6:1 [hgb]  以 色 列 人 哪 , 当 听 耶 和 华 的 话 。 要 起 来 向 山 岭 争 辩 , 使 冈 陵 听 你 的 话 。 
    [kjv]  Hear ye now what the LORD saith; Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice.
    [bbe]  Give ear now to the words of the Lord: Up! put forward your cause before the mountains, let your voice be sounding among the hills.
6:2 [hgb]  山 岭 和 地 永 久 的 根 基 阿 , 要 听 耶 和 华 争 辩 的 话 。 因 为 耶 和 华 要 与 他 的 百 姓 争 辩 , 与 以 色 列 争 论 。 
    [kjv]  Hear ye, O mountains, the LORD's controversy1, and ye strong foundations of the earth: for the LORD hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel.
    [bbe]  Give ear, O you mountains, to the Lord's cause, and take note, you bases of the earth: for the Lord has a cause against his people, and he will take it up with Israel.
6:3 [hgb]  我 的 百 姓 阿 , 我 向 你 做 了 什 么 呢 ? 我 在 什 么 事 上 使 你 厌 烦 ? 你 可 以 对 我 证 明 。 
    [kjv]  O my people, what have I done unto thee? and wherein have I wearied thee? testify against me.
    [bbe]  O my people, what have I done to you? how have I been a weariness to you? give answer against me.
6:4 [hgb]  我 曾 将 你 从 埃 及 地 领 出 来 , 从 作 奴 仆 之 家 救 赎 你 。 我 也 差 遣 摩 西 , 亚 伦 , 和 米 利 暗 在 你 前 面 行 。 
    [kjv]  For I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed2 thee out of the house of servants; and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.
    [bbe]  For I took you up out of the land of Egypt and made you free from the prison-house; I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.
6:5 [hgb]  我 的 百 姓 阿 , 你 们 当 追 念 摩 押 王 巴 勒 所 设 的 谋 , 和 比 珥 的 儿 子 巴 兰 回 答 他 的 话 , 并 你 们 从 什 亭 到 吉 甲 所 遇 见 的 事 , 好 使 你 们 知 道 耶 和 华 公 义 的 作 为 。 
    [kjv]  O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim unto Gilgal; that ye may know the righteousness of the LORD.
    [bbe]  O my people, keep in mind now what was designed by Balak, king of Moab, and the answer which Balaam, son of Beor, gave him; the events, from Shittim to Gilgal, so that you may be certain of the upright acts of the Lord.
6:6 [hgb]  我 朝 见 耶 和 华 , 在 至 高 神 面 前 跪 拜 , 当 献 上 什 么 呢 ? 岂 可 献 一 岁 的 牛 犊 为 燔 祭 吗 ? 
    [kjv]  Wherewith shall I come before the LORD, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves3 of a year old?
    [bbe]  With what am I to come before the Lord and go with bent4 head before the high God? am I to come before him with burned offerings, with young oxen a year old?
6:7 [hgb]  耶 和 华 岂 喜 悦 千 千 的 公 羊 , 或 是 万 万 的 油 河 吗 ? 我 岂 可 为 自 己 的 罪 过 , 献 我 的 长 子 吗 ? 为 心 中 的 罪 恶 , 献 我 身 所 生 的 吗 ? 
    [kjv]  Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams5, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression6, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
    [bbe]  Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of sheep or with ten thousand rivers of oil? am I to give my first child for my wrongdoing, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
6:8 [hgb]  世 人 哪 , 耶 和 华 已 指 示 你 何 为 善 。 他 向 你 所 要 的 是 什 么 呢 ? 只 要 你 行 公 义 , 好 怜 悯 , 存 谦 卑 的 心 , 与 你 的 神 同 行 。 
    [kjv]  He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly7 with thy God?
    [bbe]  He has made clear to you, O man, what is good; and what is desired from you by the Lord; only doing what is right, and loving mercy, and walking without pride before your God.
6:9 [hgb]  耶 和 华 向 这 城 呼 叫 , 智 慧 人 必 敬 畏 他 的 名 。 你 们 当 听 是 谁 派 定 刑 杖 的 惩 罚 。 
    [kjv]  The LORD's voice crieth unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see thy name: hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it.
    [bbe]  The voice of the Lord is crying out to the town: Give ear, you tribes and the meeting of the town.
6:10 [hgb]  恶 人 家 中 不 仍 有 非 义 之 财 , 和 可 恶 的 小 升 斗 吗 ? 
    [kjv]  Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and the scant8 measure that is abominable9?
    [bbe]  Am I to let the stores of the evil-doer go out of my memory, and the short measure, which is cursed?
6:11 [hgb]  我 若 用 不 公 道 的 天 平 , 和 囊 中 诡 诈 的 法 码 , 岂 可 算 为 清 洁 呢 ? 
    [kjv]  Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights?
    [bbe]  Is it possible for me to let wrong scales and the bag of false weights go without punishment?
6:12 [hgb]  城 里 的 富 户 满 行 强 暴 , 其 中 的 居 民 也 说 谎 言 , 口 中 的 舌 头 是 诡 诈 的 。 
    [kjv]  For the rich men thereof are full of violence, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth.
    [bbe]  For its men of wealth are cruel, and its people have said what is not true, and their tongue is false in their mouth.
6:13 [hgb]  因 此 , 我 击 打 你 , 使 你 的 伤 痕 甚 重 。 使 你 因 你 的 罪 恶 荒 凉 。 
    [kjv]  Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting10 thee, in making thee desolate11 because of thy sins.
    [bbe]  So I have made a start with your punishment; I have made you waste because of your sins.
6:14 [hgb]  你 要 吃 , 却 吃 不 饱 。 你 的 虚 弱 , 必 显 在 你 中 间 。 你 必 挪 去 , 却 不 得 救 护 。 所 救 护 的 , 我 必 交 给 刀 剑 。 
    [kjv]  Thou shalt eat, but not be satisfied; and thy casting down shall be in the midst of thee; and thou shalt take hold, but shalt not deliver; and that which thou deliverest will I give up to the sword.
    [bbe]  You will have food, but not enough; your shame will be ever with you: you will get your goods moved, but you will not take them away safely; and what you do take away I will give to the sword.
6:15 [hgb]  你 必 撒 种 , 却 不 得 收 割 。 踹 橄 榄 , 却 不 得 油 抹 身 。 踹 葡 萄 , 却 不 得 酒 喝 。 
    [kjv]  Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and sweet wine, but shalt not drink wine.
    [bbe]  You will put in seed, but you will not get in the grain; you will be crushing olives, but your bodies will not be rubbed with the oil; and you will get in the grapes, but you will have no wine.
6:16 [hgb]  因 为 你 守 暗 利 的 恶 规 , 行 亚 哈 家 一 切 所 行 的 , 顺 从 他 们 的 计 谋 。 因 此 , 我 必 使 你 荒 凉 , 使 你 的 居 民 令 人 嗤 笑 。 你 们 也 必 担 当 我 民 的 羞 辱 。 
    [kjv]  For the statutes12 of Omri are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels; that I should make thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing13: therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.
    [bbe]  For you have kept the laws of Omri and all the works of the family of Ahab, and you have been guided by their designs: so that I might make you a cause of wonder and your people a cause of hisses14; and the shame of my people will be on you.
