Chapter 4

4:1 [hgb]  我 所 亲 爱 所 想 念 的 弟 兄 们 ， 你 们 就 是 我 的 喜 乐 ， 我 的 冠 冕 。 我 亲 爱 的 弟 兄 ， 你 们 应 当 靠 主 站 立 得 稳 。 
    [kjv]  Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
    [bbe]  So my brothers, well loved and very dear to me, my joy and crown, be strong in the Lord, my loved ones.
4:2 [hgb]  我 劝 友 阿 爹 和 循 都 基 ， 要 在 主 里 同 心 。 
    [kjv]  I beseech¹ Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.
    [bbe]  I make request to Euodias and Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord.
4:3 [hgb]  我 也 求 你 这 真 实 同 负 一 轭 的 ， 帮 助 这 两 个 女 人 ， 因 为 她 们 在 福 音 上 曾 与 我 一 同 劳 苦 。 还 有 革 利 免 ， 并 其 余 和 我 一 同 作 工 的 。 他 们 的 名 字 都 在 生 命 册 上 。 
    [kjv]  And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement² also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
    [bbe]  And I make request to you, true helper in my work, to see to the needs of those women who took part with me in the good news, with Clement and the rest of my brother-workers whose names are in the book of life.
4:4 [hgb]  你 们 要 靠 主 常 常 喜 乐 。 我 再 说 ， 你 们 要 喜 乐 。 
    [kjv]  Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
    [bbe]  Be glad in the Lord at all times: again I say, Be glad.
4:5 [hgb]  当 叫 众 人 知 道 你 们 谦 让 的 心 。 主 已 经 近 了 。 
    [kjv]  Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
    [bbe]  Let your gentle behaviour be clear to all men. The Lord is near.
4:6 [hgb]  应 当 一 无 挂 虑 ， 只 要 凡 事 借 着 祷 告 ， 祈 求 ， 和 感 谢 ， 将 你 们 所 要 的 告 诉 神 。 
    [kjv]  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication³ with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
    [bbe]  Have no cares; but in everything with prayer and praise put your requests before God.
4:7 [hgb]  神 所 赐 出 人 意 外 的 平 安 ， 必 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 ， 保 守 你 们 的 心 怀 意 念 。 
    [kjv]  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
    [bbe]  And the peace of God, which is deeper than all knowledge, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
4:8 [hgb]  弟 兄 们 ， 我 还 有 未 尽 的 话 。 凡 是 真 实 的 ， 可 敬 的 ， 公 义 的 ， 清 洁 的 ， 可 爱 的 ， 有 美 名 的 。 若 有 什 么 德 行 ， 若 有 什 么 称 赞 ， 这 些 事 你 们 都 要 思 念 。 
    [kjv]  Finally, brethren, whatsoever⁴ things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue⁵, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
    [bbe]  For the rest, my brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things have honour, whatever things are upright, whatever things are holy, whatever things are beautiful, whatever things are of value, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, give thought to these things.
4:9 [hgb]  你 们 在 我 身 上 所 学 习 的 ， 所 领 受 的 ， 所 听 见 的 ， 所 看 见 的 ， 这 些 事 你 们 都 要 去 行 。 赐 平 安 的 神 ， 就 必 与 你 们 同 在 。 
    [kjv]  Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
    [bbe]  The things which came to you by my teaching and preaching, and which you saw in me, these things do, and the God of peace will be with you.
4:10 [hgb]  我 靠 主 大 大 地 喜 乐 ， 因 为 你 们 思 念 我 的 心 ， 如 今 又 发 生 。 你 们 向 来 就 思 念 我 ， 只 是 没 得 机 会 。 
    [kjv]  But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
    [bbe]  But I am very glad in the Lord that your care for me has come to life again; though you did in fact take thought for me, but you were not able to give effect to it.
4:11 [hgb]  我 并 不 是 因 缺 乏 说 这 话 ， 我 无 论 在 什 么 景 况 ， 都 可 以 知 足 ， 这 是 我 已 经 学 会 了 。 
    [kjv]  Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
    [bbe]  But I will not say anything about my needs, for I am able, wherever I am, to be dependent on myself.
4:12 [hgb]  我 知 道 怎 样 处 卑 贱 ， 也 知 道 怎 样 处 丰 富 ， 或 饱 足 ， 或 饥 饿 ， 或 有 余 ， 或 缺 乏 ， 随 事 随 在 ， 我 都 得 了 秘 诀 。 
    [kjv]  I know both how to be abased⁶, and I know how to abound⁷: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
    [bbe]  It is the same to me if I am looked down on or honoured; everywhere and in all things I have the secret of how to be full and how to go without food; how to have wealth and how to be in need.
4:13 [hgb]  我 靠 着 那 加 给 我 力 量 的 ， 凡 事 都 能 作 。 
    [kjv]  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
    [bbe]  I am able to do all things through him who gives me strength.
4:14 [hgb]  然 而 你 们 和 我 同 受 患 难 ， 原 是 美 事 。 
    [kjv]  Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.
    [bbe]  But you did well to have care for me in my need.
4:15 [hgb]  腓 立 比 人 哪 ， 你 们 也 知 道 我 初 传 福 音 ， 离 了 马 其 顿 的 时 候 ， 论 到 授 受 的 事 ， 除 了 你 们 以 外 ， 并 没 有 别 的 教 会 供 给 我 。 
    [kjv]  Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
    [bbe]  And you have knowledge, Philippians, that when the good news first came to you, when I went away from Macedonia, no church took part with me in the business of giving to the saints, but you only;
4:16 [hgb]  就 是 我 在 帖 撒 罗 尼 迦 ， 你 们 也 一 次 两 次 的 ， 打 发 人 供 给 我 的 需 用 。 
    [kjv]  For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
    [bbe]  Because even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to me in my need.
4:17 [hgb]  我 并 不 求 什 么 馈 送 ， 所 求 的 就 是 你 们 的 果 子 渐 渐 增 多 ， 归 在 你 们 的 账 上 。 
    [kjv]  Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
    [bbe]  Not that I am looking for an offering, but for fruit which may be put to your credit.
4:18 [hgb]  但 我 样 样 都 有 ， 并 且 有 余 。 我 已 经 充 足 ， 因 我 从 以 巴 弗 提 受 了 你 们 的 馈 送 ， 当 作 极 美 的 香 气 ， 为 神 所 收 纳 所 喜 悦 的 祭 物 。 
    [kjv]  But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
    [bbe]  I have all things and more than enough: I am made full, having had from Epaphroditus the things which came from you, a perfume of a sweet smell, an offering well pleasing to God.
4:19 [hgb]  我 的 神 必 照 他 荣 耀 的 丰 富 ， 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 ， 使 你 们 一 切 所 需 用 的 都 充 足 。 
    [kjv]  But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
    [bbe]  And my God will give you all you have need of from the wealth of his glory in Christ Jesus.
4:20 [hgb]  愿 荣 耀 归 给 我 们 的 父 神 ， 直 到 永 永 远 远 。 阿 们 。 
    [kjv]  Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
    [bbe]  Now to God our Father be glory for ever and ever. So be it.
4:21 [hgb]  请 问 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 的 各 位 圣 徒 安 。 在 我 这 里 的 众 弟 兄 都 问 你 们 安 。 
    [kjv]  Salute⁸ every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.
    [bbe]  Give words of love to every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me send you their love.
4:22 [hgb]  众 圣 徒 都 问 你 们 安 。 在 该 撒 家 里 的 人 特 特 的 问 你 们 安 。 
    [kjv]  All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household.
    [bbe]  All the saints send their love to you, specially⁹ those who are of Caesar's house.
4:23 [hgb]  愿 主 耶 稣 基 督 的 恩 常 在 你 们 心 里 。 
    [kjv]  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
    [bbe]  The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.

1 beseech   

v.祈求，恳求

2 clement   

adj.仁慈的；温和的

参考例句：

3 supplication   

n.恳求，祈愿，哀求

4 whatsoever

5 virtue
