30:1 [hgb]  ( 大 卫 在 献 殿 的 时 候 , 作 这 诗 歌 。 ) 耶 和 华 阿 , 我 要 尊 崇 你 , 因 为 你 曾 提 拔 我 , 不 叫 仇 敌 向 我 夸 耀 。 
    [kjv]  I will extol1 thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes2 to rejoice over me.
    [bbe]  <A Psalm. A Song at the blessing of the House. Of David.> I will give you praise and honour, O Lord, because through you I have been lifted up; you have not given my haters cause to be glad over me.
30:2 [hgb]  耶 和 华 我 的 神 阿 , 我 曾 呼 求 你 , 你 医 治 了 我 。 
    [kjv]  O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
    [bbe]  O Lord my God, I sent up my cry to you, and you have made me well.
30:3 [hgb]  耶 和 华 阿 , 你 曾 把 我 的 灵 魂 从 阴 间 救 上 来 , 使 我 存 活 , 不 至 于 下 坑 。 
    [kjv]  O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
    [bbe]  O Lord, you have made my soul come again from the underworld: you have given me life and kept me from going down among the dead.
30:4 [hgb]  耶 和 华 的 圣 民 哪 , 你 们 要 歌 颂 他 , 称 赞 他 可 记 念 的 圣 名 。 
    [kjv]  Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
    [bbe]  Make songs to the Lord, O you saints of his, and give praise to his holy name.
30:5 [hgb]  因 为 他 的 怒 气 不 过 是 转 眼 之 间 。 他 的 恩 典 乃 是 一 生 之 久 。 一 宿 虽 然 有 哭 泣 , 早 晨 便 必 欢 呼 。 
    [kjv]  For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
    [bbe]  For his wrath3 is only for a minute; in his grace there is life; weeping may be for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
30:6 [hgb]  至 于 我 , 我 凡 事 平 顺 , 便 说 , 我 永 不 动 摇 。 
    [kjv]  And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
    [bbe]  When things went well for me I said, I will never be moved.
30:7 [hgb]  耶 和 华 阿 , 你 曾 施 恩 , 叫 我 的 江 山 稳 固 。 你 掩 了 面 , 我 就 惊 惶 。 
    [kjv]  LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
    [bbe]  Lord, by your grace you have kept my mountain strong: when your face was turned from me I was troubled.
30:8 [hgb]  耶 和 华 阿 , 我 曾 求 告 你 。 我 向 耶 和 华 恳 求 , 说 , 
    [kjv]  I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication4.
    [bbe]  My voice went up to you, O Lord; I made my prayer to the Lord.
30:9 [hgb]  我 被 害 流 血 , 下 到 坑 中 , 有 什 么 益 处 呢 ? 尘 土 岂 能 称 赞 你 , 传 说 你 的 诚 实 吗 ? 
    [kjv]  What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
    [bbe]  What profit is there in my blood if I go down into the underworld? will the dust give you praise, or be a witness to your help?
30:10 [hgb]  耶 和 华 阿 , 求 你 应 允 我 , 怜 恤 我 。 耶 和 华 阿 , 求 你 帮 助 我 。 
    [kjv]  Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
    [bbe]  Give ear to me, O Lord, and have mercy on me: Lord, be my helper.
30:11 [hgb]  你 已 将 我 的 哀 哭 变 为 跳 舞 , 将 我 的 麻 衣 脱 去 , 给 我 披 上 喜 乐 。 
    [kjv]  Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
    [bbe]  By you my sorrow is turned into dancing; you have taken away my clothing of grief, and given me robes of joy;
30:12 [hgb]  好 叫 我 的 灵 ( 原 文 作 荣 耀 ) 歌 颂 你 , 并 不 住 声 。 耶 和 华 我 的 神 阿 , 我 要 称 谢 你 , 直 到 永 远 。 
    [kjv]  To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
    [bbe]  So that my glory may make songs of praise to you and not be quiet. O Lord my God, I will give you praise for ever.
