 去 吧 。  
    [kjv]  Come up, ye horses; and rage, ye chariots; and let the mighty men come forth; the Ethiopians and the Libyans, that handle the shield; and the Lydians, that handle and bend the bow.
    [bbe]  Go up, you horses; go rushing on, you carriages of war; go out, you men of war: Cush and Put, gripping the body-cover, and the Ludim, with bent4 bows.
46:10 [hgb]  那 日 是 主 万 军 之 耶 和 华 报 仇 的 日 子 , 要 向 敌 人 报 仇 。 刀 剑 必 吞 吃 得 饱 , 饮 血 饮 足 。 因 为 主 万 军 之 耶 和 华 在 北 方 伯 拉 河 边 有 献 祭 的 事 。  
    [kjv]  For this is the day of the Lord GOD of hosts, a day of vengeance5, that he may avenge6 him of his adversaries7: and the sword shall devour8, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.
    [bbe]  But that day is the day of the Lord, the Lord of armies, a day of punishment when he will take payment from his haters: and the sword will have all its desire, drinking their blood in full measure: for there is an offering to the Lord, the Lord of armies, in the north country by the river Euphrates.
46:11 [hgb]  埃 及 的 民 哪 ( 民 原 文 作 处 女 ) , 可 以 上 基 列 取 乳 香 去 。 你 虽 多 服 良 药 , 总 是 徒 然 , 不 得 治 好 。  
    [kjv]  Go up into Gilead, and take balm, O virgin9, the daughter of Egypt: in vain shalt thou use many medicines; for thou shalt not be cured.
    [bbe]  Go up to Gilead and take sweet oil, O virgin daughter of Egypt: there is no help in all your medical arts; nothing will make you well.
46:12 [hgb]  列 国 听 见 你 的 羞 辱 , 遍 地 满 了 你 的 哀 声 。 勇 士 与 勇 士 彼 此 相 碰 , 一 齐 跌 倒 。  
    [kjv]  The nations have heard of thy shame, and thy cry hath filled the land: for the mighty man hath stumbled against the mighty, and they are fallen both together.
    [bbe]  Your shame has come to the ears of the nations, and the earth is full of your cry: for the strong man is falling against the strong, they have come down together.
46:13 [hgb]  耶 和 华 对 先 知 耶 利 米 所 说 的 话 , 论 到 巴 比 伦 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 要 来 攻 击 埃 及 地 ,  
    [kjv]  The word that the LORD spake to Jeremiah the prophet, how Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon should come and smite10 the land of Egypt.
    [bbe]  The word which the Lord said to Jeremiah the prophet, of how Nebuchadrezzar, king of Babylon, would come and make war on the land of Egypt.
46:14 [hgb]  你 们 要 传 扬 在 埃 及 , 宣 告 在 密 夺 , 报 告 在 挪 弗 , 答 比 匿 说 , 要 站 起 出 队 , 自 作 准 备 , 因 为 刀 剑 在 你 四 围 施 行 吞 灭 的 事 。  
    [kjv]  Declare ye in Egypt, and publish in Migdol, and publish in Noph and in Tahpanhes: say ye, Stand fast, and prepare thee; for the sword shall devour round about thee.
    [bbe]  Give the news in Migdol, make it public in Noph: say, Take up your positions and make yourselves ready; for on every side of you the sword has made destruction.
46:15 [hgb]  你 的 壮 士 为 何 被 冲 去 呢 ? 他 们 站 立 不 住 。 因 为 耶 和 华 驱 逐 他 们 ,  
    [kjv]  Why are thy valiant11 men swept away? they stood not, because the LORD did drive them.
    [bbe]  Why has Apis, your strong one, gone in flight? he was not able to keep his place, because the Lord was forcing him down with strength.
46:16 [hgb]  使 多 人 绊 跌 。 他 们 也 彼 此 撞 倒 , 说 , 起 来 吧 。 我 们 再 往 本 民 本 地 去 , 好 躲 避 欺 压 的 刀 剑 。  
    [kjv]  He made many to fall, yea, one fell upon another: and they said, Arise, and let us go again to our own people, and to the land of our nativity, from the oppressing sword.
    [bbe]  ... are stopped in their going, they are falling; and they say one to another, Let us get up and go back to our people, to the land of our birth, away from the cruel sword.
46:17 [hgb]  他 们 在 那 里 喊 叫 说 , 埃 及 王 法 老 不 过 是 个 声 音 ( 不 过 是 个 声 音 或 作 已 经 败 亡 ) 。 他 已 错 过 所 定 的 时 候 了 。  
    [kjv]  They did cry there, Pharaoh king of Egypt is but a noise; he hath passed the time appointed.
    [bbe]  Give a name to Pharaoh, king of Egypt: A noise who has let the time go by.
46:18 [hgb]  君 王 名 为 万 军 之 耶 和 华 的 说 , 我 指 着 我 的 永 生 起 誓 , 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 ( 原 文 作 他 ) 来 的 势 派 必 像 他 泊 在 众 山 之 中 , 像 迦 密 在 海 边 一 样 。  
    [kjv]  As I live, saith the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, so shall he come.
    [bbe]  By my life, says the King, whose name is the Lord of armies, truly, like Tabor among the mountains and like Carmel by the sea, so will he come.
46:19 [hgb]  住 在 埃 及 的 民 哪 ( 民 原 文 作 女 子 ) , 要 预 备 掳 去 时 所 用 的 物 件 。 因 为 挪 弗 必 成 为 荒 场 , 且 被 烧 毁 , 无 人 居 住 。  
    [kjv]  O thou daughter dwelling12 in Egypt, furnish thyself to go into captivity13: for Noph shall be waste and desolate14 without an inhabitant.
    [bbe]  O daughter living in Egypt, make ready the vessels15 of a prisoner: for Noph will become a waste, it will be burned up and become unpeopled.
46:20 [hgb]  埃 及 是 肥 美 的 母 牛 犊 。 但 出 于 北 方 的 毁 灭 ( 毁 灭 或 作 牛 虻 ) 来 到 了 。 来 到 了 。  
    [kjv]  Egypt is like a very fair heifer, but destruction cometh; it cometh out of the north.
    [bbe]  Egypt is a fair young cow; but a biting insect has come on her out of the north.
46:21 [hgb]  其 中 的 雇 勇 好 像 圈 里 的 肥 牛 犊 , 他 们 转 身 退 后 , 一 齐 逃 跑 , 站 立 不 住 。 因 为 他 们 遭 难 的 日 子 , 追 讨 的 时 候 已 经 临 到 。  
    [kjv]  Also her hired men are in the midst of her like fatted bullocks; for they also are turned back, and are fled away together: they did not stand, because the day of their calamity16 was come upon them, and the time of their visitation.
    [bbe]  And those who were her fighters for payment are like fat oxen; for they are turned back, they have gone in flight together, they do not keep their place: for the day of their fate has come on them, the time of their punishment.
46:22 [hgb]  其 中 的 声 音 好 像 蛇 行 一 样 。 敌 人 要 成 队 而 来 , 如 砍 伐 树 木 的 手 拿 斧 子 攻 击 他 。  
    [kjv]  The voice thereof shall go like a serpent; for they shall march with an army, and come against her with axes, as hewers of wood.
    [bbe]  She makes a sound like the hiss17 of a snake when they come on with strength; they go against her with axes, like wood-cutters.
46:23 [hgb]  耶 和 华 说 , 埃 及 的 树 林 虽 然 不 能 寻 察 ( 或 作 穿 不 过 ) , 敌 人 却 要 砍 伐 , 因 他 们 多 于 蝗 虫 , 不 可 胜 数 。  
    [kjv]  They shall cut down her forest, saith the LORD, though it cannot be searched; because they are more than the grasshoppers18, and are innumerable.
    [bbe]  They will be cutting down her woods, for they may not be searched out; because they are like locusts19, more than may be numbered.
46:24 [hgb]  埃 及 的 民 ( 民 原 文 作 女 子 ) 必 然 蒙 羞 , 必 交 在 北 方 人 的 手 中 。  
    [kjv]  The daughter of Egypt shall be confounded; she shall be delivered into the hand of the people of the north.
    [bbe]  The daughter of Egypt will be put to shame; she will be given up into the hands of the people of the north.
46:25 [hgb]  万 军 之 耶 和 华 以 色 列 的 神 说 , 我 必 刑 罚 挪 的 亚 扪 ( 埃 及 尊 大 之 神 ) 和 法 老 , 并 埃 及 与 埃 及 的 神 , 以 及 君 王 , 也 必 刑 罚 法 老 和 倚 靠 他 的 人 。  
    [kjv]  The LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saith; Behold20, I will punish the multitude of No, and Pharaoh, and Egypt, with their gods, and their kings; even Pharaoh, and all them that trust in him:
    [bbe]  The Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said: See, I will send punishment on Amon of No and on Pharaoh and on those who put their faith in him;
46:26 [hgb]  我 要 将 他 们 交 付 寻 索 其 命 之 人 的 手 和 巴 比 伦 王 尼 布 甲 尼 撒 与 他 臣 仆 的 手 。 以 后 埃 及 必 再 有 人 居 住 , 与 从 前 一 样 。 这 是 耶 和 华 说 的 。  
    [kjv]  And I will deliver them into the hand of those that seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants: and afterward21 it shall be inhabited, as in the days of old, saith the LORD.
    [bbe]  And I will give them up into the hands of those who will take their lives, and into the hands of Nebuchadrezzar, king of Babylon, and into the hands of his servants: and later, it will be peopled as in the past, says the Lord.
46:27 [hgb]  我 的 仆 人 雅 各 阿 , 不 要 惧 怕 。 以 色 列 阿 , 不 要 惊 惶 。 因 我 要 从 远 方 拯 救 你 , 从 被 掳 到 之 地 拯 救 你 的 后 裔 。 雅 各 必 回 来 , 得 享 平 靖 安 逸 , 无 人 使 他 害 怕 。  
    [kjv]  But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
    [bbe]  But have no fear, O Jacob, my servant, and do not be troubled, O Israel: for see, I will make you come back from far away, and your seed from the land where they are prisoners; and Jacob will come back, and will be quiet and in peace, and no one will give him cause for fear.
46:28 [hgb]  我 的 仆 人 雅 各 阿 , 不 要 惧 怕 。 因 我 与 你 同 在 。 我 要 将 我 所 赶 你 到 的 那 些 国 灭 绝 净 尽 , 却 不 将 你 灭 绝 净 尽 , 倒 要 从 宽 惩 治 你 , 万 不 能 不 罚 你 ( 不 罚 你 或 作 以 你 为 无 罪 ) 。 这 是 耶 和 华 说 的 。  
    [kjv]  Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.
