Chapter 72

He it is, the innermost one, who awakens¹ my being with his deep hidden touches.
 
He it is who puts his enchantment² upon these eyes and joyfully³ plays on the chords of my heart in varied⁴ cadence⁵ of pleasure and pain.
 
He it is who weaves the web of this {it maya/} in evanescent hues⁶ of gold and silver, blue and green, and lets peep out through the folds his feet, at whose touch I forget myself.
 
Days come and ages pass, and it is ever he who moves my heart in many a name, in many a guise⁷, in many a rapture⁸ of joy and of sorrow.
 
就是他，那最深奥的，用他深隐的摩触使我清醒。
 
就是他把神符放在我的眼上，又快乐地在我心弦上弹弄出种种哀乐的调子。
 
就是他用金、银、青、绿的灵幻的色丝，织起幻境的披纱，他的脚趾从衣褶中外露。
